The molar heat capacity and the standard (p 0 = 0.1 MPa) molar enthalpies of formation of the crystalline of bis(glycinate)lead(II), Pb(gly)2; bis(dl-alaninate)lead(II), Pb(dl-ala)2; bis(dl-valinate)lead(II), Pb(dl-val)2; bis(dl-valinate)cadmium(II), Cd(dl-val)2 and bis(dl-valinate)zinc(II), Zn(dl-val)2, were determined, at T = 298.15 K, by differential scanning calorimetry, and high precision solution-reaction calorimetry, respectively. The standard molar enthalpies of formation of the complexes in the gaseous state, the mean molar metal–ligand dissociation enthalpies, M(II)–amino acid, \( \langle D_{\text{m}} \rangle \)(M–L), were derived and compared with analogous copper(II)–ligand and nickel(II)–ligand.θθ

This test supported the reliability of the theoretical methods, and indicated a good thermodynamic consistency between the \Updelta\textf H\textm\texto \Updelta_{\text{f}} H_{\text{m}}^{\text{o}} (C8H9O2N, g) value obtained in this study and the remaining experimental data used in the \Updelta\textr H\textm\texto \Updelta_{\text{r}} H_{\text{m}}^{\text{o}} calculation. It also led to the conclusion that the presently recommended enthalpy of formation of gaseous acetanilide in Cox and Pilcher and Pedley’s compilations should be corrected by ~20 kJ mol−1.  相似文献

(±)-1,2-O-Isopropylidene-3,6-di-O-benzyl-myo-inositol is a relevant starting material in the synthesis of inositol phosphates and their analogs. In this study, we disclose our efforts toward an efficient methodology for the kinetic resolution of this compound by lipase B of Candida antarctica (Novozym 435). This reaction selectively affords L-(?)-1,2-O-isopropylidene-5-O-acetyl-3,6-di-O-benzyl-myo-inositol. From a conversion of 34% with EtOAc as an acylating agent, the use of vinyl acetate increased the yield to over 49%, while maintaining a very high ee (>99%). The combination of the latter reagent with TBME as a solvent accelerates the reaction.  相似文献

A methodology for the worst case measurement uncertainty estimation for analytical methods which include an instrumental quantification step, adequate for routine determinations, is presented. Although the methodology presented should be based on a careful evaluation of the analytical method, the resulting daily calculations are very simple. The methodology is based on the estimation of the maximum value for the different sources of uncertainty and requires the definition of limiting values for certain analytical parameters. The simplification of the instrumental quantification uncertainty estimation involves the use of the standard deviation obtained from control charts relating to the concentrations estimated from the calibration curves for control standards at the highest calibration level. Three levels of simplification are suggested, as alternatives to the detailed approach, which can be selected according to the proximity of the sample results to decision limits. These approaches were applied to the determination of pesticide residues in apples (CEN, EN 12393), for which the most simplified approach showed a relative expanded uncertainty of 37.2% for a confidence level of approximately 95%.  相似文献

A simple procedure was developed for the direct determination of As(III) and As(V) in water samples by flow injection hydride generation atomic absorption spectrometry (FI–HG–AAS), without pre-reduction of As(V). The flow injection system was operated in the merging zones configuration, where sample and NaBH4 are simultaneously injected into two carrier streams, HCl and H2O, respectively. Sample and reagent injected volumes were of 250 μl and flow rate of 3.6 ml min−1 for hydrochloric acid and de-ionised water. The NaBH4 concentration was maintained at 0.1% (w/v), it would be possible to perform arsine selective generation from As(III) and on-line arsine generation with 3.0% (w/v) NaBH4 to obtain total arsenic concentration. As(V) was calculated as the difference between total As and As(III). Both procedures were tolerant to potential interference. So, interference such as Fe(III), Cu(II), Ni(II), Sb(III), Sn(II) and Se(IV) could, at an As(III) level of 0.1 mg l−1, be tolerated at a weight excess of 5000, 5000, 500, 100, 10 and 5 times, respectively. With the proposed procedure, detection limits of 0.3 ng ml−1 for As(III) and 0.5 ng ml−1 for As(V) were achieved. The relative standard deviations were of 2.3% for 0.1 mg l−1 As(III) and 2.0% for 0.1 mg l−1 As(V). A sampling rate of about 120 determinations per hour was achieved, requiring 30 ml of NaBH4 and waste generation in order of 450 ml. The method was shown to be satisfactory for determination of traces arsenic in water samples. The assay of a certified drinking water sample was 81.7±1.7 μg l−1 (certified value 80.0±0.5 μg l−1).  相似文献

