Waste of electrical and electronic equipment is an interesting secondary resource of base and precious metals. Particularly the use of thiourea‐leaching in acidic medium was proposed for noble metals recovery. In this work, a novel and easy‐to‐use electrochemical sensor was developed, aimed to test thiourea from leaching solutions containing significant thiourea and copper amounts. The sensor was constructed using silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) deposited on screen‐printed electrodes. Its performance was studied in a synthetic leaching solution; changes in the overall surface charge of AgNPs resulting in changes in the charge‐transfer resistance for the copper ions were evaluated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. 相似文献

The objective of this work was to prepare novel conductive blends of poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) with polypyrrole (PPy) and to compare their performance with PVDF/multiwall carbon nanotube (MWCNT) composites and novel PVDF/PPy/MWCNT hybrid systems. All the compositions were prepared by melt mixing using a miniature mixer. The mixtures were characterized by Fourier transformed infrared (FTIR), wide angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD), thermogravimetric analyses (TGA), scanning and transmission electron microscopy (SEM and TEM, respectively) and volume electrical resistivity. For the binary PVDF/PPy and PVDF/MWCNT systems, percolation thresholds of 10 and 0.3 wt%, respectively, were found. In the hybrid systems, however, the percolation threshold for each filler was lower than in the binary systems, but the electrical conductivities were always much higher at all concentrations than the conductivities of the binary systems. Therefore, the addition of both fillers had a synergistic effect on the hybrid system conductivity, which was attributed to its morphology: the PPy increased the homogeneity of the MWCNT distribution and decreased the available free volume for the MWCNT; as a result the MWCNT rolled around the PPy particles bridging them through the PVDF matrix, increasing the quantum tunneling effect and thus, the electrical conductivity of the system. 相似文献

This study describes an environmentally friendly and green synthetic approach for the preparation of poly(aminoethylmethacrylate)-based hydrogels crosslinked through Diels–Alder (DA) reaction in water. This “click” reaction offers the possibility of preparing chemically crosslinked hydrogels in the absence of any catalyst, initiator or coupling agent, thus preserving the biocompatibility of the material. The suitable furan diene was obtained by modifying a methacrylate polymer by its reaction with furfural, a first generation compound derived from renewable resources. Methacrylate-based complementary polymeric dienophiles were also prepared by introducing maleimide groups into the structure. The products obtained at different steps were characterized by FTIR, NMR and TGA techniques. The study of the rheological properties of the hydrogels proved the success of this green “click” synthetic strategy confirming the formation of chemically crosslinked networks by the use of the Diels–Alder reaction. Furthermore, SEM studies revealed promising morphological properties of the ensuing hydrogels in terms of biomedical applications. 相似文献

Easily prepared choline iodide is an active catalyst for the synthesis of cyclic carbonates through the coupling reaction of CO2 and epoxides using low pressure (1 MPa), moderate temperature (85 ºC) and green solvents (ethanol and propan-2-ol). The effects of reaction temperature, pressure, reaction time and amount of catalyst used were also investigated. The results showed moderate to high yields and excellent selectivities of cyclic carbonates with vinyl or acrylate groups under mild reaction conditions. The heterogenization of choline over a Merrifield resin gives access to a supported catalyst with good recyclability and reactivity that can be extended to a variety of terminal epoxide substrates. 相似文献

This work reports the use of matrices containing Cratylia mollis lectins (Cramoll 1,2,3-Sepharose and Cramoll 3-Sepharose) for isolation of glycoproteins from fetal bovine serum, human colostrum, hen egg white, and human blood plasma. Cramoll 1,2,3-Sepharose was able to bind a glycoprotein from fetal bovine serum which showed the same fetuin electrophoretic profile. The data indicate that this protein adsorbed to the matrix by interaction with Cramoll 3. Cramoll 1,2,3-Sepharose was not efficient to retain glycoproteins from human colostrum or commercial ovalbumin. Cramoll 3-Sepharose bound ovalbumin, and the support retained protein from hen egg white. Protein peaks eluted from the column with 1.0 M NaCl or 0.3 M galactose showed apparent molecular mass of ovalbumin. Two main proteins from blood plasma with apparent molecular mass 67 (similar to albumin) and 50 kDa (similar to fetuin) adsorbed on Cramoll 3-Sepharose and were eluted with 1.0 M NaCl as a single peak. Elution of adsorbed plasma proteins with 0.3 M galactose was less selective than with 1.0 M NaCl as revealed by SDS-PAGE. In conclusion, the Cramoll 1,2,3-Sepharose and Cramoll 3-Sepharose matrices were useful to separate glycoproteins from complex protein mixtures, and the adsorption phenomena was a carbohydrate-dependent event. 相似文献

