Mercury film plated on a glassy carbon electrode modified with multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MF/MWNTs/GCE) was used for the analysis of single (ss) and double stranded (ds) DNA, as well as for Jurkat genomic DNAs methylated to different degrees. The results indicated that the DNA molecules adsorbed quite strongly on the MF/MWNTs/GCE surface allowing ex situ adsorption and produce well developed peaks (due to cytosine and adenine) by using adsorptive stripping (Ads, ex situ) square wave voltammetry (SWV). Also, SWV of Jurkat DNA mixtures methylated to different degrees revealed a linear decrease of the peak height with increasing methylation indicating an increase of structural rigidity.  相似文献

Olive leaf spot (OLS) caused by Fusicladium oleagineum is mainly controlled using copper fungicides. However, the replacement of copper-based products with eco-friendly alternatives is a priority. The use of plant resistance-inducers (PRIs) or biological control agents (BCAs) could contribute in this direction. In this study we investigated the potential use of three PRIs (laminarin, acibenzolar-S-methyl, harpin) and a BCA (Bacillus amyloliquefaciens FZB24) for the management of OLS. The tested products provided control efficacy higher than 68%. In most cases, dual applications provided higher (p < 0.05) control efficacies compared to that achieved by single applications. The highest control efficacy of 100% was achieved by laminarin. Expression analysis of the selected genes by RT-qPCR revealed different kinetics of induction. In laminarin-treated plants, for most of the tested genes a higher induction rate (p < 0.05) was observed at 3 days post application. Pal, Lox, Cuao and Mpol were the genes with the higher inductions in laminarin-treated and artificially inoculated plants. The results of this study are expected to contribute towards a better understanding of PRIs in olive culture and the optimization of OLS control, while they provide evidence for potential contributions in the reduction of copper accumulation in the environment.  相似文献

We report a new visible-light-mediated carbonylative amidation of aryl, heteroaryl, and alkyl halides. A tandem catalytic cycle of [Ir(ppy)2(dtb-bpy)]+ generates a potent iridium photoreductant through a second catalytic cycle in the presence of DIPEA, which productively engages aryl bromides, iodides, and even chlorides as well as primary, secondary, and tertiary alkyl iodides. The versatile in situ generated catalyst is compatible with aliphatic and aromatic amines, shows high functional-group tolerance, and enables the late-stage amidation of complex natural products.  相似文献

A novel, sensitive catalytic adsorptive stripping voltammetric procedure which can be used to determine trace amounts of germanium is described. The method is based on the interfacial accumulation of the complex formed by Ge(IV) and the product of the reduction of chloranilic acid on the hanging mercury drop electrode or the renewable silver amalgam film electrode, and its subsequent reduction from the adsorbed state followed by the catalytic action of the V(IV)·HEDTA complex. The presence of V(IV)·HEDTA greatly enhances the adsorptive stripping response of Ge. The reduction of the Ge(IV) in the presence of chloranilic acid and V(IV)·HEDTA was investigated in detail and the effects of pH, electrolyte composition, and instrumental parameters were studied. Under optimal conditions, the catalytic peak current of germanium exhibited good linearity for Ge(IV) concentrations in the range of 0.75–60 nM (for 60 s of accumulation at −0.1 V, r2 = 0.995) and a low limit of detection (LOD = 0.085 nM). The procedure was successfully applied to determine Ge in water samples.

Molybdenum disulfide nanosheets covalently modified with porphyrin were prepared and fully characterized. Neither the porphyrin absorption nor its fluorescence was notably affected by covalent linkage to MoS2. The use of transient absorption spectroscopy showed that a complex ping‐pong energy‐transfer mechanism, namely from the porphyrin to MoS2 and back to the porphyrin, operated. This study reveals the potential of transition‐metal dichalcogenides in photosensitization processes.  相似文献

Reaction of the non-oxo V(IV) species [V(IV)Cl(2)(L(OO))(2)] [L(OO) = acetylacetonate (acac(-)) or benzoylacetonate (bzac(-))] with a chelate nitrogen-donor ligand L(NN) in acetonitrile leads to the reduction of V(IV) to V(III) and the formation of the mononuclear V(III) compounds of the general formula [V(III)Cl(2)(L(OO))(L(NN))] (L(OO) and L(NN) are acac(-) and bipy for 1; acac- and 5,5'-me(2)bipy for 2; acac(-) and 4,4'-tb(2)bipy for 3; acac(-) and phen for 4; bzac(-) and bipy for 5; bzac(-) and phen for 6). The reduction of the V(IV) complexes was monitored by GC-MS and (1)H NMR spectroscopy. Both one- and two-dimensional (2D COSY and 2D EXSY) (1)H NMR techniques were used to assign the observed (1)H NMR resonances of 1-6 in CD(2)Cl(2) or CDCl(3) solution. It appeared that in solution these V(III) complexes form two isomers which are in equilibrium: cis-[V(III)Cl(2)(L(OO))(L(NN))] <==> trans-[V(III)Cl(2)(L(OO))(L(NN))]. 2D EXSY cross-peaks were clearly observed between bipy- and acac-hydrogen atoms of the two geometrical isomers of 1-3 as well as between bipy and acac(-) protons of the cis isomer, indicating a dynamic process that corresponds to cis-trans isomerization and a cis-cis racemization. The thermodynamic and kinetic parameters of the equilibrium between these two isomers were calculated for compounds 1 and 2 by using variable temperature (VT) NMR data. Both cis-trans isomerization and cis-cis racemization processes probably proceed with an intramolecular twist mechanism involving a trigonal prismatic transition state. Density functional calculations (DFT) also indicated such a rearrangement mechanism.  相似文献

The compound [CeIVMnIII8O8(O2CMe)12(H2O)4].4H2O (1.4H2O) has been obtained from a template synthesis involving the reaction of the chain polymer {[MnIII(OH)(O2CMe)2] .(MeCO2H).(H2O)}n (3) with Ce(IV). Compound 1 contains a MnIII8 loop inside which is held the Ce(IV) ion by the bridging oxide ions. Magnetization and magnetic susceptibility studies establish that 1 has an S = 16 spin ground state, the largest yet for a Mn cluster, and displays the slow magnetization relaxation and hysteresis behavior of a single-molecule magnet (SMM). It is thus the highest spin Mn SMM discovered to date.  相似文献

Today, the use of natural biodegradable materials in the production processes is more and more adopted by industry to achieve cyclic economy targets and to improve environmental and human health indexes. Active packaging is the latest trend for food preservation. In this work, nanostructures were prepared by incorporation of thyme oil with natural natrium-montmorillonite and organo-montmorillonite with two different techniques, direct impregnation and the green evaporation–adsorption process. Such nanostructures were mixed with poly-L-lactic-acid for the first time via an extrusion molding process to develop a new packaging film. Comparisons of morphological, mechanical, and other basic properties for food packaging were carried out via XRD, FTIR, TG, SEM/EDS, oxygen and water vapor permeation, and antimicrobial and antioxidant activity for the first time. Results showed that poly-L-lactic-acid could be modified with clays and essential oils to produce improved active packaging films. The final product exhibits food odor prevention characteristics and shelf-life extension capabilities, and it could be used for active packaging. The films based on OrgMt clay seems to be more promising, while the thyme oil addition improves their behavior as active packaging. The PLLA/3%TO@OrgMt and PLLA/5%TO@OrgMt films were qualified between the tested samples as the most promising materials for this purpose.  相似文献
