Transition metal-catalyzed C−H functionalization of diverse arenes with alkyne units has attracted enormous attention for decades since they provide straightforward access to various functionalization/annulations, which are commonly present in bioactive compounds and natural products. Recently, conjugated alkynes (1,3-diynes) have been utilized as key coupling partner in many C−H activation reactions due to their versatile characteristic properties. The presence of two C≡C bonds in conjugated 1,3-diyne brings the new diversity in synthetic transformations, such as chemo-, regioselective pathways, mono-bis functionalizations, cascade annulations, etc. Herein, we summarized the latest developments in the realm of transition-metal-catalyzed C−H functionalizations of diverse arenes with 1,3-diynes. This study investigated the effects of syringic acid (SA) on renal, cardiac, hepatic, and neuronal diabetic complications in streptozotocin-induced neonatal (nSTZ) diabetic rats. STZ (110 mg/kg i.p) was injected into Wistar rat neonates as a split dose (second and third postnatal day). Diabetes mellitus was diagnosed in adults by measuring fasting blood glucose levels, urine volume, and food and water intake. The treatment of SA (25 mg/kg, 50 mg/kg p.o) was given from the 8th to 18th postnatal week. To assess the development of diabetic complications and the effect of therapy, biochemical indicators in serum and behavioural parameters were recorded at specific intervals during the study period. SA (25 mg/kg, 50 mg/kg p.o) treatment reduced hyperglycaemia, polydipsia, polyphagia, polyuria, relative organ weight, cardiac hypertrophic indices, inflammatory markers, cell injury markers, glycated haemoglobin, histopathological score, and oxidative stress, and increased Na/K ATPase activity. These findings suggest that SA might significantly alleviate diabetic complications and/or renal, neuronal, cardiac, and hepatic damage in nSTZ diabetic rats. 相似文献

In this work, we consider the problem of a half space in the context of the theory of generalized thermoelasticity with one relaxation time. Realistically, the boundary conditions of the problem are considered to be stochastic. Laplace transform technique is used to solve the problem. The boundary conditions are considered to be of a type white noise. The inverse transforms are obtained in an approximate manner using asymptotic expansions valid for small values of time. Disclosed herein is the design of an unprecedented electrophilic rhodium enalcarbenoid which results from rhodium(II)‐catalyzed decomposition of a new class of enaldiazo compounds. The synthetic utility of these enalcarbenoids has been successfully demonstrated in the first transition‐metal‐catalyzed [4+2] benzannulation of pyrroles, thus leading to substituted indoles. The surface of 310 stainless steel (310SS) samples was investigated by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) after 500 h cyclic exposure to two carburizing atmospheres: CH4 (2%)–H2 (98%) at 800 °C, and CH4 (10%)–H2 (90%) at 1100 °C. The depth distribution of various elements in the surface region was obtained by XPS after successive cycles of argon etching. The microstructure of the alloy was observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and the phases formed during the exposure were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results showed that the major phases that were formed within few micrometer depth during exposure at 800 °C include both iron and chromium carbides. (Mn, Cr) oxide was also formed as a result of the reaction with the residual oxygen of the atmosphere. A region of few microns width that was relatively depleted of chromium was formed under the surface as a result of the outwards diffusion of chromium. The exposure to the reducing atmosphere at 1100 °C led to the formation of various iron and chromium carbides. No oxide was formed during exposure. In all exposed samples, the surface was Cr enriched while nickel remained buried under the surface region that reacted with the atmosphere. 相似文献

The interaction of chlorothiazide (CH) as donor (D) with picric acid (PA) and iodine (I2) as π- and σ-acceptors (A), respectively, gives charge-transfer (CT) complexes as a final products. The reaction of donor and acceptors were studied spectrophotometrically. The complexes are generally of the n-π* and n-σ* types, with the ground state wave function primarily characterized by the non-bonding structure. For the micro determination of chlorothiazide using picric acid and iodine as acceptors, the ideal conditions encouraging the formation of complexes are thoroughly explored. It was discovered that the stoichiometry of the molecular structure is 1:1 (D:A). The equilibrium constant and the molar extinction coefficient were calculated using Benesi-Hildebrand and its modifications. DFT/TD-DFT calculations with B3LYP/LanL2DZ and 6-311G++ level of theory were used to provide comparable theoretical data along with electronic energy gap of HOMO→LUMO. Molecular docking calculations have been performed between CT complexes and Covid-19 protease (6LU7) to study the interaction between them and their inhibitory effect. 相似文献
