A novel mixed-ligand complex of [In(Me-phen)Cl3(DMSO)] (1) was acquired and specified via spectral approaches (IR, UV–Vis, 1H-NMR, and luminescence), thermal evaluation such as thermogravimetric, differential thermal analyses, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. In this study, we have also reported the nanosize of [In(Me-phen)Cl3(DMSO)] (1) that has been synthesized via the sonochemical process. Characterization of nanoparticle (1) was carried out via X-ray powder diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The sample size assembled via the sonochemical approach was approximately 20 nm. Also, a novel screen-printed electrode modified with indium nanocomplex (In NC/SPE) was developed. An electrochemical examination of the adjusted electrode in addition to its efficiency in dopamine electro-oxidation is explained. It was proven that dopamine oxidation at adjusted electrode surface takes place at 150 mV potential less positive compared to an unadjusted screen-printed electrode. The relevant detection limit for dopamine was 2.0 × 10−7 M via differential pulse voltammetry. Moreover, the adjusted electrode was utilized to simultaneously determine dopamine and acetylcholine. Lastly, the adjusted electrode was utilized to determine dopamine and acetylcholine within real specimens.  相似文献

Walter Roth has investigated certain equivalence relations on locally convex cones in [W. Roth, Locally convex quotient cones, J. Convex Anal. 18, No. 4, 903–913 (2011)] which give rise to the definition of a locally convex quotient cone. In this paper, we investigate some special equivalence relations on a locally convex lattice cone by which the locally convex quotient cone becomes a lattice. In the case of a locally convex solid Riesz space, this reduces to the known concept of locally convex solid quotient Riesz space. We prove that the strict inductive limit of locally convex lattice cones is a locally convex lattice cone. We also study the concept of locally convex complete quotient lattice cones.  相似文献

We present a Fourier transform representation of the generalized gamma functions, which leads to a distributional representation for them as a series of Dirac-delta functions. Applications of these representations are shown in evaluation of the integrals of products of the generalized gamma function with other functions. The results for Euler’s gamma function are deduced as special cases. The relation of the generalized gamma function with the Macdonald function is exploited to deduce new identities for it.  相似文献

We report deep level transient spectroscopy results from ZnO layers grown on silicon by molecular beam epitaxy(MBE). The hot probe measurements reveal mixed conductivity in the as-grown ZnO layers, and the current–voltage(I–V)measurements demonstrate a good quality p-type Schottky device. A new deep acceptor level is observed in the ZnO layer having activation energy of 0.49±0.03 eV and capture cross-section of 8.57×10-18cm2. Based on the results from Raman spectroscopy, photoluminescence, and secondary ion mass spectroscopy(SIMS) of the ZnO layer, the observed acceptor trap level is tentatively attributed to a nitrogen–zinc vacancy complex in ZnO.  相似文献

In this paper, the pull-in instability of electrostatically actuated nanotweezers considering the dispersion forces is studied using distributed and lumped parameter models. By analogy to nanoswitches, closed-form solutions are obtained for electrostatic nanotweezers. The distributed and lumped parameter modeling of the tweezer result, respectively, in two coupled nonlinear boundary value problems and two coupled nonlinear equations, which are solved numerically in the cases of electrostatic microtweezers, freestanding nanotweezers, and electrostatic nanotweezers. In each case, analytical and numerical solutions are obtained and compared with those of the corresponding switch. In addition, the results of the distributed and lumped parameter models are compared. The detachment length and minimum initial gap of nanotweezers are determined.  相似文献

We report a quantitative analysis of various plant-biochar samples (S1, S2 and S3) by utilizing a laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) technique. For LIBS analysis, laser-induced microplasma was generated on the target surface by using a focused beam through a high-power Nd: YAG laser and optical emission spectra were recorded using a charged coupled device (CCD) array spectrometer, with wavelength ranges from 200 nm to 720 nm. The spectroscopical analysis showed the existence of various ingredients, including H, Li, Ca, Na, Al, Zn, Mg, Sr, Si, and Fe, along with a CN molecular emission band due to B2Σ+ − X2Σ+ electronic transition. By assuming conditions of the plasma is optically thin and in LTE, calibration-free laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (CF-LIBS) was utilized for the compositional analysis of the ingredients present in the three plant-biochar samples. To lower the uncertainties, we used an average composition (%) of the three plant-biochar samples. The quantitative study of the plant-biochar samples was also achieved using the energy dispersive X-ray (EDX) technique, showing good agreement with the CF-LIBS technique. In addition, statistical analysis, such as principal component analysis (PCA), was performed for the clustering and classification of the three plant-biochar samples. The first three PCs explained an overall ~91% of the variation in LIBS spectral data, including PC1 (58.71%), PC2 (20.9%), and PC3 (11.4%). These findings suggest that LIBS is a robust tool for rapid measurement of heavy as well as light elements, such as H, Li, and nutritional metals in plant-biochar samples.  相似文献
