A number of iron pentacyanide complexes of the Naitn [Fe(CN)5X] type have been synthesized. The compounds have been examined by X-ray photoelectron (ESCA) and Mössbauer spectroscopies. The influence of the nature of ligand X upon the properties of iron- (II) pentacyanide complexes has been studied. The donor properties of dinitrogen as a ligand have been compared with those of other nitrogen-containing ligands. A correlation has been established between the ESCA and Mössbauer data.  相似文献

In the one-electron approximation general relations are obtained which determine the X-ray photoemission intensity from mono- and poly-crystalline solids. To describe the excited electron states plane waves and orthogonalized plane waves have been used. It is shown that consideration of orthogonalization terms is important when photoionization cross-sections of valence electrons are to be calculated. Results are discussed using the examples of transition metals, noble metals, semiconductors and dielectrics possessing the diamond and zinc-blende structure. The spectra from poly-crystals and single crystals of transition metals can differ markedly, but in the case of dielectrics the difference is small. Calculated X-ray photoelectron spectra of crystals are in good agreement with experimental data. To obtain detailed information of the spectrum structure, especially when transition metals are considered, the many-electron effects must be taken into account.  相似文献

New examples of infinite periodic finitely-generated groups are constructed. The elements of the groups are mappings of a set of words in an alphabet X into itself induced by finite Mealy automata. Estimates are given of the number of states and diagrams of the automata realizing the generating elements of the groups. The influence of tungsten carbide and titanium nitride nanoparticles on the structure and properties of the weld metal of welded joints made by automatic twin submerged arc welding is considered. The nanoparticles have been introduced into the weld pool as a part of the “master alloy” based on nickel powder (PNE-1 according to GOST 9722). It has been shown that modifying the weld metal with tungsten carbide nanoparticles holds promise for enhancing the impact strength. In addition, it has been found that titanium nitride is prone to dissociation under the same conditions. However, microalloying with titanium, which is due to the release of titanium from the nitride, leads to an increase in the impact strength of the weld metal.  相似文献

The charge carrier accumulation and relaxation effects in the active region of polymer field-effect transistor structures based on the semiconducting polymer poly(9-epoxypropylcarbazole) have been studied by means of Kelvin probe microscopy. It has been shown that the introduction of gold nanoparticles into the polymer noticeably accelerates the processes considered. The characteristic times of charge accumulation and dissipation upon the application and removal of the potential at the transistor gate in this case are of a few minutes.  相似文献

The electronic and optoelectronic properties of field-effect transistor structures with an active layer based on composite films of a semiconducting polymer, namely, polyvinylcarbazole (PVC), with nickel nanoparticles have been investigated. It has been shown that these structures at low nickel concentrations (5–10 wt %) possess current-voltage characteristics that indicate an ambipolar transport. For the field-effect transistor structures based on PVC: Ni (Ni ~ 5 wt %) films, the mobilities of electrons and holes are found to be ~1.3 and ~1.9 cm2/V s, respectively. It has been established that the photosensitivity observed in these structures is associated with the specific features of transport in the film of the polymer with nickel nanoparticles. The mechanism of this transport is determined by the modulation of electrical conductivity of the working channel of the field-effect transistor by applying a combination of incident light and gate voltages.  相似文献
