Carbonyl compounds have been successfully converted into their corresponding dithiolanes and dithianes derivatives with 1,2-ethanedithiol and 1,3-propanedithiol in excellent yield at room temperature and short reaction times using a catalytic amount of magnesium hydrogensulfate. The synthetic simple procedures reported in this paper constitute an exceptionally mild procedure for carbonyl protection in ambient conditions.  相似文献

ZnO-MgO and ZnO-NiO mixed oxides nanoparticles were produced from a solution containing Zinc acetate, Mg and Ni nitrate by Solvothermal method. The calcination process of the ZnO-MgO and ZnO-NiO composites nanoparticles brought forth polycrystalline two-phase ZnO-MgO and ZnO-NiO nanoparticles of 40-80 nm in diameters. ZnO, MgO and NiO were crystallized into würtzite and rock salt structures, respectively. The optical properties of ZnO-MgO and ZnO-NiO nanoparticles were obtained by solid state UV and solid state florescent. The XRD, SEM and Raman spectroscopies of these nanoparticles were analyzed.  相似文献

A novel electrode based on orange peel derived C‐dots decorated CuO nanorods (CR@C‐dot) modified lead pencil (LP) electrode has been fabricated for highly sensitive and selective monitoring of dopamine (DA). Prior to the functionalization with C‐dot, electrochemical efficacy of CR was evaluated and compared with CuO nano‐needles (CN) and nano‐spheres (CS). The morphology, surface area and composition of synthesized nanoparticles was confirmed through field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE‐SEM), N2‐adsorption‐desorption isotherm, X‐ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectroscopy and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). Our results indicated that CR has high electrocatalytic activity compared to CN and CS by expositing greater fraction of catalytic active sites, large surface area and short diffusion pathways. The electrochemical efficacy of CR is further enhanced by decorating with orange peel derived C‐dots, which surprisingly lead to the integrations of surface‐active sites with current collectors with minimum resistance by acting as an electron transport mediator and providing more surface defects. The developed CR@C‐dot sensor enables highly sensitive and selective recognition of DA detection (0.0007 μM), over good linear range (5–2250 μM) with rapid response time. the developed CR@C‐dot sensor was successfully used to monitor the DA from deboned chicken, thus suggesting reliability of the developed electrode.  相似文献

A simple and sensitive flow injection method with spectrophotometric detection was developed for the determination of formaldehyde. The method is based on the catalytic effect of formaldehyde on the oxidation of sulfonazo III with bromate in acidic media. The decrease in absorbance of the reaction mixture was measured at 566 nm. The calibration graph was linear in the range of 0.005 to 2.80 microg ml(-1) formaldehyde at a rate of 38 +/- 4 samples h(-1). The limit of detection was 4 ng ml(-1). The relative standard deviations for ten replicate measurements of 0.20, 0.50 and 1.00 microg ml(-1) formaldehyde were 1.3, 0.8 and 0.7%, respectively. The method was applied to the determination of formaldehyde in river water, shampoo and melamine-formaldehyde resin.  相似文献

Leaves of 10 Bene genotypes were collected from six provinces (West Azerbaijan, Kurdistan, Kermanshah, Ilam, Hamedan and Lorestan) in Iran. This study was carried out to better characterise the total phenolic and flavonoid contents, antioxidant capacity and phenolic composition, as well as to evaluate the correlation between content of phenolic compounds and antioxidant activity in 10 genotypes of Bene. The antioxidant activity of leaf extracts was measured using different assays: ferric reducing antioxidant power, nitric oxide radical scavenging and 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl. The results indicated that the antioxidant capacity can be related to total phenolic and flavonoid content, so that among all the genotypes studied here, the highest and the lowest phenolic content and antioxidant activity were observed in B2 and B10 genotypes, respectively. Analysing the phenolic composition using high performance liquid chromatography, caffeic acid, vanillic acid, ferulic acid and sinapic acid were found in all investigated genotypes.  相似文献

A simple, precise, and sensitive high-performance liquid chromatographic method was developed and validated for the simultaneous determination of potassium clavulanate and cefixime in synthetic mixture form. The analytes were separated on a C18 column by using 0.03 M disodium hydrogen phosphate buffer (pH 6.5)-methanol (84 + 16, v/v) as the mobile phase with detection at 220 nm. The method exhibited high sensitivity and good linearity in the concentration ranges of 12.5-62.5 and 20-100 microg/mL for potassium clavulanate and cefixime, respectively. The total run time for the 2 components was <8 min, and the average recovery was >101.5% with a relative standard deviation of <1.0%. The proposed method was validated according to guidelines of the International Conference on Harmonization by evaluation of linearity, recovery, selectivity, robustness, limits of detection and quantitation, and within- and between-day precision. The results obtained for the synthetic mixture show that the method is highly precise and accurate for the simultaneous determination of potassium clavulanate and cefixime.  相似文献

Extending work by Hernandez, Labate and Weiss, we present a sufficent condition for a generalized shift-invariant system to be a Bessel sequence or even a frame for . In particular, this leads to a sufficient condition for a wave packet system to form a frame. On the other hand, we show that certain natural conditions on the parameters of such a system exclude the frame property.   相似文献
