In preliminary communications, we reported the diastereoselective synthesis of cularine and sarcocapnine via the intramolecular ring closure of nitrenium and oxenium ions, a new highly diastereoselective reductive methylation with (+)-8-phenylmenthyl chloroacetate followed by reduction with sodium borohydride, and a facile entry to the isoquinoline precursors by aza-Wittig electrocyclic ring closure. We now report the full details of the syntheses of (+)-O-demethylcularine, (+)-cularine, (+)-sarcocapnidine, (+)-sarcocapnine, and (+)-crassifoline and describe different methods of synthesis of their precursors. 相似文献

Thermal reaction of the chloroaryl-chloride complexes trans-(η5-C5Me5)Re(CO)2(ArCl)Cl (ArCl = 3-ClC6H4, 3-ClC6H3(4-Me) and 3,5-Cl2C6H3) in acetonitrile did not interconvert to the cis isomer, instead the complex ReCl(CO)2(NCMe)3 and the corresponding 5-ArCl-1,2,3,4,5-pentamethylcyclopentadiene were formed. Microcin J25 forms stable monolayers at the air-water interface showing a collapse at a surface pressure of 5 mN/m, 220 mV of surface potential, and 6 fV per squared centimeter of surface potential per unit of molecular surface density. The adsorption of microcin J25 from the subphase at clean interfaces leads to a rise of 10 mN/m in surface pressure and a surface potential of 220 mV. From these data microcin appears to be a poor surfactant per se. Nevertheless, the interaction with the lipid monolayer further increase the stability of the peptide at the interface depending on the mode in which the monolayer is formed. Spreading with egg PC leads to nonideal mixing up to 7 mN/m, with hyperpolarization and expansion of components at the interface, with a small excess free energy of mixing caused by favorable contributions to entropy due to molecular area expansion compensating for the unfavorable enthalpy changes arising from repulsive dipolar interactions. Above 7 mN/m microcin is squeezed out, leaving a film of pure phospholipid. Nevertheless, the presence of lipid at 10 and 20 mN/m stabilize further microcin at the interface and adsorption from the subphase proceeds up to 30 mN/m, equivalent to surface pressure in bilayers. 相似文献

The energetics of the phenolic O-H bond in the three hydroxybenzoic acid isomers and of the intramolecular hydrogen O-H- - -O-C bond in 2-hydroxybenzoic acid, 2-OHBA, were investigated by using a combination of experimental and theoretical methods. The standard molar enthalpies of formation of monoclinic 3- and 4-hydroxybenzoic acids, at 298.15 K, were determined as Delta(f)(3-OHBA, cr) = -593.9 +/- 2.0 kJ x mol(-1) and Delta(f)(4-OHBA, cr) = -597.2 +/- 1.4 kJ x mol(-1), by combustion calorimetry. Calvet drop-sublimation calorimetric measurements on monoclinic samples of 2-, 3-, and 4-OHBA, led to the following enthalpy of sublimation values at 298.15 K: Delta(sub)(2-OHBA) = 94.4 +/- 0.4 kJ x mol(-1), Delta(sub)(3-OHBA) = 118.3 +/- 1.1 kJ x mol(-1), and Delta(sub)(4-OHBA) = 117.0 +/- 0.5 kJ x mol(-1). From the obtained Delta(f)(cr) and Delta(sub) values and the previously reported enthalpy of formation of monoclinic 2-OHBA (-591.7 +/- 1.3 kJ x mol(-1)), it was possible to derive Delta(f)(2-OHBA, g) = -497.3 +/- 1.4 kJ x mol(-1), Delta(f)(3-OHBA, g) = -475.6 +/- 2.3 kJ x mol(-1), and Delta(f)(4-OHBA, cr) = -480.2 +/- 1.5 kJ x mol(-1). These values, together with the enthalpies of isodesmic and isogyric gas-phase reactions predicted by density functional theory (B3PW91/aug-cc-pVDZ, MPW1PW91/aug-cc-pVDZ, and MPW1PW91/aug-cc-pVTZ) and the CBS-QMPW1 methods, were used to derive the enthalpies of formation of the gaseous 2-, 3-, and 4-carboxyphenoxyl radicals as (2-HOOCC(6)H(4)O(*), g) = -322.5 +/- 3.0 kJ.mol(-1) Delta(f)(3-HOOCC(6)H(4)O(*), g) = -310.0 +/- 3.0 kJ x mol(-1), and Delta(f)(4-HOOCC(6)H(4)O(*), g) = -318.2 +/- 3.0 kJ x mol(-1). The O-H bond dissociation enthalpies in 2-OHBA, 3-OHBA, and 4-OHBA were 392.8 +/- 3.3, 383.6 +/- 3.8, and 380.0 +/- 3.4 kJ x mol(-1), respectively. Finally, by using the ortho-para method, it was found that the H- - -O intramolecular hydrogen bond in the 2-carboxyphenoxyl radical is 25.7 kJ x mol(-1), which is ca. 6-9 kJ x mol(-1) above the one estimated in its parent (2-OHBA), viz. 20.2 kJ x mol(-1) (theoretical) or 17.1 +/- 2.1 kJ x mol(-1) (experimental). 相似文献

