An easy and mild approach using ultrasound-assisted reaction addition of alcohols to N-acyliminium ion mediated by Lewis acid, In(OTf)3, allowed the synthesis of ether pyrrolidinones; next, the products were converted to 1,2,3-triazoles using click chemistry reaction conditions. The synthesis and physical characterization of a new class of N‐heterocycle–boryl radicals is presented, based on five membered ring ligands with a N(sp2) complexation site. These pyrazole–boranes and pyrazaboles exhibit a low bond dissociation energy (BDE; B?H) and accordingly excellent hydrogen transfer properties. Most importantly, a high modulation of the BDE(B?H) by the fine tuning of the N‐heterocyclic ligand was obtained in this series and could be correlated with the spin density on the boron atom of the corresponding radical. The reactivity of the latter for small molecule chemistry has been studied through the determination of several reaction rate constants corresponding to addition to alkenes and alkynes, addition to O2, oxidation by iodonium salts and halogen abstraction from alkyl halides. Two selected applications of N‐heterocycle–boryl radicals are also proposed herein, for radical polymerization and for radical dehalogenation reactions.  相似文献

In this paper, electromembrane extraction coupled with differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) on a reduced graphene oxide modified screen‐printed carbon electrode (RGO‐SPCE) for the determination of dextromethorphan (DXM) in urine and plasma has been described. DXM migrated from 4 mL of a donor phase across a thin layer of 2‐nitrophenyl octyl ether (NPOE) immobilized in the pores of a porous hollow fiber, into a 20 µL acceptor phase (HCl) present inside the lumen of the fiber. Then, 15 µL of a 0.1 M NaOH solution was added to the acceptor phase and the mixture was analyzed using DPV.  相似文献

In this study, pencil graphite electrodes were activated electrochemically in the presence of different supporting electrolytes and used for the selective and sensitive determination of bisphenol A (BPA) in water samples. Synergistic effects of both LiClO4 and NaOH supporting electrolytes on the performance of the electrochemically treated pencil graphite electrode (ETPGE) were demonstrated in the oxidation of BPA. The electrochemical behavior of BPA on the ETPGE showed two irreversible oxidation peaks at 0.744 V and 0.877 V (vs. SCE). The detection limit was determined to be 3.1 nM. This single‐use electrode is a very promising candidate to overcome the passivation problems arising from the oxidation of BPA. The analytical application of the ETPGE was performed in tap and river water samples.  相似文献

Two new silver(I) 3D coordination polymers, namely [Ag3(2‐stp)(dpa)]n ( 1 ) and {[Ag2(2‐stp)(H2O)]?Hdpa}n ( 2 ) (2‐NaH2stp=sodium 2,5‐dicarboxysulfonate, dpa=di(pyridine‐2‐yl)amine) were synthesized. The complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, FT‐IR spectra, thermogravimetric analyses (TGA), and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. In complex 1 , three neighboring Ag ions are bridged by N‐ and O‐atom, forming a 3D coordination network. The molecular structure of 2 is cation? anion species, forming 3D host? guest supramolecular network with the [Hdpa]+ cations encapsulated in the nanochannels. The photoluminescence properties of the complexes were also investigated in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

A new and unusual synthesis of benzothiazine‐fused pyrrolo[3,4‐c]coumarins, involving the ring‐opening of coumarin‐based dihydrobenzothiazoles and subsequent [4+1] cycloaddition reaction with isocyanides, was described. Thus, simple heating of various 3‐(2,3‐dihydro‐2‐methylbenzo[d]thiazol‐2‐yl)coumarins with isocyanides produced the title compounds in good yields under solvent‐free conditions.  相似文献

Reaction of dicyandiamide with series of amino acids afforded guanidinyl pyrazolones 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 , 7 , 8 , 9 , 10 , 11 , 12 , 13 , 14 , 15 , 16 , 17 , 18 , 19 , respectively. Although reaction of dicyandiamide with urea, acetamide, bezamide, allantion, p‐aminobenzoic acid, sulphanilic acid, and adenine gave biguanides 20 , 21 , 22 , 23 , 24 , 25 , 26 , respectively. A headspace solid‐phase microextraction method was developed for the preconcentration and extraction of methyl tert‐butyl ether. An ionic‐liquid‐mediated multiwalled carbon nanotube–poly(dimethylsiloxane) hybrid coating, which was prepared by covalent functionalization of multiwalled carbon nanotubes with hydroxyl‐terminated poly(dimethylsiloxane) using the sol–gel technique, was used as solid‐phase microextraction adsorbent. This innovative fiber exhibited a highly porous surface structure, high thermal stability (at least 320°C) and long lifespan (over 210 uses). Potential factors affecting the extraction efficiency were optimized. Under the optimum conditions, the method LOD (S/N = 3) was 0.007 ng/mL and the LOQ (S/N = 10) was 0.03 ng/mL. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.03–200 ng/mL. The RSDs for one fiber (repeatability, n = 5) at three different concentrations (0.05, 1, and 150 ng/mL) were 5.1, 4.2, and 4.6% and for the fibers obtained from different batches (reproducibility, n = 3) were 6.5, 5.9, and 6.3%, respectively. The developed method was successfully applied to the determination of methyl tert‐butyl ether in different real water samples on three consecutive days. The relative recoveries for the spiked samples with 0.05, 1, and 150 ng/mL were between 94–104%.  相似文献