In this work, tetramethylammonium hydroxide (TMAH) was used to solubilize the DORM-1 dogfish muscle certified reference material as a model substance for the determination of As, Cd, Pb and Se by electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry (ET AAS). The sample was mixed with a small amount of TMAH and heated to 60 °C for 10 min in a water bath. After dissolution, As and Se were determined using palladium and magnesium nitrates as a chemical modifier added in solution. For Cd and Pb, best results were obtained with a mixture of 250 μg of each of iridium and rhodium as permanent modifiers. In both cases, the calibration was performed with aqueous solutions in 0.2% v/v HNO3. The temperature program for each analyte was optimized using pyrolysis and atomization curves established with the fish reference material. The detection limits in dry samples and the characteristic mass values were: Cd 0.005 μg g−1 and 0.9 pg; Pb 0.04 μg g−1 and 7.6 pg; As 0.4 μg g−1 and 13 pg and Se 0.6 μg g−1 and 20 pg, respectively. Results from the determination of these elements in the DORM-1 certified fish reference material were within the 95% confidence interval of the certified values.  相似文献

The competitive unimolecular reactions of formaldehyde, H2CO→H2+CO; H2CO→trans-HCOH and H2CO→H+HCO, were comparatively studied under the direct dynamics formalism, using Density functional and ab initio levels of theory. In addition, the geometric isomerization trans-HCOH→cis-HCOH was evaluated. Calculated reaction path properties were used in the determination of Rice–Ramsperger–Kassel–Marcus microcanonical rate coefficients. The reaction dynamics was evaluated for each individual process based on the nuclear displacements in the reaction path and normal coordinate analysis. Our results found are in very good agreement with experimental barrier heights and quantum yields trends.  相似文献

A procedure for the determination of trace level of copper(II) and cadmium(II) by FAAS using an on-line preconcentration system has been proposed. In this system, copper and cadmium ions were adsorbed onto a minicolumn packed with silica gel modified with niobium(V) oxide (Nb2O5-SiO2), followed by nitric acid elution in reverse mode and determination on-line by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS) without interference of the matrix. Chemical and flow variables as well as concomitant ions were studied in the developed procedure. The enrichment factor for copper(II) and cadmium(II) was 34.2 and 33.0, respectively, using a preconcentration time of 2 min. The limit of detection for copper(II) and cadmium(II) was 0.4, and 0.1 μg l−1, respectively. The precision of the method, evaluated as the relative standard deviation in solutions containing 15 μg l−1 of copper and 10 μg l−1 of cadmium, by analyzing a series of seven replicates, was 1.8 and 1.6%, respectively. The accuracy was assessed through recovery experiments of certified material and water samples.  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米TiO2薄膜,并通过吸附染料形成染料/TiO2复合薄膜。分析了染料与TiO2薄膜的相互关系,利用紫外可见、比表面等技术研究染料在纳米TiO2薄膜表面的吸附性能,并计算出TiO2薄膜对染料的最大吸附率。研究表明,染料溶液浓度、温度以及TiO2薄膜浸泡时间对染料吸附量有着显著的影响,染料的吸附性能直接影响着太阳能电池的光电转换效率。  相似文献

The mathematical optimization of a continuous alcoholic fermentation process combined with a flash column under vacuum was studied. The objective was to maximize % yield and productivity in the fermentor. The results using surface response analysis combined with modeling and simulation were compared withy those obtained when the problem was written as a nonlinear programming problem and was solved with a successive quadratic programming (SQP) technique. Two process models were evaluated when the process was optimized using the SQP technique. The first one is a deterministic model, whose kinetic parameters were experimentally determined as functions of the temperature, and the second is a statistical model obtained using the factorial design technique combined with simulation. Although the best result was the one obtained using the rigorous model, the values for productivity and % yield obtained using the simplified model are acceptable, and these models can be used when the development of a rigorous model is excessively difficult, slow, or expensive.  相似文献