The electrochemical reduction of antifouling agent 2-thiocyanomethylthiobenzothiazole (TCMTB) was investigated by cyclic and pulse differential voltammetry. The irreversible electrode reduction of TCMTB proceeded by ECEC reaction mechanism by two electrons transfer with one irreversible wave. Upon the basis of electrochemical evidence, the electrodic reaction mechanism was suggested to formation of mercaptobenzothiazole (MTB) in solution.Subsequently, a pulse differential method is described for the formation of TCMTB based on this electroreduction. Having been obtained a detection limit of 1.0 × 10−7 mol L−1 and recovery to 98% to concentration of 2.0 × 10−6 mol L−1. Therefore, the proposed method in this study is practical, sensitive and accurate for the analysis of TCMTB in tannery wastewater samples. 相似文献

Four new lead(II) thiosaccharinate complexes: [Pb(tsac)2H2O] (1) (tsac: thiosaccharinate anion), [Pb2(tsac)4(py)4] (2) (py: pyridine), [Pb(tsac)(o‐phen)2](tsac)·CH3CN (3) (o‐phen: 1,10‐phenantroline), and [Pb(tsac)2(bipy)] (4) (bipy: 2,2′‐bipyridine) were prepared. The infrared and electronic spectra as well as the thermal analysis of all the compounds were recorded and discussed. The thiosaccharinate anion acts in three different coordination forms, one of then reported for the first time. The crystal structures of complexes 2 and 3 have been determined by single crystal X‐ray diffractometry. In complex 2 , two monomeric moieties are joined together forming a symmetric bis‐μ‐sulphur bridged dimer by interaction of two lead(II) atoms through the exocyclic sulphur atoms of two thiosaccharinate ligands. The seven‐fold coordination sphere of each lead atom is completed by two pyridine nitrogen atoms and by another sulfur and two nitrogen atoms of the thiosaccharinate anions. In complex 3 , the lead(II) atom is coordinated by four nitrogen atoms of two 1,10‐phenantroline molecules and by the sulfur and nitrogen atoms of one thiosaccharinate ion. The second anion has an electrostatic interaction with the nucleus. 相似文献

Because
of their electrical, magnetic and catalytic properties rare earth and transition
metal mixed oxides are important compounds. Lanthanum chromites have been
extensively used as solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) interconnect materials. In
this work, lanthanum chromites partially substituted by alkaline earth metals
were synthesized by the urea combustion process. TG and DSC techniques were
used to evaluate the presence of the organic material in the powder after
reaction on the hot plate. The powders were calcinated at 900°C and characterized
by XRD and SEM. The results show that the particles have nanometric dimensions

The amount of counterions in layer-by-layer (LBL) films of poly(allylamine hydrochloride) (PAH) and poly(styrene sulfonate) (PSS) has been determined with X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) for films prepared from solutions with various NaCl concentrations. Sodium and chloride counterions are present in LBL films produced from salt solutions, which are located at the surface and in the bulk of the films. The percentage of bulk counterions increases with the ionic strength of the polyelectrolyte before reaching a constant value. The bulk sodium/sulfur percentage ratios tend to 0.8 for samples washed with pure water and for samples washed with NaCl aqueous solutions, while the bulk chlorine/nitrogen percentage ratios tend to 0.5 for the same samples. The ratio between the percentages of polyelectrolyte ionic groups lies close to unity for all samples, indicating that counterions do not contribute to charge compensation in the polyelectrolyte during the adsorption process. The presence of counterions in LBL films is explained by Manning condensation near the polyelectrolyte ionic groups, leading to inter-polyelectrolyte ionic bondings via ionic networks. It is believed that condensation leads to the formation of NaCl crystallites in these LBL films, which was confirmed by X-ray diffraction measurements. 相似文献

We describe the preparation and characterization of a photonic crystal filled with a luminescent conjugated polyelectrolyte, sulfonated poly(phenylene ethynylene). The conjugated polymer was coated onto the nanospheres by the layer-by-layer method and assembled directly into a fluorescent opal structure avoiding the defects associated with post-filling schemes. These structures exhibit strong angle-dependent luminescent properties. By using multiple layers, we further demonstrate control over the emissive bands of the opal. 相似文献

High-performance chelation ion chromatography (HPCIC) was employed to retain cationic Cr(III) on an anion-exchange column and hence allow the separation of the two most prevalent forms of chromium, Cr(II) and Cr(VI). A mobile phase of nitric acid was utilized at pH = 1.5; additionally, 2,6-pyridinedicarboxylic acid was used at a concentration of 6 mM. Additives with different structural characteristics were used in an effort to elucidate retention mechanisms. Inductively-coupled plasma mass spectrometry was used for chromium detection. A collision cell was utilized to reduce chloride-based polyatomic ions that may interfere with the detection of Cr(III), and a detection limit study yielded levels in the low part-per-billion range. The newly developed method was applied to the chromatographic analysis of samples of an incubation medium containing Cr(VI) incubated with cell nuclei. 相似文献
