We present herein our results on the nucleophilic addition of imidazole to a range of arylselanylalkynes by simple heating in DMF without any additives to give (Z)-1-(1-organyl-(2-arylselanyl)vinyl)-1H-imidazoles. The reactions were performed under mild conditions with a range of arylselanylalkynes in good yields and with high regio- and stereoselectivity to give the respective (Z)-arylselanyl alkene as the only isomer.  相似文献

The urge for the development of a more efficient antibiotic crystalline forms led us to the disclosure of new antibiotic coordination frameworks of pyrazinamide, a well-known drug used for the treatment of tuberculosis, with some of the novel compounds unravelling improved antimycobacterial activity. Mechanochemistry was the preferred synthetic technique to yield novel compounds, allowing the reproduction of a 1D zinc framework, the synthesis of a novel hydrogen bonding manganese framework, and three new compounds with silver. The structural characterization of the novel forms is presented along with stability studies. The increased antimicrobial activity of the new silver-based frameworks against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, and Mycobacterium smegmatis is particularly relevant.  相似文献

Arsenic has been reported in the literature as one of the few p-type dopants in the technologically promising II-VI semiconductor ZnO. However, there is an ongoing debate whether the p-type character is due to As simply replacing O atoms or to the formation of more complicated defect complexes, possibly involving As on Zn sites. We have determined the lattice location of implanted As in ZnO by means of conversion-electron emission channeling from radioactive (73)As. In contrast to what one might expect from its nature as a group V element, we find that As does not occupy substitutional O sites but in its large majority substitutional Zn sites. Arsenic in ZnO (and probably also in GaN) is thus an interesting example for an impurity in a semiconductor where the major impurity lattice site is determined by atomic size and electronegativity rather than its position in the periodic system.  相似文献

We have compared the stability of two distinct atomic frequency standards. One is based on an atomic cold cloud of 133Cs atoms in free expansion, interrogated by a Rabi resonance. The other standard is based on a thermal Cs beam interrogated by the separated oscillatory field method (Ramsey’s method). The atomic expanding cloud standard shows better stability and technical advances based on its simplicity.  相似文献

(S)-(1,2,3,6-Tetrahydropyridazin-3-yl)methanol was synthesized in two steps by the Diels-Alder reaction of penta-2,4-dien-1-ol with diethyl azodicarboxylate in the presence of (S)-BINOL as chiral catalyst. The subsequent Boc-protection of the 2-position of the pyridazine ring, ring-closing carbonylation of the hydroxy group, and deprotection afforded a bicyclic iminosugar analog. The structure of the isolated compounds was proved by NMR, IR, and mass spectra and elemental analyses.

Single crystalline SrTiO 3 samples were implanted with Er ions of 150 v keV at room temperature with fluences of 5 ‐ 10 14 and 5 ‐ 10 15 . Annealing treatments were carried out both in reducing and oxidising atmospheres to recover the implantation damage. Infrared 1.54 v m Er 3+ luminescence between the two lowest spin-orbit levels 4 I 13/2 M 4 I 15/2 as well as emission from higher excited states 4 S 3/2 M 4 I 15/2 , 4 F 9/2 M 4 I 15/2 and 4 S 3/2 M 4 I 13/2 were observed in the implanted samples with highest fluence, annealed either in air or in vacuum. Multiple site location of Er 3+ ion is discussed and compared with RBS/C and emission channelling results that indicate that Er goes to Sr and Ti sites.  相似文献

One of the known important functions of hair is protection from extensive sunlight. This protection is accomplished in large part due to natural hair pigmentation which is known to reflect the number of melanin granules (melanosomes) in the hair shaft, and melanin variants. Melanin takes in excessive light energy and converts it to heat in a process called absorption; heat is then dissipated into the environment as infrared radiation, thereby protecting the underlying skin. We used transmission electron microscopy (TEM) to visualize the melanosome counts in samples of human hair, and used thermal microscopy to measure the temperature changes of the samples when exposed to green and blue light lasers. In our experiments green light conversion to heat was highly correlated to the number of melanosomes, whereas blue light conversion to heat was less correlated, which may be because the reddish melanosomes it contains are less effective in absorbing energy from the blue spectrum of light. Anyway, we have shown the metals accumulation in the melanin can be easily visualized with TEM. We confirmed that the amount of melanin granules in human hair defines the conversion to heat of light energy in the visible spectrum.  相似文献

Grumixama (Eugenia brasiliensis Lam.) is a native fruit of the Brazilian Atlantic Forest, belonging to the Myrtaceae family, which designatesthe most significant number of species with food potential. It stands out due to its phytochemical characteristics because of the presence of polyphenols and volatile organic compounds. Volatile compounds are substances released by foods that give off an aroma and influence flavor. Solid-phase microextraction is a technique that allows for low-cost, fast, and solvent-free extraction, has an affinity for numerous analytes, and is easily coupled to gas chromatography. The objectives of this work were to evaluate the efficiency of different fibers of SPME (solid-phase microextraction) in the extraction of volatile organic compounds from grumixama pulp; optimize a method for extraction time, temperature, and sample weight; and to determine the characteristic volatile profile of this fruit. For the extraction of volatile compounds, three fibers of different polarities were used: polar polyacrylate (PA) fibers, divinylbenzene/carboxyne/polydimethylsiloxane (DVB/CAR/PDMS) semipolar fibers, and polydimethylsiloxane/divinylbenzene (PDMS/DVB). Fourteen volatile organic compounds (VOCs) were identified by DVB/CAR/PDMS, six by PA, and seven by PDMS/DVB through solid-phase microextraction in the headspace mode (SPME-HS). Considering the total number of compounds identified, regardless of the fiber used, and the optimization of the method, Eugenia brasiliensis presented sesquiterpene fractions (85.7%, 83.3%, and 85.7% of total VOCs) higher than the monoterpene fractions (14.3%, 16.7%, and 14.3%) for DVB/CAR/PDMS, PA, and PDMS/DVB, respectively in its composition. In addition, it was possible to verify that the fiber DVB/CAR/PDMS presented a better efficiency due to the larger chromatographic area observed when the grumixama pulp was subjected to conditions of 75 °C, 2.0 g, and an adsorption time of 20 min.  相似文献

The adsorption of the antibiotic amoxicillin at low concentration levels (µg?L?1 order) from aqueous solution on almond shell ashes has been investigated, either by kinetic or equilibrium assays. The effect of the adsorbent amount, initial concentration of the antibiotic, particle diameter (dp) and temperature were considered to evaluate the adsorption capacity of the adsorbent. The results showed that amoxicillin sorption is dependent on these four factors. The adsorption process was relatively fast and equilibrium was established in about 12 hours. The optimum parameters for an initial concentration of 450?µg?L?1 were 50?mg of adsorbent, 303?K and dp?<?600?µm. A comparison of kinetic models showed that pseudo-second order kinetics provides the best correlation of the experimental data. Isotherm data adjusted better to Langmuir equation, with an adsorption capacity of 2.5?±?0.1?mg?g?1 at 303?K. The desorption process was also evaluated (maximum efficiency of 5%). Thermodynamic parameters were calculated and the negative value of ΔH0 and ΔG0 showed that adsorption was exothermic and a spontaneous process.  相似文献
