N‐(2,4‐dinitrophenyl)‐proline and N‐(2,4‐dinitrophenyl)‐serine were enantiomerically resolved on the BSA chiral stationary phase by HPLC in reversed‐phase mode. Effects of chromatographic conditions on enantioseparation and elution order have been investigated in detail. For these two samples, reversal of enantiomer elution order was observed by changing buffer pH, the content of acetonitrile, or alcohol modifiers in mobile phase, which is firstly reported in the BSA chiral stationary phase studies. More interestingly, combined effect between buffer pH and the content of acetonitrile was also observed. In addition, coelution range of enantiomers varied along with the content of acetonitrile in mobile phase. 相似文献

Amidoxime-based adsorbents are widely studied as the main adsorbent in the recovery of uranium from seawater.However,the adsorption rate and loading capacity of such adsorbents should be further improved due to the economic viability consideration.In this paper,polyvinyl alcohol functionalized with amidoxime(PVA-g-AO)has been prepared as a new adsorbent for uranium(Ⅵ)adsorption from aqueous solution.The physicochemical properties of PVA-g-AO were investigated using infrared spectroscopy(IR),scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).Results showed that the ligand monomers were successfully grafted onto the matrixes.The XRD and XPS analysis showed that uranium was adsorbed in metal ionic form rather than in crystal form.Uranyl(U(Ⅵ))adsorption properties onto PVA-g-AO were evaluated.The adsorption of U(Ⅵ)by PVA-g-AO was fast,with an equilibrium time of less than 50 min.Additionally the maximum adsorption capacity reached 42.84 mg/g at pH 4.0. 相似文献

Five new cycloartane glycosides, nervisides D–H ( 1 – 5 ), were isolated from the AcOEt‐ and H2O‐soluble portions of the 90% EtOH extract of the aerial part of the plant Nervilia fordii. The structures of the isolated glycosides were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analysis including HR‐ESI‐MS and NMR data. A variety of 6‐(trichloromethyl)salicylates (=2‐hydroxy‐6‐(trichloromethyl)benzoates) were prepared by TiCl4‐mediated cyclization of 1,3‐bis(trimethylsilyloxy)buta‐1,3‐dienes with 1,1,1‐trichloro‐4,4‐dimethoxybut‐3‐en‐2‐one. The employment of trimethylsilyl trifluoromethanesulfonate (Me3SiOTf) as Lewis acid resulted in the formation of trichloromethyl‐substituted cyclohexenones. Water is an important component in living systems and deserves better understanding in chemistry and biology. However, due to the difficulty of investigating the water functions in protein structures, it is usually ignored in computational modeling, especially in the field of computer‐aided drug design. Here, using the potential of mean forces (PMFs) approach, we constructed a water PMF (wPMF) based on 3946 non‐redundant high resolution crystal structures. The extracted wPMF potential was first used to investigate the structure pattern of water and analyze the residue hydrophilicity. Then, the relationship between wPMF score and the B factor value of crystal waters was studied. It was found that wPMF agrees well with some previously reported experimental observations. In addition, the wPMF score was also tested in parallel with 3D‐RISM to measure the ability of retrieving experimentally observed waters, and showed comparable performance but with much less computational cost. In the end, we proposed a grid‐based clustering scheme together with a distance weighted wPMF score to further extend wPMF to predict the potential hydration sites of protein structure. From the test, this approach can predict the hydration site at the accuracy about 80% when the calculated score lower than ?4.0. It also allows the assessment of whether or not a given water molecule should be targeted for displacement in ligand design. Overall, the wPMF presented here provides an optional solution to many water related computational modeling problems, some of which can be highly valuable as part of a rational drug design strategy. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 相似文献

