Synthesis of 1,1′‐bifunctional aminophosphane complexes 3 a–e was achieved by the reaction of Li/Cl phosphinidenoid complex 2 with various primary amines (R=Me, iPr, tBu, Cy, Ph). Deprotonation of complex 3 a (R=Me) with potassium hexamethyldisilazide yielded a mixture of K/NHMe phosphinidenoid complex 4 a and potassium phosphanylamido complex 4 a′ . Treatment of complex 3 c (R=tBu) and e (R=Ph) with KHMDS afforded the first examples of K/NHR phosphinidenoid complexes 4 c and e . The reaction of complex 3 c with 2 molar equivalents of KHMDS followed by PhPCl2 afforded complexes 5 c,c′ , which possess a P2N‐ring ligand. All complexes were characterized by NMR, IR, MS, and microanalysis, and additionally, complexes 3 b – e and 5 c′ were scrutinized by single‐crystal X‐ray crystallography. 相似文献

An efficient and solely stereoselective synthesis of (E)-alpha-methylcinnamic acids has been accomplished in single pot by reduction of the unmodified Baylis-Hillman adducts, methyl-3-hydroxy-3-aryl-2-methylenepropanoates with I(2)/NaBH(4) reagent system at room temperature followed by hydrolysis. The efficacy of this method has been proved in the total synthesis of 1-[p-(myristyloxy)-alpha-methylcinnamoyl]glycerol, LK-903, a highly active hypolipidemic agent. 相似文献

Pd-catalyzed intramolecular arylamination on sugar derivatives has been accomplished by using bulky biaryl phosphine ligands. An application of this methodology on a variety of D-glucose-derived substrates, 2a-f, led to the synthesis of highly functionalized cis-fused tricyclic oxazocines, 3a-e. The products could subsequently be transformed to the optically active benzoxazocine derivative 4 and tricyclic nucleoside 6. This is the first example of the synthesis of eight-membered rings via intramolecular cycloamination of furanose derivatives, which provides a very useful method for the catalytic synthesis of medium-ring heterocycles. 相似文献

A novel solvent free synthetic method has been designed by using rice husk ash (RHA) as solid support for the selective functionalization of ferrocenyl derivatives and described the synthesis of a 1,1′‐unsymmetrically bi‐functionalized ferrocenyl compounds for their biological evaluation. Single crystal X‐ray structural evaluation showed some interesting intra‐molecular hydrogen bonding interactions across the chains of the ferrocenyl molecule, while DFT calculation revealed the significance of the orientation between the two cyclopentadienyl rings for the hydrogen bonding interaction. Redox and antibacterial properties have been studied to understand the electronic and biological effect of different hydrazone system and their potential for future application. 相似文献

1 The single stranded-helicate Vanadium(IV) complex [V2O2Cl4(L)(H2O)2] (1) involving heterocyclic bis-bidentate ligand viz. 3,3/-dipyridine-2-yl-[1.1/]bi[imidazo[1,5-a]pyridineyl] (L) with biological relevance is prepared and characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis. The compound lacks molecular center of symmetry where coordination environments around V(1) and V(2) centres are distorted octahedral (V···V# separation of 5.827 Å). Structure of the compound in the solid state structure shows anion?π interactions, classical and Carene-H---anion non-classical H-bonding interactions. These interactions play significant roles in shaping the extended structure of this molecule. 相似文献
