Summary The multiple integral representing the overall isotherm for adsorption of gas mixtures on heterogeneous surfaces is transformed to a single integral, which is promising for predicting the mixed-gas adsorption by means of single-gas adsorption parameters. This transformation is possible when the adsorption energies of components for various adsorption sites show a certain type of correlation.

Zusammenfassung Das multiple Integral, das die Adsorption von Gasmischungen auf heterogenen Oberflächen darstellt, wurde zu einem einfachen Integral transformiert, das zur Voraussage der Adsorption von Gasgemischen mittels der Einzelgas-Adsorptionsparameter geeignet sein sollte. Diese Transformation ist dann möglich, wenn die Adsorptionsenergien der Komponenten einem bestimmten Korrelationstyp angehören.

Synthesis and Analytical Characterization of Functionalized β‐Hydroxydithiocinnamic Acids and their Esters. Complex Chemistry towards Nickel(II), Palladium(II), and Platin(II) Starting from silyl‐protected 4‐hydroxy acetophenone ( 1 ) the 1,1‐ethenedihiolato complexes 3 – 5 were synthesised using carbon disulfide and potassium‐tert‐butylate as a base. After being deprotected, the resulting 4‐hydroxy‐substituted complexes 6 – 8 were esterified with DL‐α‐lipoic acid to obtain the compounds 9 – 11 . The resulting complexes were characterized using NMR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry and IR spectroscopy. 3‐substituted β‐hydroxydithiocinnamic acid methyl ester ( 12 ) was obtained via an analogous path of reaction using silyl‐protected 3‐hydroxy acetophenone ( 2 ), carbon disulfide and methyl iodide. After removing of the silyl group the resulting hydroxy group was esterified with DL‐α‐lipoic acid. Using the dithioacid ester 14 as a ligand the NiII ( 15 ), PdII ( 16 ) and PtII ( 17 ) [O,S] complexes were obtained.  相似文献

The peak compression effect has been applied to improve quantification limits in chiral capillary electrochromatography (CEC). A stationary phase based on the chiral selector vancomycin (Chirobiotic V) was used for separations of the enantiomers of mianserin. By adding solvents with a low dielectric constant, e.g. 2-propanol or tetrahydrofuran, to the sample solution, peak compression could be induced. The plate numbers for the minor enantiomer increased from approximately 100,000 to 1.4-1.6 million plates/m, when the composition of the mobile phase was adjusted so that the analyte eluted within either one of two system zones originating from the sample solution. A 10-fold improvement in the quantification limit for the minor enantiomer was obtained compared to elution under non-focused conditions.  相似文献

A new, highly sensitive, fast responding and stable potentiometric biosensor for creatinine determination is developed. The biosensor is based on an ammonium ion-selective electrode. Creatinine deiminase (EC 3.5.4.21) is chemically immobilized on the surface of the polymeric ion-sensitive membrane in the form of monomolecular layer using a simple, one-step carbodiimide covalent attachment method. The resulting enzyme electrodes are useful for measurement under flow injection analysis (FIA) conditions. The biosensors exhibit excellent operational and storage stability. The enzyme electrodes retain over 70% of initial sensitivity after ten weeks of work under FIA conditions. The storage stability at 4 °C is longer than half a year without loss of sensitivity. Under optimized conditions near 30 samples per hour can be analyzed and the determination range (0.02-20.0 mmol l−1) fully covers creatinine concentrations important from clinical and biomedical point of view. The simple biosensor/FIA system has been successfully used for determination of creatinine in urine, serum and posthemodialysate samples.  相似文献

The crystal structure of a protected l ‐tyrosine, namely N‐acetyl‐l ‐tyrosine methyl ester monohydrate, C12H15NO4·H2O, was determined at both 293 (2) and 123 (2) K. The structure exhibits a network of O—H...O and N—H...O hydrogen bonds, in which the water molecule plays a crucial role as an acceptor of one and a donor of two hydrogen bonds. Molecules of water and of the protected l ‐tyrosine form hydrogen‐bonded layers perpendicular to [001]. C—H...π interactions are observed in the hydrophobic regions of the structure. The structure is similar to that of N‐acetyl‐l ‐tyrosine ethyl ester monohydrate [Soriano‐García (1993). Acta Cryst. C 49 , 96–97].  相似文献