A cloud point extraction procedure for pre-concentration and determination of cadmium and lead in drinking water using sequential multi-element flame atomic absorption spectrometry is described. 4-(2-thiazolylazo)-orcinol (TAO) has been used as complexing agent and the micellar phase was obtained using the non-ionic surfactant octylphenoxypolyethoxyethanol (Triton X-114) and centrifugation. The conditions for reaction and extraction (surfactant concentration, reagent concentration, effect of incubation time, etc) were studied and the analytical characteristics of the method were determined. The method allows the determination of cadmium and lead with quantification limits of 0.30?µg?L?1 and 2.6?µg?L?1, respectively. A precision expressed as relative standard deviation (RSD, n?=?10) of 2.3% and 2.6% has been obtained for cadmium concentrations of 10?µg?L?1 and 30?µg?L?1, respectively, and RSD of 1.3% and 1.7% for lead concentrations of 10?µg?L?1 and 30?µg?L?1, respectively. The accuracy was confirmed by analysis of a natural water certified reference material. The method has been applied for the determination of cadmium and lead in drinking water samples collected in the cities of Ilhéus and Itabuna, Brazil. Recovery tests have also been performed for some samples, and results varied from 96 to 105% for cadmium and 97 to 106% for lead. The cadmium and lead concentrations found in these samples were always lower than the permissible maximum levels stipulated by World Health Organization and the Brazilian Government. 相似文献

Pressure–volume–temperature (PVT) measurements of α-cellulose with different water contents, were performed at temperatures from 25 to 180 °C and pressures from 19.6 to 196 MPa. PVT measurements allowed observation of the combined effects of pressure and temperature on the specific volume during cellulose thermo-compression. All isobars showed a decrease in cellulose specific volume with temperature. This densification is associated with a transition process of the cellulose, occurring at a temperature defined by the inflection point T t of the isobar curve. T t decreases from 110 to 40 °C with pressure and is lower as moisture content increases. For isobars obtained at high pressures and high moisture contents, after attaining a minimum, an increase in volume is observed with temperature that may be related to free water evaporation. PVT α-cellulose experimental data was compared with predicted values from a regression analysis of the Tait equations of state, usually applied to synthetic polymers. Good correlations were observed at low temperatures and low pressures. The densification observed from the PVT experimental data, at a temperature that decreases with pressure, could result from a sintering phenomenon, but more research is needed to actually understand the cohesion mechanism under these conditions. 相似文献

The results obtained from CASSCF‐MRMP2 calculations are used to rationalize the singlet complexes detected under matrix‐isolation conditions for the reactions of laser‐ablated Zr(3F) atoms with the CH3F and CH3CN molecules, without invoking intersystem crossings between electronic states with different multiplicities. The reaction Zr(3F) + CH3F evolves to the radical products ZrF· + ·CH3. This radical asymptote is degenerate to that emerging from the singlet channel of the reactants Zr(1D) + CH3F because they both exhibit the same electronic configuration in the metal fragment. Hence, the caged radicals obtained under cryogenic‐matrix conditions can recombine through triplet and singlet paths. The recombination of the radical species along the low‐multiplicity channel produces the inserted structures H3C? Zr? F and H2C?ZrHF experimentally detected. For the Zr(3F) + CH3CN reaction, a similar two‐step reaction scheme involving the radical fragments ZrNC· + ·CH3 explains the presence of the singlet complexes H3C? Zr? Autoimmune diseases are characterized by the presence of autoantibodies in serum of affected patients. The heterogeneity of autoimmune relevant antigens creates a variety of different antibodies, which requires a simultaneous detection mode. For this reason, we developed a tool for parallelized, label-free, optical detection that accomplishes the characterization of multiple antigen–antibody interactions within a single measurement on a timescale of minutes. Using 11-aminoundecyltrimethoxysilane, we were able to immobilize proteinogenic antigens as well as an amino-functionalized cardiolipin on a glass surface. Assay conditions were optimized for serum measurements with a single spot antigen chip on a single spot 1-λ detection system. Minimized background signal allows a differentiation between patients and healthy controls with a good sensitivity and specificity. Applying polarized imaging reflectometric interference spectroscopy, we evaluated samples from three APS patients and three control subjects for this proof-of-principle and already obtained good results for β2-glycoprotein I and cardiolipin. 相似文献