Amidoxime (AO)/amine co-functionalized polypropylene fiber adsorbents were prepared. The all-polymeric structures were characterized by using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), optical microscope, contact angle meter and electron spin resonance (ESR) analysis methods, confirming the grafting, modification, and amidoximation stages gravimetrically, spectroscopically, and visually. The properties for the removal of uranyl(VI) from aqueous solutions were investigated. For amidoxime (AO) fiber, high adsorption rate was observed within the first 30 minutes and the plateau value of 40.6% uranium loading (0.0812 mg/g) was reached at around 30 minutes. The adsorption equilibrium for AO/amine fiber was attained within 20 minutes, resulting in the adsorption of 92.6% uranium loading (0.185 mg/g). The percentage of adsorption increases with increasing pH value (2–6), reaches a maximum at pH 6.0 and then remains almost constant for AO/amine fiber, whereas reduces slightly for AO fiber. 相似文献

PVA functionalized with vinylphosphonic acid was prepared as a new adsorbent for uranyl (VI) adsorption from aqueous solutions. The vinylphosphonic acid was cografted onto PVA fibers by preirradiation grafting technique. The adsorbent were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The adsorbent was observed to possess a fibrous structure and was bonded with phosphonic acid groups successfully. The adsorbent was used for the adsorption of low levels uranyl (VI) ions from aqueous solutions. The influence of analytical parameters including pH, adsorption time, amount of adsorbent, metal ion concentration, and temperature were investigated on the recovery of uranyl (VI) ion in aqueous solution. The maximum adsorption capacity (32.1 mg g?1) and fast equilibrium time (30 min) were achieved at pH of 4.5 at room temperature. Thermodynamic parameters (ΔH° = 2.695 kJ mol?1; ΔS° = 31.15 J mol?1 K?1; ΔG° = ?6.748 kJ mol?1) show the adsorption of an exothermic process and spontaneous nature, respectively. The possible coordination mechanism was illustrated. Adsorption and desorption coexist in aqueous solutions and then the system becomes equilibrium. 相似文献

Carboxyl-rich hydrothermal carbon spheres were prepared by simply heating pristine hydrothermal carbon spheres (HCSs) at lower temperature in air, and the textural properties were characterized using Boehm titrations, scanning electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FT-IR) and elemental-analysis. The result of Boehm titrations indicated that the content of carboxyl groups on HCSs increased significantly from 0.53 to 3.81 mmol/g after heat-treatment at 300 °C, which was also confirmed by FT-IR and EA qualitatively. The ability of heat-treated HCSs has been explored for the removal and recovery of uranium from aqueous solutions, and the influences of different experimental parameters, such as heat-treatment temperature, contact time and ionic strength, on adsorption were investigated. The U(VI) sorption capacity of HCSs increased from 55.0 to 179.95 mg/g after heat-treatment at 300 °C for 5 h. Selective adsorption studies showed that the heat-treated HCSs could selectively remove U(VI), and the selectivity coefficients were improved after heat-treatment in the presence of co-existing ions, Na(I), Ni(II), Sr(II), Mn(II), Mg(II) and Zn(II). The adsorbent HCSs could be effectively regenerated by 0.05 mol/L HCl solution for the removal and recovery of U(VI). Complete removal (99.0 %) of U(VI) from 1.0 L industry wastewater containing 15.0 mg U(VI) ions was possible with 5.0 g heat-treated HCSs. In addition, a reaction mechanism for newly generating carboxyl groups on pristine HCSs surface during heat-treatment process and uranyl ion interaction with carboxyl-rich hydrothermal carbon spheres were also supposed. 相似文献

采用X射线衍射、X射线荧光光谱、扫描电镜和固体核磁等方法研究了SAPO-11分子筛的水热晶化过程.结果表明,晶化初期,SAPO-11和一种具有磷硅铝组成的未知晶相同时生成;随着晶化的进行,中间相溶解,SAPO-11的生成速率大大增加,呈现快速晶化的特征;至2.33h后,SAPO-11的结晶度接近100%,并保持至晶化结束.硅从晶化初期即参与了SAPO-11的形成,它在晶体中的含量随晶化时间的延长而逐渐增加.硅原子主要以硅岛的形式分布于SAPO-11分子筛骨架中,从而导致多种硅配位环境的存在.分析显示,SAPO-11分子筛呈现外表面富硅的特点,结合晶化过程的分析可推测,硅在SAPO-11分子筛晶体中的分布不均匀,其含量从内向外递增. 相似文献
