本文将硅(Si)衬底上外延生长的氮化镓(GaN)基发光二极管(LED)薄膜转移至含有柔性黏结层的基板上, 获得了不受衬底和支撑基板束缚的LED薄膜. 利用高分辨率X射线衍射仪(HRXRD)研究了薄膜转移前后的应力变化, 同时对其光致发光(PL)光谱的特性进行了研究. 结果表明: 硅衬底GaN基LED薄膜转移至柔性基板后, GaN受到的应力会由转移前巨大的张应力变为转移后微小的压应力, InGaN/GaN量子阱受到的压应力则增大; 尽管LED薄膜室温无损转移至柔性基板其InGaN阱层的In组分不会改变, 然而按照HRXRD倒易空间图谱通用计算方法会得出平均铟组发生了变化; GaN基LED薄膜从外延片转移至柔性基板时其PL谱会发生明显红移. 相似文献

The effects of melt flow driven by a travelling magnetic field (TMF) on solidification structures of Sn–1.8 wt.% Cd peritectic alloy have been investigated numerically and experimentally. Numerical results indicate that the flow velocity at the solid–liquid interface under a downward TMF is smaller than that under an upward TMF. The experimental results show that the growth directions of dendrites are chaotic, and several crotches among the dendrites are observed at the solid–liquid interface in the case of no field. It is concluded from TMF results that the ordered growth of dendrites at two different directions occurs, and only one crotch among the dendrites appears at the solid–liquid interface. The location of the crotch gradually approaches the interface center with increasing magnetic field intensity (B≤10.3 mT). Moreover, the growth of high-order branches occurs at the crotch under a downward TMF. A simple model is established for explanation and it well corresponds to the experimental results. 相似文献

We present an experimental study on tilt-tip(TT) and phase-locking(PL) control in a coherent beam combination(CBC) system of adaptive fiber laser array.The TT control is performed using the adaptive fiber-optics collimator(AFOC),and the PL control is realized by the phase modulator(PM).Cascaded and simultaneous controls of TT and PL using stochastic parallel gradient descent(SPGD) algorithm are investigated in this paper.Two-fiber-laser-,four-fiber-laser-,and six-fiber-laser-arrays are employed to study the TT and PL control.In the cascaded control system,only one high-speed CMOS camera is used to collect beam data and a computer is used as the controller.In a simultaneous control system one high-speed CMOS camera and one photonic detector(PD) are employed,and a computer and a control circuit based on field programmable gate array(FPGA) are used as the controllers.Experimental results reveal that both cascaded and simultaneous controls of TT using AFOC and PL using PM in fiber laser array are feasible and effective.Cascaded control is more effective in static control situation and simultaneous control can be applied to the dynamic control system directly.The control signals of simultaneous PL and TT disturb each other obviously and TT and PL control may compete with each other,so the control effect is limited. 相似文献

The influence of electron--phonon (EP) scattering on spin
polarization of current output from a mesoscopic ring with Rashba
spin--orbit (SO) interaction is numerically investigated. There are
three leads connecting to the ring at different positions;
unpolarized current is injected to one of them, and the other two
are output channels with different bias voltages. The spin
polarization of current in the outgoing leads shows oscillations as a
function of EP coupling strength owing to the quantum interference
of EP states in the ring region. As temperature increases, the
oscillations are evidently suppressed, implying decoherence of
the EP states. The simulation shows that the magnitude of polarized
current is sensitive to the location of the lead. The polarized
current depends on the connecting position of the lead in a
complicated way due to the spin-sensitive quantum interference
effects caused by different phases accumulated by transmitting

Classification noise is a common byproduct of traditional data mining approaches, and no specialized approach for detecting classification noise is currently available. Methods for outlier detection are well-developed, but outliers and classification noise have characteristics different enough to make outlier detection algorithms unsuitable for classification noise detection. In this paper, a new, specialized approach to detect classification noise is proposed, named relative density based classification noise detection (RDBCND). Computational experiments in artificial data sets described herein show that RDBCND has time complexity of O(n log n), indicating greater efficiency than traditional approaches, which exhibit time complexity of at least O(n2). The use of classification noise detection to improve the generalization ability of common classifier algorithms is also described. In particular, a new unified approach based on RDBCND is compared to a cross validation approach applied to a BP neural network. Trials in both artificial and real-life datasets show that the RDBCND-based approach can greatly accelerate the process of identifying the best decision function. The novel method can also eliminate underfitting, as the algorithm simply searches for the highest training accuracy. The experiments also show that the RDBCND-based method has greater accuracy and lower cpu time in reaching global solutions than the cross-validation method. Since the relative density is a local concept, our new approach can be directly used in nonlinear datasets without data transformation. It is a great advantage compared to some linear classifier algorithms. As in current linear classifiers, the kernel functions or other transformations need to be used to make them suitable for non-linear datasets, and that will increase their complexity. 相似文献

采用高光谱技术对复杂混合溶液进行检测分析,同时利用被测物质的吸光度和散射特性信息以提高光谱的信噪比。实验设计了高光谱采集装置,采集生物组织模拟液(Intralipid-10%)的漫反射高光谱图像,并用Monte Carlo方法和漫射近似理论对其进行了正向和反向推导,获得了632nm波长下,Intralipid-10%吸收系数为0.002 0cm-1,与标准参数相对误差为11.1%;约化散射系数为63.35cm-1,与标准参数相对误差为6.49%,基本符合标准参数的误差范围,验证了该高光谱检测系统的准确性。还利用该高光谱系统对不同厂家出品的牛奶、果汁等样本进行了高光谱采集,得到不同样本间差异较传统二维光谱更为明显的结果,充分证明了高光谱方法在复杂混合溶液成分分析中具有很强的可行性。 相似文献

An original ultrasound (US) directly intensified photocatalytic reactor was designed to degrade azo dye pollutant methyl orange (MeO) using Degussa TiO(2) as the photocatalyst. The sonolytic, photocatalytic and sonophotocatalytic degradation of MeO in the new reactor and the synergistic effect between sonolysis and photocatalysis were investigated. Effects of operation parameters i.e., US power, TiO(2) dosage, liquid circulation velocity and air flow rate on degradation efficiency were investigated and optimized. The results showed that all parameters have optimal values for the sonophotocatalytic degradation of MeO, and the optimum conditions for the new process are US power 600 W, TiO(2) dosage 3g/L, liquid circulation velocity 4.05×10(-2) m/s and air flow rate 0.2 L/min. Under the optimum conditions, 91.52% MeO had been degraded within 1h, and the combination of sonolysis and TiO(2) photocatalysis exhibited an obvious synergetic effect. 相似文献
