The phenolic compounds are the main phytochemical constituents of the bark of Trichilia catigua and are commonly used for medicinal purposes. An HPLC method for the simultaneous quantification of phenolic compounds (procyanidin B2 (PB2), epicatechin (EPC), chinchonains Ia, Ib, IIa, IIb, catechin, and chrologenic acid) in T. catigua extract was developed and validated. A suitable chromatographic system was selected, which uses a gradient elution with methanol/ACN (75:25), and water both with 0.05% TFA, as mobile phase, column Luna, 280 nm, and flow 0.4 mL/min. Validation of the analytical method was based on the parameters: linearity, precision, LODs and LOQs, accuracy, robustness, and stability. The method showed linearity for PB2 and EPC, in the range 10–120 μg/mL with good correlation coefficients (>0.996). For precision, the repeatability ranged from 1.89 to 3.23%, and the values for accuracy for PB2 and EPC were 95 and 89%, respectively. The LODs and LOQs for PB2 were 1.36 and 4.12 μg/mL, and for EPC were 2.18 and 6.61 μg/mL, respectively. The method was robust under the conditions employed. The proposed method could be employed for quality assessment of T. catigua, as well as pharmaceutical products. 相似文献

Two series of 5-trichloromethylisoxazoles were synthesized from the cyclocondensation of 1,1,1-trichloro-4-methoxy-3-alken-2-ones [Cl3CC(O)C(R2) = C(R1)OMe, where R1 = H, Me, Et, Pr, iso-Pr, cyclo-Pr, Bu, terc-Bu, CH2Br, CHBr2, CH(Me)SMe, (CH2)2Ph, and Ph, and R2 = H; R1 = H and R2 = Me and Et; R1 and R2 = -(CH2)4- and -(CH2)5-; and R1 = Et and Ph and R2 = Me] with hydroxylamine hydrochloride through a rapid one-pot reaction in water. The 5-trichloromethyl-4,5-dihydroisoxazoles were aromatized by reaction with concentrated sulfuric acid to obtain the respective 5-trichloromethylisoxazoles. Their structures were confirmed by elemental analysis, 1H/13C nuclear magnetic resonance, and electron impact mass spectroscopy. Crystal structure analysis for 5-triclhoromethyl-5-hydroxy-3-propyl-4,5-dihydroisoxazole (2d) and 5-trichloromethyl-5-hydroxy-3,4-hexamethylene-4,5-dihydroisoxazole (2o) is presented. The antimicrobial activities of the 5-trichloromethyl-4,5-dihydroisoxazole derivatives were examined using the standard twofold dilution method against Gram-positive bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus), Gram-negative bacteria (Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa), and yeasts (Candida spp. and Cryptococcus neoformans). All of the tested 5-trichloromethyldihydroisoxazoles exhibited antibacterial and antifungal activities at the tested concentrations. Supplemental materials are available for this article. 5‐Bromo[5,5‐dibromo]‐1,1,1‐trihalo‐4‐methoxy‐3‐penten[hexen]‐2‐ones are explored as precursors to the synthesis of 3‐ethoxymethyl‐5‐trifluoromethyl‐1H‐pyrazoles from a cyclocondensation reaction with hydrazine monohydrate in ethanol. 3‐Ethoxymethyl‐carboxyethyl ester pyrazoles were formed as a result of a substitution reaction of bromine and chlorine by ethanol. The dibrominated precursor furnished 3‐acetal‐pyrazole that was easily hydrolyzed to formyl group. In addition, brominated precursors were used in a nucleophilic substitution reaction with sodium azide to synthesize the 3‐azidomethyl‐5‐ethoxycarbonyl‐1H‐pyrazole from the reaction with hydrazine monohydrate. These products were submitted to a cycloaddition reaction with phenyl acetylene furnishing the 3‐[4(5)‐phenyl‐1,2,3‐triazolyl]5‐ ethoxycarbonyl‐1H‐pyrazoles and to reduction conditions resulting in 3‐aminomethyl‐1H‐pyrazole‐5‐carboxyethyl ester. A versatile intramolecular reaction of allene-containing diazomalonates that exhibits excellent chemoselectivity for either allenic C–H insertion or cyclopropanation is demonstrated. The identity of the product depends on the transition metal catalyst that is employed for the reaction. Rh catalysts promote exclusive C–H insertion with good diastereoselectivity for the trans product, while Cu catalysis enables intramolecular cyclopropanation to yield methylenecyclopropanes with moderate to good E:Z ratios. 相似文献

The synthesis and liquid crystalline behaviour of the first and second generations of a dendrimeric structure based on poly(propyleneimine)(DAB-dendr(NH2)x) are reported. 4-(4-n-Alkoxybenzoyloxy)salicylaldehydes are used as mesogenic moieties attached at the peripheral amino groups of the dendrimers giving rise to dendromesogens with four and eight mesogenic branches. From these dendromesogens, considered as organic ligands, were prepared six metal-containing dendrimers which incorporate two or four copper atoms in their structures. All the dendrimeric ligands and three of the metal-containing dendrimers exhibit liquid crystalline properties which were studied by optical microscopy, DSC, X-ray diffraction and EPR spectroscopy. 相似文献

A very efficient synthesis of 5‐halogen‐1,3‐oxazin‐2‐ones has been accomplished by the halocyclisation reaction of chiral nonracemic N‐carbobenzyloxy (N‐Cbz)‐protected propargylic amines by using I2, Br2 and Cl2 as electrophile sources. The nature of the halogen influences the reaction time and yield. However, in all cases the reaction is totally regioselective taking place through a 6‐endo‐dig process regardless of the nature of the halogen and of the substituents in the starting material. In a novel electron‐donor–acceptor conjugate, phthalocyanine (Pc) and perylenediimide (PDI) are connected through a trans‐platinum(II) diacetylide linker to yield Pc‐Pt‐PDI 1 . In the ground state, the presence of PtII disrupts the electronic communication between the two electroactive components, as revealed by UV/Vis spectroscopy and electrochemical studies. The photophysical behavior of 1 is compared with that of the corresponding Pc‐PDI electron‐donor–acceptor conjugate 2 in terms of charge separation and charge recombination. The insertion of PtII between Pc and PDI impacts the results in a longer‐lived Pc . +/PDI . ? radical ion‐pair state. In addition, the intermediately formed Pc triplet excited state is formed with higher quantum yields in 1 than in 2 . 相似文献

A family of PdII/PtII dinuclear receptors, designed to give a smooth increase in their cavity lengths (from 7.46–13.78 Å), is presented. Their inclusion complexes with a representative set of polycyclic aromatic substrates (naphthalene, carbazol, pyrene, and benzo[a]pyrene), were characterized and studied in aqueous solution and the solid state. By taking into account the dimensions of both receptors and substrates, an excellent complementarity was found between the size of the receptors and their ability to complex a given substrate. Furthermore, this dimensional matching results in specific binding modes depending on the ability of the guest to establish stabilizing [C? H???π] interactions with the host. 相似文献
