A rapid and sensitive liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC/MS/MS) method was developed and validated using spinasterol as the internal standard (IS) for the simultaneous determination of shionone and epi‐friedelinol in rat plasma. Plasma samples were pretreated using liquid–liquid extraction with ethyl ether. Chromatographic separation was achieved on a C18 column (100 × 2.1 mm, 5 μm) with an isocratic elution consisting of acetonitrile–0.1% formic acid water (75:25, v/v) at a flow rate of 0.30 mL/min. Detection was performed under the selected reaction monitoring scan using an electrospray ionization in the positive ion mode. The mass transitions were as follows: m/z 427.4 → 95.1 for shionone, m/z 411.4 → 205.2 for epi‐friedelinol and m/z 395.3 → 105.2 for IS. All calibration curves exhibited good linearity (r > 0.995) over the concentration range for both components. The intra‐ and inter‐day precisions at three QC and lower limit of quantitation levels were both <10.21% in terms of relative standard deviation, and the accuracy ranged from ?7.13 to 8.02% in terms of relative error. The extraction recoveries of the compounds ranged from 82.07 to 89.81%. The developed method was successfully applied to the pharmacokinetic study of shionone and epi‐friedelinol after oral administration of Aster tataricus extract to rats. Abstract

A novel series of pyrazole derivatives containing substituted phenylsulfinyl/sulfonyl group have been synthesized via the oxidation of intermediate pyrazole sulfoether with H2O2 in acetic acid. The novel compounds were characterized by melting point, 1H NMR, FT-IR, MS, and elemental analysis or HRMS. The biological activity results showed that most of the title compounds exhibit significant fungicidal activities against Alternaria solani Sorauer, Phytophthora capsici, and Corynespora cassiicola.

In order to further improve the accuracy of digital core modeling, a new hybrid method was proposed to construct the dual pore 3-D digital core with high precision. First of all, 3-D macro-pore digital cores were constructed by micro-CT. Secondly, based on the high-resolution 2-D scanning electron microscopy images of rock cores, micro-pore digital cores were constructed by simulated annealing method. And then, a superposition method was used to construct the digital core which could describe different pore characteristics. Finally, pore structures of digital cores were compared, and lattice Boltzmann method was used to analyze the percolation properties. The results show that the carbonate dual pore digital core constructed by the new hybrid method has a high accuracy, which can capture the pore properties of both macro-pore and micro-pore, and whose permeability simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental measurements. In addition, the new hybrid method is not only accurate and reliable, but also high efficient and economic, and can be applied to all kinds of reservoir modeling.  相似文献

Recently,various efforts have been put forward on the development of technologies for the synthesis of methane from CO2 and H2,since it can offer a solution for renewable H2 storage and transportation.In parallel,this reaction is considered to be a critical step in reclaiming oxygen within a closed cycle.Over the years,extensive fundamental research works on CO2 methanation have been investigated and reported in the literatures.In this updated review,we present a comprehensive overview of recent publications during the last 3 years.Various aspects on this reaction system are described in detail,such as thermodynamic considerations,catalyst innovations,the influence of reaction conditions,overall catalytic performance,and reaction mechanism.Finally,the future development of CO2 methanation is discussed.  相似文献

In the photoelectric tracking system, the detection of space multi-target is crucial for target localization and tracking. The difficulties include the interferences from CCD smear and strong noise, the few characteristics of spot-like targets and the challenge of multiple targets. In this paper, we propose a hybrid algorithm of joint decision and Naive Bayes (JD-NB) learning, and present the duty ratio feature to discriminate the target and smear blocks. Firstly, we extract the proper features and train the parameters of the Naive Bayes classifier. Secondly, target blocks are preliminarily estimated with the Naive Bayes. Lastly, the 4-adjacent blocks of the candidate target blocks are jointed to analyze the distribution pattern and the true target blocks are secondarily extracted by the method of pattern matching. Experimental results indicate that the proposed JD-NB algorithm not only possesses a high recognition rate of better than 90% for the target block, but also effectively overcomes the disturbance of the smear block. Moreover, it performs well in the detection of small and faint targets when the SNR of the block is higher than about 0.014.  相似文献

In this work, poly(fluorocyclopentenyl)siloxane (FPCS) was obtained via a single electron transfer addition reaction of poly(cyclopentadienyl)siloxane (PCS) and perfluoroalkyl iodides, and reduction reaction of the intermediates. PCS was prepared by substitution and hydrolysis reactions using methyltrichlorosilane and sodium cyclopentadienide (NaCp) as raw materials. Fourier transform infrared (FTIR), 1H NMR, and 19F NMR indicated the structures of the target polymers. The XPS results showed that the thin films prepared by dip-coating were fluorine enriched at the surface. Atomic force microscopy (AFM) image showed that on the rough surface of films, there were many pinnacles which were generated through the migration of side chain fluoroalkyl groups. The relative static contact angles of water and n-hexadecane on FPCS and PCS indicated that sodium dithionite initiated the reaction of perfluoroalkyl iodides and PCS so that FPCS was successfully synthesized. The measured surface energy of PCS was 2.57 × 10?2 N/m; while FPCS was 2.14 × 10?2 N/m, which represented better liquid repellent property compared to PCS.  相似文献

A diiodo distyryl boron dipyrromethene (BODIPY) core was conjugated to two ferrocenyl quenchers through acid‐labile ketal and/or thiol‐cleavable disulfide linkers, of which the fluorescence and photosensitizing properties were significantly quenched through a photoinduced electron‐transfer process. The two symmetrical analogues that contained either the ketal or disulfide linkers could only be activated by a single stimulus, whereas the unsymmetrical analogue was responsive to dual stimuli. Upon interaction with acid and/or dithiothreitol (DTT), these linkers were cleaved selectively. The separation of the BODIPY core and the ferrocenyl moieties restored the photoactivities of the former in phosphate buffered saline and inside the MCF‐7 breast cancer cells, rendering these compounds as potential activable photosensitizers for targeted photodynamic therapy. The dual activable analogue exhibited the greatest enhancement in intracellular fluorescence intensity in both an acidic environment (pH 5) and the presence of DTT (4 mm ). Its photocytotoxicity against MCF‐7 cells also increased by about twofold upon preincubation with 4 mm of DTT. The activation of this compound was also demonstrated in nude mice bearing a HT29 human colorectal carcinoma. A significant increase in fluorescence intensity in the tumor was observed over 9 h after intratumoral injection.  相似文献

Developing new transition metal-catalyzed asymmetric cycloadditions for the synthesis of five-membered carbocycles (FMCs) is a research frontier in reaction development due to the ubiquitous presence of chiral FMCs in various functional molecules. Reported here is our discovery of a highly enantioselective intramolecular [3+2] cycloaddition of yne-alkylidenecyclopropanes (yne-ACPs) to bicyclo[3.3.0]octadiene and bicyclo[4.3.0]nonadiene molecules using a cheap Co catalyst and commercially available chiral ligand (S)-Xyl-BINAP. This reaction avoids the use of precious Pd and Rh catalysts, which are usually the choices for [3+2] reactions with ACPs. The enantiomeric excess in the present reaction can be up to 92 %. Cationic cobalt(I) species was suggested by experiments as the catalytic species. DFT calculations showed that this [3+2] reaction starts with oxidative cyclometallation of alkyne and ACP, followed by ring opening of the cyclopropyl (CP) group and reductive elimination to form the cycloadduct. This mechanism is different from previous [3+2] reactions of ACPs, which usually start from CP cleavage, not from oxidative cyclization.  相似文献