A systematic study of the dissolution of dry, polydisperse poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) samples, obtained from mixtures of low-molecular-weight and high-molecular-weight PEO, was made. During the dissolution process, the individual release of the low- and high-molecular-weight fractions was monitored. The high-molecular-weight/low-molecular-weight ratio controls the release rate, and the fraction of high-molecular-weight polymers dominates the effect on the overall release rate in mixed PEO tablets. Both fractions are released at the same rate during the main part of the dissolution process; however, during the initial dissolution period a fractionation occurs. The release rate is not a unique function of the average molecular weight of the polymer, but also depends on the polydispersity. By contrast, the average dimension of a polymer coil, as given by the intrinsic viscosity, gives a good prediction of the release rate irrespective of the polydispersity or details of the molecular weight distribution.  相似文献

The development of express method for detection of endocrine-disrupting chemicals (EDC) such as alkylphenols is required for ecological monitoring. Several attempts have been made to produce antibodies against 4-nonylphenol (NP) in recent years. This work describes the production of new antibodies against NP and also summarizes the characterization of antibodies obtained earlier. Three approaches used to produce alkylphenol-specific antibodies are compared; these are based on: 1. omega-(4-hydroxyphenyl)nonanoic or omega-(4-hydroxyphenyl)heptanoic acid NP derivatives designed to mimic the linear NP isomer; 2. 4-aminophenol, which potentially mimics various substituted phenolic compounds with different side-chain structures at position 4 of the benzene ring; and 3. a mixture of branched NP isomers, conjugated to the carrier protein via a benzene ring by the Mannich reaction, and expected to be the closest mimic of NP structure by preserving its natural alkyl moiety.Fluorescence polarization immunoassays based on different combinations of antibody and labeled antigen for screening detection of NP were developed and structural aspects of assay sensitivity and specificity were investigated. The assays based on the antisera raised against omega-(4-hydroxyphenyl)nonanoic acid and NP conjugate via Mannich reaction are capable of express detection of NP with detection limit of 7 microg mL(-1 )and assay dynamic range of 18-300 microg mL(-1).  相似文献

A new method of synthesizing the alkaloid aspidospermidine (1), based on building ring E on the pyridocarbazole [ABCD] ring structure, is reported. The preparation of the pyridocarbazole framework of Aspidosperma alkaloids is a new three-step synthetic application of 2-(1,3-dithian-2-yl)indoles. A tandem conjugate addition-alkylation reaction starting from indolyldithiane (4), 3-methylenelactam 6, and EtI yields the adduct 17. Treatment of lactam 17 with DIBALH leads to formation of the naphthyridoindole 18. Compound 18 isomerizes in aqueous AcOH to yield pyridocarbazole 3. Finally, closure of ring E and subsequent reduction of the dithiane ring produces aspidospermidine. Pyridocarbazoles 2 and 10 were prepared as models.  相似文献

Digoxigenated oligonucleotide probes complementary to simple repetitive DNA sequences were introduced into nonradioactive fingerprint analysis of plant and fungal DNA. The fragment patterns, obtained by blot hybridization of TaqI-restricted DNA from chickpea (Cicer arietinum) and its fungal pathogen Ascochyta rabiei with digoxigenated probes and either a colorigenic or a chemiluminescent detection method, were compared to those obtained with 32P-labeled probes. In combination with alkaline phosphatase and its chemiluminescent substrate 3-(2'-spiroadamantane)-4-methoxy-4-(3"-phosphoryloxy)phenyl- 1,2-dioxetane (AMPPD) digoxigenated oligonucleotides yielded clear-cut fingerprints with high signal-to-background ratios within several minutes of exposure to X-ray films. The chemiluminescence reaction remained stable for at least two weeks. A comparison of banding patterns obtained by radioactive versus digoxigenin-based hybridization and detection techniques revealed substantial differences in the relative signal intensities of bands. Both nonradioactive techniques show a tendency to "equalize" band intensity differences. Whereas 32P-labeled oligonucleotides are also applicable to in situ hybridization with DNA immobilized in dried agarose gels, gel hybridization did not work efficiently with digoxigenated probes and either substrate.  相似文献
