The aim of this paper is to study the spectral gap and the logarithmic Sobolev constant for continuous spin systems. A simple but general result for estimating the spectral gap'of finite dimensional systems is given by Theorem 1.1, in terms of the spectral gap for one-dimensional marginals. The study of this topic provides us a chance, and it is indeed another aim of the paper, to justify the power of the results obtained previously. The exact order in dimension one (Proposition 1.4), and then the precise leading order and the explicit positive regions of the spectral gap and the logarithmic Sobolev constant for two typical infinite-dimensional models are presented (Theorems 6.2 and 6.3). Since we are interested in explicit estimates, the computations become quite involved. A long section (Section 4) is devoted to the study of the spectral gap in dimension one.  相似文献

Three kinds of marine bivalves (wild Saccostrea cucullata, aquacultured Perna viridis and aquacultured Pinctada martens), collected from Daya Bay, the South China Sea, were used to investigate the bio-accumulation of radioruthenium in the glass aquarium with natural seawater (pH 8.20, 35‰ salinity, filtered by 0.45 μm) at ambient temperature under laboratory feeding conditions. The experimental results show that the stead-state of biology concentration factor (BCF, ml/g) of radioruthenium was approached around 6 days for most species of bivalves. The values of BCF in shells are the highest in organs all the three bivalves. The orders of BCF values (ml·g−1) are as: Perna viridis (33.2) < Saccostrea cucullata (47.0) < Pinctada martensi (208.4) for shells and Saccostrea cucullata (1.5) < Pinctada martensi (2.2) ≈ Perma viridis (2.4) for soft tissues, respectively, after exposed for 14 days. The rate constants of uptake and elimination of radioruthenium on marine bivalves were also discussed by first-order kinetics model. The Pinctada martensi may be applicable to be an indicator for monitoring radioruthenium among the three bivalves.  相似文献

Pyridoxamine has been found to inhibit protein glycation and to avoid the formation of advanced glycation end‐products (AGEs). One of the mechanisms by which pyridoxamine can inhibit glycation involves the scavenger of carbonyl groups with glycation capacity. In this work, we conducted a kinetic study of the reactions of pyridoxamine with various carbohydrates under physiological pH and temperature. The reactions involving hexoses were found to give a tricyclic compound ( 5 ) in addition to pyridoxal and pyridoxine. Such a tricyclic compound inhibits the Amadori rearrangement and the formation of other carbonyl compounds with glycating properties. The reactions involving pentoses gave compound 7 and pyridoxal—by transamination of the Schiff base. The transamination reaction enhances the inhibitory action of pyridoxamine. The formation rate constants for the Schiff base, k3, were found to be similar to those for the reactions of D ‐glucose with amino acids, which suggests competition between pyridoxamine and terminal amino residues in proteins for glycating sites in sugars. These constants are dependent on the electrophilic character of the carbonyl carbon in the carbohydrate. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 39: 154–167, 2007  相似文献

1-en-6-ynes react with alcohols or water in the presence of PtCl2 as catalyst to give carbocycles with alkoxy or hydroxy functional groups at the side chain. The reaction proceeds by anti attack of the alkene onto the (eta2-alkyne)platinum complex. The formation of the C-C and C-O bonds takes place stereoselectively by trans addition of the electrophile derived from the alkyne and the nucleophile to the double bond of the enyne. Formation of five- or six-membered carbo- or heterocycles could be obtained from 1-en-6-ynes depending on the substituents on the alkene or at the tether. Although more limited in scope, Ru(II) and Au(III) chlorides also give rise to alkoxy- or hydroxycyclization of enynes. On the basis of density functional theory (DFT) calculations, a cyclopropyl platinacarbene complex was found as the key intermediate in the process. In the presence of polar, nonnucleophilic solvents, 1-en-6-ynes are cycloisomerized with PtCl2 as catalyst. Formation of a platinacyclopentene intermediate is supported by DFT calculations. The reaction takes place by selective hydrogen abstraction of the trans-allylic substituent. Cycloisomerization of enynes containing disubstituted alkenes could be carried out using RuCl3 or Ru(AsPh3)4Cl2 in MeOH.  相似文献

Understanding the fine details of the self-assembly of building blocks into complex hierarchical structures represents a major challenge en route to the design and preparation of soft-matter materials with specific properties. Enzymatically synthesised cellodextrins are known to have limited water solubility beyond DP9, a point at which they self-assemble into particles resembling the antiparallel cellulose II crystalline packing. We have prepared and characterised a series of site-selectively fluorinated cellodextrins with different degrees of fluorination and substitution patterns by chemoenzymatic synthesis. Bearing in mind the potential disruption of the hydrogen-bond network of cellulose II, we have prepared and characterised a multiply 6-fluorinated cellodextrin. In addition, a series of single site-selectively fluorinated cellodextrins was synthesised to assess the structural impact upon the addition of one fluorine atom per chain. The structural characterisation of these materials at different length scales, combining advanced NMR spectroscopy and microscopy methods, showed that a 6-fluorinated donor substrate yielded multiply 6-fluorinated cellodextrin chains that assembled into particles presenting morphological and crystallinity features, and intermolecular interactions, that are unprecedented for cellulose-like materials.  相似文献

A series of triazole derivatives containing a pyrazole moiety were synthesized and characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and HRMS. The herbicidal activities of these compounds were tested against lettuce and bentgrass. Most of the tested compounds were moderately herbicidal activity against lettuce and bentgrass. Among them, compounds 6f and 6g had the highest herbicidal activity (80% inhibitory) against lettuce and bentgrass.  相似文献

By employing the notion of exceptional family of elements, we establish existence results for the mixed tensor variational inequalities. We show that the nonexistence of an exceptional family of elements is a sufficient condition for the solvability of mixed tensor variational inequality. For positive semidefinite mixed tensor variational inequalities, the nonexistence of an exceptional family of elements is proved to be an equivalent characterization of the nonemptiness of the solution sets. We derive several sufficient conditions of the nonemptiness and compactness of the solution sets for the mixed tensor variational inequalities with some special structured tensors. Finally, we show that the mixed tensor variational inequalities can be defined as a class of convex optimization problems.
