[Cp*Rh(κ3N,N′,P- L )][SbF6] (Cp*=C5Me5), bearing a guanidine-derived phosphano ligand L , behaves as a “dormant” frustrated Lewis pair and activates H2 and H2O in a reversible manner. A series of new symmetrical highly substituted BODIPYs 6 a – l was synthesized through a prefunctionalization approach in 35 %–89 % yields from the pyrrole core. This strategy allowed modulation of the substituents at the different positions based on the choice of Fischer's alkynyl carbenes, oxazolones and aldehydes used as precursors. The substituent variation at positions 2, 6, 3 and 5 had the greatest effect on the modulation of their photophysical properties such as absorption (λabs) and emission (λem) wavelengths, extinction coefficient (ϵ), quantum yields (ϕ), Stokes shifts (Δν), fluorescence decay, radiative (krad) and non-radiative (knr) constants and the CIE 1931 coordinates. Theoretical calculations allowed to corroborate the effect of the substituents of meso-position on the modification of the dihedral angles. Cyclic voltammetry studies revealed that the BODIPY series presents similar redox potential behavior, being electrochemically active even in successive cycles, which suggests that transport by diffusion is the dominant process.  相似文献

The site-selective modification of biomolecules has grown spectacularly in recent years. The presence of a large number of functional groups in a biomolecule makes its chemo- and regioselective modification a challenging goal. In this context, transition-metal-mediated reactions are emerging as a powerful tool owing to their unique reactivity and good functional group compatibility, allowing highly efficient and selective bioconjugation reactions that operate under mild conditions. This Minireview focuses on the current state of organometallic chemistry for bioconjugation, highlighting the potential of transition metals for the development of chemoselective and site-specific methods for functionalization of peptides, proteins and nucleic acids. The importance of the selection of ligands attached to the transition metal for conferring the desired chemoselectivity will be highlighted.  相似文献

The separation of 11 phthalic acid ester (PAEs) was carried out by nano-liquid chromatography coupled to ultraviolet and MS detection. Preliminary experiments were achieved in order to select suitable stationary phases and chromatographic conditions. The baseline separation was obtained, for all compounds, with an XBridgeTM C18 column in less than 15 min, working in step gradient mode. The sensitivity of the method was improved by on-column focusing. PAEs were extracted from alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages using vortex-assisted emulsification dispersive liquid–liquid microextration and natural deep eutectic solvents. The whole method was validated in terms of linearity, sensitivity, precision, recovery, and repeatability. Combination of both off-line sample preparation preconcentration and large injection volume led to obtain LOQs in the range 5–47 ng/mL. The developed nano-LC-UV method was extended to MS detection to confirm the presence of PAEs in some beverages commercialized in different types of packaging.  相似文献

Platinum-based chemotherapy persists to be the only effective therapeutic option against a wide variety of tumours. Nevertheless, the acquisition of platinum resistance is utterly common, ultimately cornering conventional platinum drugs to only palliative in many patients. Thus, encountering alternatives that are both effective and non-cross-resistant is urgent. In this work, we report the synthesis, reduction studies, and luminescent properties of a series of cyclometallated (C,N,N′)PtIV compounds derived from amine–imine ligands, and their remarkable efficacy at the high nanomolar range and complete lack of cross-resistance, as an intrinsic property of the platinacycle, against multiplatinum-resistant colorectal cancer (CRC) and castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC) metastatic cell lines generated for this work. We have also determined that the compounds are effective and selective for a broader cancer panel, including breast and lung cancer. Additionally, selected compounds have been further evaluated, finding a shift in their antiproliferative mechanism towards more cytotoxic and less cytostatic than cisplatin against cancer cells, being also able to oxidize cysteine residues and inhibit topoisomerase II, thereby holding great promise as future improved alternatives to conventional platinum drugs.  相似文献

This paper presents a process to easily fabricate photonic crystals (PCs) on silicon to increase the efficiency of solar cells by reducing the sunlight reflection in the front surface of the cell. The process, based on laser interference lithography (LIL) and reactive ion etching (RIE), allows creating nanostructures over large areas with different shapes and dimensions. The reflectance of the resulting surface depends on the height, pitch, width and shape of the created PC. In this work, these parameters have been optimized by computer simulation and the best PC so far found has been fabricated on silicon. We obtain a normal reflectance under 10% in the spectral region between 500 and 900 nm without any other material employed as antireflecting coating.  相似文献

The intrinsic instability of small alkylsilanediols and their propensity toward self-condensation have been the main determiners of the scarce number of experimental works dealing with their synthesis and vibrational characterization. This is the case of the title compound, ethylmethylsilanediol (EMSD), which preparation and purification is, to the best of our knowledge, firstly reported in the present work. Hence, we also report the first records of the IR and Raman spectra of the molecule that have been thoroughly analyzed and completely assigned with the support of DFT calculations. Further, as a previous step of the vibrational assignment, we accomplished a thorough conformational analysis that allowed indentifying five conformations that represent minima on the potential energy surface (PES) of the molecule, depending on the different arrangement that both, the alkyl side chain and the –OH groups, can adopt. Finally, natural bond orbital (NBO) calculations were implemented to justify the stability order and the calculated geometries for the set of conformers in terms of the stabilization derived from the anomeric effect.  相似文献
