The potential energy surface of He2Ne+ has been reinvestigated using a combination of ab initio and diatomics-in-molecule (DIM) calculations. In contrast to the reports of two recent studies the ion is found to have an asymmetric linear He-Ne-He structure, with no barrier to formation from the separated atoms on the ground-state surface. The He-Ne+ bond lengths at the potential minimum are 1.51 and 1.81 A, and the total bonding energy is 0.717 eV. Comparing the He2Ne+ energy to that of HeNe+, the bonding energy for the second helium atom is 0.06 eV, about 10% of that of the first He atom. The saddle point between the two equivalent minima is a symmetric structure, 0.0074 eV above the potential minimum. A symmetric geometry becomes the overall potential minimum if the 2s hole on the Ne is excluded from the reference states of a multireference configuration interaction calculation. A DIM potential was created for the HenNe+ family of ions. The DIM potential is consistent with the asymmetric He2Ne+ ion serving as a core; it predicts a slightly more asymmetric geometry than the ab initio results. Additional helium atoms form five-membered rings around the bonds of the core ion to fill the first shell and then add to the ends of the cluster. The asymmetric core ion and the highly compact structure help to account for the lack of apparent shell structure in the mass spectrometry of HenNe+ clusters. Finally, we recommend that the value De=0.63+/-0.04 eV be adopted for the ground state of HeNe+.  相似文献

Control over the interchromophore separation, their angular relationship, and the spatial overlap of their electronic clouds in several ZnP-C(60) dyads (ZnP=zinc porphyrin) is used to modulate the rates of intramolecular electron transfer. For the first time, a detailed analysis of the charge transfer absorption and emission spectra, time-dependent spectroscopic measurements, and molecular dynamics simulations prove quantitatively that the same two moieties can produce widely different electron-transfer regimes. This investigation also shows that the combination of ZnP and C(60) consistently produces charge recombination in the inverted Marcus region, with reorganization energies that are remarkably low, regardless of the solvent polarity. The time constants of electron transfer range from the mus to the ps regime, the electronic couplings from a few tens to several hundreds of cm(-1), and the reorganization energies remain below 0.54 eV and can be as low as 0.16 eV.  相似文献

A new method for the quantification of celecoxib in human plasma based on reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) coupled to atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI) mass spectrometry (MS) after liquid-liquid extraction is presented. The method is rapid, sensitive and highly selective. The retention time of celecoxib was 2.3 min. The limit of quantification was 5 microg/L. Rofecoxib was used as internal standard. After validation, the method was used to study the pharmacokinetic profile of celecoxib following administration of a single oral dose (200 mg) in 12 healthy volunteers. Since celecoxib should be metabolized primarily by cytochrome 2C9 (CYP2C9), a poor metabolizer (PM) for this cytochrome P450 enzyme was included in the study. Pharmacokinetic characteristics (mean +/- SD) of extensive metabolizers (EM) were t(max) 2.9+/-1.2h, c(max) 842+/-280 microg/L, AUC(infinity) 6246+/-2147 microg h/L and t(1/2) 7.8+/-2.7h. The area under the curve (AUC(infinity)) for the PM was 12561 microg h/L. However, we found no noticeable increase in half life in the PM (11.5 h) after a single dose of celecoxib.  相似文献

There are many methods available for the detection of nucleotide variations in genetic material. Most of these methods are applied after amplification of the target genome sequence by the polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Many efforts are currently underway to develop techniques that can detect single nucleotide variations in genes either by means of, or without the need for, PCR. Allele-specific PCR (asPCR), which reports nucleotide variations based on either the presence or absence of a PCR-amplified DNA product, has the potential to combine target amplification and analysis in one single step. The principle of asPCR is based on the formation of matched or mismatched primer-target complexes by using allele-specific primer probes. PCR amplification by a DNA polymerase from matched 3'-primer termini proceeds, whereas a mismatch should obviate amplification. Given the recent advancements in real-time PCR, this technique should, in principle, allow single nucleotide variations to be detected online. However, this method is hampered by low selectivity, which necessitates tedious and costly manipulations. Recently, we reported that the selectivity of asPCR can be significantly increased through the employment of chemically modified primer probes. Here we report further significant advances in this area. We describe the synthesis of various primer probes that bear polar 4'-C-modified nucleotide residues at their 3' termini, and their evaluation in real-time asPCR. We found that primer probes bearing a 4'-C-methoxymethylene modification have superior properties in the discrimination of single nucleotide variations by PCR.  相似文献

