Nanopolystyrene was used as a solid support for the covalent immobilization of Candida antarctica lipase B(Cal B) using the photoreactive reagent 1‐fluoro‐2‐nitro‐4‐azido benzene(FNAB) as a cou‐pling reagent. The obtained derivative was then used as a biocatalyst in a microwave assisted ester‐ification experiment. Factors such as contact time, pH, and enzyme concentration were investigated during immobilization. The hydrolytic activity, thermal, and operational stability of immobi‐lized‐Cal B were determined. The maximum immobilized yield(218 μg/mg support) obtained at pH 6.8 exhibited optimum hydrolytic activity(4.42 × 103 mU p‐nitrophenol/min). The thermal stability of Cal B improved significantly when it was immobilized at pH 10, however, the immobilized yield was very low(93.6 μg/mg support). The immobilized‐Cal B prepared at pH 6.8 and pH 10 retained 50% of its initial activity after incubation periods of 14 and 16 h, respectively, at 60 °C. The opera‐tional stability was investigated for the microwave assisted esterification of oleic acid with metha‐nol. Immobilized‐Cal B retained 50% of its initial activity after 15 batch cycles in the micro‐wave‐assisted esterification. The esterification time was notably reduced under microwave irradia‐tion. The combined use of a biocatalyst and microwave heating is thus an alternative total green synthesis process.  相似文献

The influence of the initial malonic acid concentration [MA]0 (8.00 x 10(-3) < or = [MA]0 < or = 4.30 x 10(-2) mol dm(-3)) in the presence of bromate (6.20 x 10(-2) mol dm(-3)), bromide (1.50 x 10(-5) mol dm(-3)), sulfuric acid (1.00 mol dm(-3)) and cerium sulfate (2.50 x 10(-3) mol dm(-3)) on the dynamics and the kinetics of the Belousov-Zhabotinsky (BZ) reactions was examined under batch conditions at 30.0 degrees C. The kinetics of the BZ reaction was analyzed by the earlier proposed method convenient for the examinations of the oscillatory reactions. In the defined region of parameters where oscillograms with only large-amplitude relaxation oscillations appeared, the pseudo-first order of the overall malonic acid decomposition with a corresponding rate constant of 2.14 x 10(-2) min(-1) was established. The numerical results on the dynamics and kinetics of the BZ reaction, carried out by the known skeleton model including the Br2O species, were in good agreement with the experimental ones. The already found saddle node infinite period (SNIPER) bifurcation point in transition from a stable quasi-steady state to periodic orbits and vice versa is confirmed by both experimental and numerical investigations of the system under consideration. Namely, the large-amplitude relaxation oscillations with increasing periods between oscillations in approaching the bifurcation points at the beginning and the end of the oscillatory domain, together with excitability of the stable quasi-steady states in their vicinity are obtained.  相似文献

A simple and reliable method for the determination of ascorbic acid (AA) is proposed and validated. It is based on potentiometric monitoring of the concentration perturbations of an oscillatory reaction system in a stable nonequilibrium stationary state close to the bifurcation point. The response of the Bray–Liebhafsky (BL) oscillatory reaction as a matrix, to the perturbation by different concentrations of AA, is followed by a Pt electrode. The linear relationship between maximal potential shift and the logarithm of the amount of AA is obtained between 0.01 and 1.0 μmol. The sensitivity of the proposed method (as the limit of detection) is 0.009 μmol and the method has excellent sample throughput (30 samples per hour). The procedure was used for AA determination in pharmaceutical formulations and urine. The results are in agreement with those obtained using the official method. Some aspects of the possible mechanism of AA action on the BL oscillating chemical system are discussed.  相似文献

We consider the stabilization of the nonnegative solutions of linear parabolic equation by controls localized on a curve. The main results of the article give a necessary and sufficient condition for positive stabilizability in terms of the principal eigenvalue of a certain elliptic operator. The general balance laws and jump relations of the nonlinear electroelasticity of anisotropic dielectrics presented in a previous work are systematically used to characterize and classify infinitesimal discontinuities and electroelastic shocks that can propagate in a simplified one-dimensional model. In particular, the characteristic speeds are obtained, the thermodynamical behavior of weak electroelastic shocks is established, and a classification of electroelastic shocks is given when the material admits a quadratic energy (so-called neo-Hookean case). The Hugoniot jump equation plays the fundamental role in the second point while electric switch-on and switch-off shocks can be exhibited in the classification. The work paves the way for a fully three-dimensional study in anisotropic ferroelectrics and ceramics.  相似文献

In this study, two novel crystal materials pcp1 and pcp1‐L have been synthesized successfully. The different conformations of the two crystals are mainly attributed to the introduction of the Schiff‐base ligand L ( L =(E)‐4‐methyl‐N‐((6‐methoxypyridin‐2‐yl)methylene)aniline). Subsequently, pcp1 and pcp1‐L composites have been firstly produced by a vacuum filtration method on various substrates (i.e., melamine foam, plastic mesh, carbon fiber cloth and glass cloth). The obtained robust composites show excellent performance in removing PMs owing to high ζ potential, microporous structure, large conjugation system and electron cloud‐exposed metal center (DFT calculations) of pcp1 and pcp1‐L . Particularly, pcp1‐L @glass cloth with low pressure drop exhibits high thermal stability and high long‐term reproducibility. Additionally, the high removal efficiency of pcp1‐L @glass cloth towards particulate matters could also be maintained, even achieving >99.9 % in the car exhaust gas field test.  相似文献

A laser printing technique was used to fabricate split-ring resonators (SRRs) on Si substrates for terahertz (THz) metamaterials and their resonance behavior evaluated by THz time-domain spectroscopy. The laser-printed Ag SRRs exhibited sharp edge definition and excellent thickness uniformity, which resulted in an electromagnetic response similar to that from identical Au SRR structures prepared by conventional photolithography. These results demonstrate that laser printing is a practical alternative to conventional photolithography for fabricating metamaterial structures at terahertz frequencies, since it allows their design to be easily modified and optimized.  相似文献
