Raman spectra of pyrrole in aqueous medium at different pH values, 2.5, 5.5, 7.5 and 10.5 were recorded in the two spectral regions, 1,040-1,160 cm(-1) and 3,300-3,360 cm(-1) and pH dependence of the linewidth, peak position and intensity of the Raman bands corresponding to the ring breathing and symmetric nu(N-H) stretching modes were examined. A linear pH dependence of the peak positions for the ring breathing mode and a maximum at nearly neutral pH (7.5) for the symmetric nu(N-H) normal mode is observed, whereas the linewidth (FWHM) shows almost no variation with the change of pH. A slight decrease in the wavenumber position of the nu(N-H) mode at pH value >7.5 indicates that the influence of deprotonation is small, which results from a weak interaction between the reference molecule and the surrounding environment. The density functional theory (DFT) calculations were made primarily to obtain the optimized geometry and vibrational spectra of pyrrole in the ground electronic state using B3LYP functional and the highest level basis set 6-311++G(d,p). The assignments of the normal modes of pyrrole were made on the basis of potential energy distribution (PED). The calculations were also performed on protonated and deprotonated structures of pyrrole.  相似文献

A bioanalytical method has been developed and validated for determination of drospirenone in human plasma. The analytical method consists in the extraction of plasma sample with dichloromethane, followed by determination of drospirenone by LC–MS–MS using levonorgestrel as internal standard. Separation was achieved on a Peerless cyano column with an isocratic mobile phase consisting of methanol and ammonium formate buffer. Protonated ions formed by a Turboionspray in the positive mode were used to detect analyte and IS. The MS–MS detection was by monitoring the fragmentation for drospirenone and for levonorgestrel on a triple quadrupole mass spectrometer. The assay was calibrated over the range 5–100 ng mL?1 with a correlation coefficient of 0.9998. Validation data showed intra-batch (n = 6) CV% ≤ 5.58 and RE (%) between ?3.34 and +6.27 and inter-batch (n = 18) CV% < 6.08 and RE (%) between ?1.84 and +6.73. Mean extraction recovery were 83.31–92.58% for three QC samples and 89.32% for IS. Plasma samples were stable for three freeze-thaw cycles, or 24 h ambient storage, or 1 and 3 months storage at ?20 °C. Processed samples (ready for injection) were stable up to 72 h at autosampler (4 °C). This method has been used for analyzing plasma samples from a bioequivalence study with 12 volunteers.  相似文献

A rhodamine–cyanobenzene conjugate, (E)-4-((2-(3′,6′-bis(diethylamino)-3-oxospiro[isoindoline-1,9′-xanthene]-2-yl)ethylimino)methyl)benzonitrile (1), which structure has been elucidated by single crystal X-ray diffraction, was synthesized for selective fluorescent “turn-on” and colorimetric recognition of hydrazine at physiological pH 7.4. It was established that 1 detects hydrazine up to 58 nM. The probe is useful for the detection of intracellular hydrazine in the human breast cancer cells MCF-7 using a fluorescence microscope. Spirolactam ring opening of 1, followed by its hydrolysis, was established as a probable mechanism for the selective sensing of hydrazine.  相似文献

We report on the hydrogen bonding between pyrimidine (Pd) and methanol (M) as H‐donor in this study. Hydrogen bonds between pyrimidine and methanol molecules as well as those between different methanol molecules significantly influence the spectral features at high dilution. The ring‐breathing mode ν1 of the reference system Pd was chosen as a marker band to probe the degree of hydrogen bonding. Polarized Raman spectra in the region 970–1020 cm−1 for binary mixtures of (pyrimidine + methanol) at 28 different mole fractions were recorded. A Raman line shape analysis of the isotropic Raman line profiles at all concentrations revealed three distinct spectral components at mole fractions of Pd below 0.75. The three components are attributed to three distinct groups of species: ‘free Pd’ (pd), ‘Pd with low methanol content’ (pd1) and ‘Pd with high‐methanol content’ (pd2). The two latter species differ considerably in the pattern and the strengths of the hydrogen bonds. The results of density functional theory calculations on structures and vibrational spectra of neat Pd and eight Pd/M complexes with varying methanol content support our interpretations of the experimental results. A nice spectra–structure correlation for the different cluster subgroups was obtained, similar to earlier results obtained for Pd and water. Apart from N···H and O···H hydrogen bonds between pyrimidine and methanol, O···H hydrogen bonds formed among the methanol molecules in the cluster at high methanol content also play a crucial role in the interpretation of the experimental results. An indole based naphthalene derivative is reported as a highly selective fluorescent probe for azide ion in aqueous ethanol. The probe is applied for cell imaging of the N(3)(-) ion in contaminated living cells. The interaction of l ‐tryptophan (Trp) with silver colloids was investigated at between pH values of 6.11 and 10.6 of the sol. The measurements of surface‐enhanced Raman bands of Trp in the colloidal solution indicate the evolution of interaction between the metal particles and the molecules with increasing pH values for the sol. The experimental observations were explained using the estimated atomic charge distribution in the zwitterionic and anionic forms of the residue, obtained by density functional theory calculations. The variation in the ratio of the spectral intensities of the Fermi resonance bands with the pH reflects the effect of the colloidal environment on Trp. The results obtained can be used as a marker for describing the nature of the interaction of silver colloids with the specific terminus of the residue, at varying pH environments. Single phase nanocrystalline YFeO3 has been synthesized by a simple solution method. The average particle diameter is 42.2 nm. The particles exhibit ferromagnetic behaviour in the temperature range 10-300 K with a coercivity of 23 kOe. The magnetization versus temperature over the temperature range 2-300 K obeys Bloch equation with a Bloch constant value 9.98×10−6 K−3/2. Ferromagnetic hysteresis loops have been observed up to a temperature of 300 K. At 10 K a field-cooled sample shows an exchange bias field.  相似文献

The molecular design, synthesis, and thermal behavior of cholesterol-based nonsymmetric dimers, which can also be regarded as metallomesogens, consisting of either two- or three-ring aromatic cores terminated with ferrocenyl unit are reported. The spacer length connecting the cholesterol and aromatic cores is held constant while the length of the spacer connecting ferrocene and aromatic cores has been varied. The occurrence of the enantiotropic mesomorphism in these compounds has been adjudged by optical, calorimetric, and X-ray diffraction studies. In particular these systems exhibit liquid crystal phases such as chiral nematic, twist grain boundary, and smectic A phases. Of these, the chiral nematic phase commonly occurs in all the synthesized compounds.  相似文献
