Forecasting of the sea level plays a key role to control on- and offshore facilities. First, we start with a determinstic time series method based on the state space embedding to determine the vector field of the nonlinear dynamical system and deduce the solution of its corresponding high-order differential equation. Second, We assume that the sea state is a stochastic process governed by a deterministic part and by noise so that this dynamical system can be modelled by the Langevin equation. We extract the nonlinear dynamical system considering fluctuations directly from a measured time series by estimating the drift vector and the diffusion matrix of the Fokker-Planck equation. In order to determine the prediction accuracy, the numerical solutions of the deterministic model and the Langevin equation are compared to the data values at future time. Two simple, accurate, and reliable spectrophotometric methods have been developed for the determination of 2 antiviral drugs, acyclovir (ACV) and ribavirin (RBV), in their pharmaceutical formulations. These methods are based on oxidation of the 2 drugs with either cerium (IV) ammonium sulfate (Method A) or potassium persulfate (Method B). The products of oxidation in both methods are coupled with 3-methylbenzothiazolin 2-one hydrazone, producing a deep blue color with a maximum absorption wavelength at 630 nm. In Method A, the absorbance-concentration plots were linear over the ranges of 5-50 and 10-60 microg/mL with detection limits of 0.18 microg/mL (8 x 10(-7) M) and 0.63 microg/mL (2.58 x 10(-6) M) for ACV and RBV, respectively. In Method B, the ranges were 5-45 and 20-50 microg/mL with detection limits of 0.11 microg/mL (4.88 x 10(-7) M) and 1.40 microg/mL (5.73 x 10(-6) M) for the 2 drugs, respectively. The molar absorptivities were 4.1 x 10(3) and 3.65 x 10(3) L/mol/cm in Method A and 5.03 x 10(3) and 3.97 x 10(3) L/mol/cm in Method B for the 2 drugs, respectively. The proposed methods were applied successfully for the determination of the 2 drugs in their pharmaceutical formulations. The percentage recoveries +/- standard deviation were 99.57 +/- 0.86 and 100.82 +/- 0.46 for ACV; 99.41 +/- 1.08 and 100.35 +/- 1.03 for RBV. A highly sensitive spectrofluorometric method was developed for the determination of verapamil hydrochloride (VP HCl) in pharmaceutical formulations and biological fluids. The proposed method is based on investigation of the fluorescence spectral behavior of VP HCl in micellar systems, such as sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) and beta-cyclodextrin (beta-CD). In aqueous solutions of borate buffer of pH 9 and 8.5, VP HCI was well incorporated into SDS and beta-CD, respectively, with enhancement of its native fluorescence. The fluorescence was measured at 318 nm after excitation at 231 nm. The fluorescence intensity enhancements were 183 and 107% in SDS and in beta-CD, respectively. The fluorescence-concentration plots were rectilinear over the range of 0.02-0.2 and 0.02-0.25 microg/mL, with lower detection limits of 5.58 x 10(-3) and 3.62 x 10(-3) microg/mL in SDS and beta-CD, respectively. The method was successfully applied to the analysis of commercial tablets and the results were in good agreement with those obtained with the official method. The method was further applied to the determination of VP HCl in real and spiked human plasma. The mean % recoveries in the case of spiked human plasma (n=4) was 92.59 +/- 3.11 and 88.35 +/- 2.55 using SDS and beta-CD, respectively, while that in real human plasma (n=3) was 90.17 +/- 6.93 and 89.17 +/- 6.50 using SDS and beta-CD, respectively. The application of the method was extended to the stability studies of VP HCl after exposure to ultraviolet radiation and upon oxidation with hydrogen peroxide. 相似文献

