This paper describes our work on the synthesis of a series of sulfonated homo‐/co‐polyimides (SPI) which were obtained by post‐sulfonation method over three steps. In the first step, 4,4′‐oxydianiline (ODA) and 4,4′‐diaminodiphenylsulfone (DDS) dissolved in N‐methyl pyrrolidone (NMP) were reacted with benzophenonetetracarboxylic dianhydride (BTDA) in order to yield poly(amic acid) (PAA). Secondly, precipitated PAA was sulfonated via concentrated sulfuric acid (95–98%) at room temperature to give post‐sulfonated PAA (PSPAA). Finally, PSPAA was converted into post‐sulfonated PI (PSPI) by the thermal imidization method. PSPIs with ion exchange capacity (IEC) ranging from 0.20 to 0.67 meq/g were prepared. The thermal properties of the PSPIs were evaluated and high desulfonation temperature was found in the range of 190–350°C, suggesting the high stability of sulfonic acid groups. In water, PSPI‐5 membrane displayed similar proton conductivity to Nafion®117, whereas this membrane showed poor conductivity in dry state. All PSPIs displayed good solubility in common polar aprotic solvents such as NMP and dimethylacetamide (DMAc). Furthermore, the effects of post‐sulfonation reaction on chemical structure, thermal oxidative behavior, and physical properties of the PSPI membranes such as membrane quality/stability and water uptake were discussed. Simultaneous determination of hydrazine (HZ) and phenylhydrazine (PHZ) by H-point standard addition method (HPSAM) and partial least squares (PLS) regression was carried out based on kinetic data from novel potentiometry methods. The rate of chloride ion production in the reaction of HZ and PHZ with N-chlorosuccinimide (NCS) was monitored by a chloride ion-selective electrode. The experimental data show the good ability of ion-selective electrodes (ISEs) as detectors not only for the direct determination of chloride ion but also for simultaneous kinetic-potentiometric analysis using HPSAM and PLS methods. The methods are based on the differences observed in the production rate of chloride ions. The results show that simultaneous determination of HZ and PHZ can be performed in concentration ranges of 0.5 - 20.0 and 0.8 - 25.0 microg mL(-1), respectively. The total relative standard error for applying the PLS method to 8 synthetic samples in the concentration ranges of 1.0 - 16.0 microg mL(-1) for HZ and 2.0 - 16.0 microg mL(-1) for PHZ was 3.96. In order for the selectivity of the method to be assessed, we evaluated the effects of certain foreign ions upon the reaction rate and assessed the selectivity of the method. Both methods (PLS and HPSAM) were evaluated using a set of synthetic sample mixtures and then applied for simultaneous determination of HZ and PHZ in water samples. 相似文献

The gas-phase thermal decomposition of cis-2-methylcyclopropane carboxylic acid was investigated in the temperature range
692–753 K and pressure between 10 and 70 Torr. Arrhenius parameters were determined for homogeneous, unimolecular formation
of the isomeric products and for the overall loss-rate of the reactant. The determined values are in accordance with the Arrhenius
parameters that were reported previously for the thermal unimolecular reactions of cyclopropane and other substituted cyclopropanes.
The formation of isomeric products and the observed Arrhenius parameters are consistent with a biradical mechanism. The effect
of surface on the reaction was studied at 732 K using the packed reaction vessel. It was observed that the rate of production
of all isomeric products and the total loss of cis-2-methylcyclopropane carboxylic acid were not affected by increasing surface

Accurate calculation of the almost singular double surface integrals is essential for successful solutions of the magnetic field integral equation (MFIE) by method of moments (MoM) using Rao–Wilton–Glisson (RWG) basis functions, especially for the scattering analysis of small conducting objects. In this paper, an accurate singularity extraction technique to avoid logarithmic singularity of the integration on the testing triangles is used for the MFIE. The numerical examples of several small sharp-edged conducting objects demonstrate that accuracy of the MFIE is improved with the use of the new technique. In addition, the MFIE converges much faster than the electric field integral equation (EFIE) when iterative equation solvers are employed, which means high efficiency and a suitable choice for very low frequency small sharp-edged conducting object problems using this new singularity extraction technique. 相似文献

The effect of variable viscosity on the peristaltic flow of a Newtonian fluid in an asymmetric channel has been discussed. Asymmetry in the flow is induced due to travelling waves of different phase and amplitude which propagate along the channel walls. A long wavelength approximation is used in the flow analysis. Closed form analytic solutions for velocity components and longitudinal pressure gradient are obtained. The study also shows that, in addition to the effect of mean flow parameter, the wave amplitude also effect the peristaltic flow. This effect is noticeable in the pressure rise and frictional forces per wavelength through numerical integration. 相似文献

Computer simulations were carried out to investigate the limitations imposed by atmospheric turbulence on observing astronomical objects by 3·5 and 1·25 m optical telescopes. These limitations were studied in terms of the modulation transfer function of a reference star and the autocorrelation function of a binary star. Results demonstrate the quantitative comparative study between these telescopes in the presence of different seeing conditions for both short- and long-exposure recording. 相似文献
