A simple disposable electrochemically activated carbon-paste electrode was developed for the determination of levodopa in pharmaceuticals and the optimal conditions for carbon-paste electrode electrochemical activation were studied. The study of the oxidation process of levodopa on the proposed electrode was performed using cyclic voltammetry and the irreversibility of levodopa with a kinetic-controlled current was established. The determination of levodopa is possible in the concentration range of 5–100?µM. The detection and quantification limits were 0.65 and 0.79?µM, respectively. The proposed procedure was satisfactorily applied in the levodopa determination in pharmaceuticals with relative standard deviation 3.4%. 相似文献

Primary and secondary phosphines add regio- and stereospecifically to phenylcyanoacetylene and 4-hydroxy-4-methylpent-2-ynenitrile under mild conditions to form corresponding functionalized secondary and tertiary phosphines of Z-configuration in 70-91% yield. According to ESR and UV data, the addition of primary phosphines to phenylcyanoacetylene involves a single electron transfer process. 相似文献

AbstractAn important part in the research of separation of various compound classes is the study of relationship between structure and property by describing the effect of structure on compounds’ chromatographic retention. The aim of this work was to study the chromatographic retention of the firstly synthesized benzimidazoles from water-acetonitrile and water-methanol solutions on hypercrosslinked polystyrene (HCP) by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The effect of water-methanol and water-acetonitrile solutions’ composition on the benzimidazole derivative retention factors on HCP was studied. The thermodynamic characteristics of sorption of benzimidazoles’ transition from water-organic solutions onto the surface of HCP phase were obtained. The thermodynamic compensation effects were studied. It has been shown that the benzimidazole nitro derivative realizes additional specific interactions with the aromatic network of HCP. The slope ratio of the Soczewiński–Wachtmeister equation was calculated. It was shown that 1-hydroxymethylbenzimidazole and 2-aminobenzimidazole characterized by small volumes and containing hydrophilic substituents do not subordinate Soczewiński–Wachtmeister model under ranging from 75 to 85% concentrations of acetonitrile. 相似文献

A standardless electrochemical method for metal ion determination in aqueous solution is proposed. This method is based on the combination of stripping voltammetry and controlled potential coulometry laws. Its application requires neither calibration using standard solutions nor standard additions to the studying solutions. The efficiency of the new method was examined using the detection of mercury, cadmium, copper and lead ions in aqueous media. The interference of metal ions was studied, and the determination of each metal ion was carried out in the presence of the others. The method was tested on samples of river water analyzed independently by atomic absorption spectrometry. A good agreement of the results was demonstrated. 相似文献

To solve the problem of insufficient intake of essential macro - and micronutrients into the human body, particularly in the case of the essential trace element Zinc, the possibility of enriching a socially significant product (milk) with various forms of Zinc is considered. The influence of Zinc-containing compounds on the colloidal milk system's dispersed composition and stability, photon correlation spectroscopy methods, acoustic and electroacoustic spectroscopy was established in this research. It has been shown that Zinc lysinatoriboflavinate, is a colloidal and chelated organic form of the essential trace element Zinc, having the most negligible effects on the composition and stability of the dispersed phase particles. This increases the average hydrodynamic radius of the dispersed phase by 5% and the ζ-potential by 10%.A quantum-chemical simulation of the interaction of milk κ-casein sites with various forms of the essential trace element Zinc in the QChem program was performed using the IQmol molecular editor. The mechanism of action of various forms of Zinc on the components of the dispersed system of milk, in particular milk protein (casein), is suggested. 相似文献