From a molecular orbital study of model systems we derive the electronic requirements for the Grob fragmentation. The necessary condition for an allowed fragmentation in an X-C1-C2-C3-N system, or the amino cation +C1-C2-C3-N is the level ordering A below S . This in turn is set by maximal through-bond coupling of the empty cation orbital and the nitrogen lone pair. The conformational dependence of through-bond coupling is exactly that derived by Grob, namely parallel orientation of the cation orbital (or the C-X bond), the C2-C3-σ-bond, and the N-lone-pair. When the C1-C2-C3 and C2-C3-N angles are small, the through-space interaction dominates, reversing the level ordering to S below A , and consequently makes the fragmentation forbidden even though the conformational requirements for it are met. Ring closure becomes allowed. Some examples exploiting this result are presented, as well as procedures for enhancing through-bond coupling and thus fragmentation. The through-bond-effect has also kinetic consequences, allowing the definition of a new type of remote neighbouring group participation operative through bonds and not by direct overlap. The position of equilibria in nitrogen inversion processes should also be influenced by remote substituents which are π-acceptors or donors.  相似文献

 The molecular ion 1 of N-(n-propoxy)benzaldimine I rearranges by an 1,5-H-shift to the δ-distonic ion 2 which subsequently cyclizes to the α-distonic ion 3. Homolytic cleavage of the N–O bond in 3 results in the δ-distonic ion 4 which expels CH2O leading to the β-distonic ion 5. Ion 5 is also formed from the molecular ions of tetrahydrooxazines II and III and from M+• of phenylazetidine IVa. In a subsequent step, ion 5 cyclizes to the N-protonated 3,4-dihydroisoquinolinium ion 6. The syntheses of IIIV and their derivatives are described.  相似文献

Homogeneous nonwovens composed of polymer nanofibers of a given diameter are characterized by structural parameters such as the average pore sizes and internal surfaces as well as by transport properties, which are strongly correlated to the fiber diameter at a given porosity. Such nonwovens are used among others for filter applications, protective clothing or as scaffolds for tissue engineering. A frequent requirement is that, to be able to prepare nonwovens optimised for the specific application, one has to find ways to disrupt this strong correlation allowing independent modification of pore diameter, transport properties and internal surface or to induce local chemical and structural heterogeneities within the nonwoven. The route explored in this paper is based on the electrospinning of heterogeneous nonwovens composed of nanofibers with two different average diameters (by a ratio of up to 10 and more) on the one hand and/or different chemical nature on the other hand. Spinning parameters have been optimised to achieve this goal. In addition, nonwovens composed of fibers with circular cross-section and with ribbon-like cross-section have been prepared.  相似文献

Different synthetic routes for the preparation of diiodo(methylthio)gallane are given. Some reactions of this compound with Lewis bases, such as O(CH3)2, S(CH3)2, S2(CH3)2, N(CH3)3, P(CH3)3, and other compounds, such as CH3I, CH3OH, C2H5OH, C2H5SH, i-C3H7SH, and C2H5SeH are investigated. Spectra and some physical and chemical properties of the new compounds are reported. The structure of diiodo(methylthio)gallane is discussed in view of some interesting differences of this molecule in solution and in crystal form.  相似文献

A high-performance liquid chromatographic procedure was developed for the isolation and quantitation of coumarin from vanilla-based liquid flavorings of Mexican origin. Forty products representing fourteen different Mexican brands were assayed for coumarin, vanillin, and ethyl vanillin by the proposed method. The procedure has been adapted to the analysis of other products including domestic vanilla extracts and imitation vanilla flavorings for vanillin, ethyl vanillin, 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde and piperonal. Chromatographic retention data for thirty-seven compounds associated with vanillin and vanilla products employing two mobile phase systems are presented.  相似文献