The crystal structures of the title compounds were solved using the single-crystal X-ray diffraction technique. At room temperature CsKSO4Te(OH)6 was found to crystallize in the monoclinic system with Pn space group and lattice parameters: ; ; ; β=106.53(2)°; ; Z=4 and . The structural refinement has led to a reliability factor of R1=0.0284 (wR2=0.064) for 7577 independent reflections. Rb1.25K0.75SO4Te(OH)6 material possesses a monoclinic structure with space group P21/a and cell parameters: ; ; ; β=106.860(10)°; ; Z=4 and . The residuals are R1=0.0297 and wR2=0.0776 for 3336 independent reflections. The main interest of these structures is the presence of two different and independent anionic groups (TeO66− and SO42−) in the same crystal.Complex impedance measurements (Z*=Z′—iZ″) have been undertaken in the frequency and temperature ranges 20-106 Hz and 400-600 K, respectively. The investigation of ultrafast dynamics, taking place on the few to sub‐picosecond time scale, is today a very active research area pursued in a variety of scientific domains. With the recent advent of X‐ray free‐electron lasers (XFELs), providing very intense X‐ray pulses of duration as short as a few femtoseconds, this research field has gained further momentum. As a consequence, the demand for access strongly exceeds the capacity of the very few XFEL facilities existing worldwide. This situation motivates the development of alternative sub‐picosecond pulsed X‐ray sources among which femtoslicing facilities at synchrotron radiation storage rings are standing out due to their tunability over an extended photon energy range and their high stability. Following the success of the femtoslicing installations at ALS, BESSY‐II, SLS and UVSOR, SOLEIL decided to implement a femtoslicing facility. Several challenges were faced, including operation at the highest electron beam energy ever, and achievement of slice separation exclusively with the natural dispersion function of the storage ring. SOLEIL's setup also enables, for the first time, delivering sub‐picosecond pulses simultaneously to several beamlines. This last feature enlarges the experimental capabilities of the facility, which covers the soft and hard X‐ray photon energy range. In this paper, the commissioning of this original femtoslicing facility is reported. Furthermore, it is shown that the slicing‐induced THz signal can be used to derive a quantitative estimate for the degree of energy exchange between the femtosecond infrared laser pulse and the circulating electron bunch. 相似文献

The numerical predictions confirm a new classification of flow patterns of triple jet interaction. The addition of side jets increase the rate of decrease of the centreline velocity for the flow of type A and decreases in the other cases. The effect of various types of flow on the rate of decrease of the velocity, the turbulent kinetic energy and the temperature in the combined region are detailed. Rosiglitazone (ROZ) and glimepiride (GLM) are antidiabetic agents used in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. A survey of the literature reveals that only one spectrophotometric method has been reported for the simultaneous determination of ROS and GLM in pharmaceutical preparations. The reaction of 99mTc of different oxidation states (+7, +4) with 2-thiouracil and 5-nitrobarbituric acid have been studied at different temperatures,
pH and concentrations. The reaction mixtures have been analyzed at different times using thin layer chromatography (TLC) and
a radio detector to show the peaks at the plates. 99mTc is obtained from the Mo generators with oxidation state (+7). The use of SnCl2 as a reducing agent gave 99mTc with oxidation state (+4). It is very difficult to separate the complexes formed from the reactions in very small concentration.
The percentage of 99mTc and its oxidation state involved in the complexes can be determined. The labeling efficiencies (percentage of complex)
in the reaction of 99mTc+7 with 5-nitro-barbituric-acid increases mostly at pH 10. Both oxidation states of 99mTc(+7, +4) can be detected at pH’s 4 and 10, but at pH 4, the reduced form 99mTCO2, is more pronounced. At pH 7 no complexes were detected and most of 99mTc remains as 99mTCO4
−
. By increasing the ligand concentration, the labeling efficiencies of the complex increases. For the reaction of 99mTc of oxidation states (+4, +7) with 2-thiouracil at different temperatures and analytical times it is concluded that several

A polarographic procedure is described for the determination of paracetamol (acetaminophen) and salicylamide after treatment with nitrous acid. The different experimental parameters affecting the derivatization process and the polarographic analysis were studied. The derivatization products were found to be reduced at the dropping mercury electrode over the whole pH range in Britton-Robinson buffers. At pH 7.0, well defined diffusion-controlled cathodic waves were produced for both compounds. Plots of limiting current vs. concentration were linear over the ranges 0.05–0.75 and 0.25–1.5mM for paracetamol and salicylamide, respectively, in the d.c. mode, with minimum detectability of 2.5 × 10–6 and 1.25 × 10–5

SrBi2-xHoxNb2O9 (0?≤?x?≤?0.5) ceramics were prepared through the conventional solid state route. The materials have been characterized by XRD, FTIR and SEM. All compounds were pure and well crystallized. In FTIR spectroscopy, the spectral patterns of the crystal structures of these polyphases are unique and smoothly different from each other. The grains were prone to become spherical with increasing x. Dielectric and electrical properties of these materials as a function of temperature at different frequencies have been carried out. The dielectric constant and dielectric loss were found to decrease with an increase of the holmium concentration at room temperature. Reaching up to x?=?0.4 and x?=?0.5, the diffusivity increases, leading to the occurrence of relaxor behavior. 20–30 at.% Ho doping on the Bi-site can fill up the oxygen vacancies and decrease the AC conductivity. However, at higher doping levels greater than 40% holmium oxide, the AC conductivity is found to increase. 相似文献
