In the present study, we report the simultaneous electrochemical determination of hydroquinone (HQ), catechol (CC) and resorcinol (RC) at gold nanoparticles (Au‐NPs) decorated reduced graphene oxide (RGO) modified electrode. An enhanced and well defined peak current response with a better peak separation of HQ, CC and RC is observed at RGO/Au‐NPs composite than that of RGO and Au‐NPs modified electrodes. The fabricated modified electrode shows a wide linear response in the concentration range of 3–90 µM, 3–300 µM and 15–150 µM for HQ, CC and RC, respectively. The detection limit of HQ, CC and RC is found as 0.15 µM, 0.12 µM and 0.78 µM, respectively. 相似文献

A novel electrochemical sensor for sensitive detection of methyldopa at physiological pH was developed by the bulk modification of carbon paste electrode (CPE) with graphene oxide nanosheets and 3‐(4′‐amino‐3′‐hydroxy‐biphenyl‐4‐yl)‐acrylic acid (3,′AA). Applying square wave voltammetry (SWV), in phosphate buffer solution (PBS) of pH 7.0, the oxidation current increased linearly with two concentration intervals of methyldopa, one is 1.0×10?8–1.0×10?6 M and the other is 1.0×10?6–4.5×10?5 M. The detection limit (3σ) obtained by SWV was 9.0 nM. The modified electrode was successfully applied for simultaneous determination of methyldopa and hydrochlorothiazide. Finally, the proposed method was applied to the determination of methyldopa and hydrochlorothiazide in some real samples. 相似文献

A sensitive, simple, and rapid method is developed for ion-pair-based surfactant-assisted dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction (IPSA-DLLME) and flame atomic absorption spectrometric determination of cadmium in water samples. In this procedure, trace amounts of Cd2+ were converted to CdI 4 2– , and after addition of a tetrabutylammonium bromide (TBAB) solution as cationic surfactant the analyte was transformed to the ion-pair state. This cadmium species was extracted by fast injection of a solution containing 200 μL of chloroform and 800 μL of methanol as extraction and disperser solvents, respectively. The pH of the sample solution, concentration of iodide, TBAB amount, and the extractant volume were optimized using a 27-run Box–Behnken design with a triplicate central point. Under the optimized conditions, the calibration curve was linear in the range 1–200 μg L–1 (R 2 = 0.9959); with the detection limit (signal/noise = 3) of 0.28 μg L–1. The relative standard deviations (RSD) for eight runs (Cd2+ = 10 μg L–1) and enrichment factor were found to be 3.04 % and 50, respectively. 相似文献

Bioassay-guided isolation and fractionation of Berberis jaeschkeana Schneid var. jaeschkeana stem resulted in the isolation and characterisation of a new long chain hydroxy ester named as berberinol (1) along with six known compounds (2–7). All the structures were established from 1D and 2D spectroscopic data. Crude extract, sub-fractions and all the isolated compounds were evaluated for their anti-fungal and urease enzyme inhibition properties. All of the sub-fractions and compounds showed good anti-fungal and urease enzyme inhibition properties. Minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) were calculated for all active samples in case of urease enzyme inhibition. MICs values were found to be in the range of 39.03–49.78 μg/mL for urease enzyme inhibition. 相似文献

Phytochemical investigations on Hypericum oblongifolium led to the isolation of a flavone named folicitin (1) and a bicyclic conjugated lactone, folenolide (2) from the ethyl acetate fraction of methanolic extract. Both metabolites were characterised as new compounds based on detailed spectroscopic analyses. In vitro anti-oxidant potential of both the compounds was evaluated by the DPPH radical scavenging assay. This study describes the in vitro inhibition of protein denaturation of extract/fractions of Withania somnifera and isolated withanolides including 20β hydroxy-1-oxo(22R)-witha-2,5,24 trienolide (1), (20R,22R-14α,20α)-dihydroxy-1-oxowitha-2,5,16,24 tetraenolide (2). The results showed that the extract/fractions of the plant evoked profound inhibitory effect on thermal-induced protein denaturation. The chloroform fraction caused the most dominant attenuation of 68% at 500 μg/mL. The bioactivity-guided isolation from chloroform fraction led to the isolation of compounds 1 and 2 that showed profound protein inhibition with 78.05% and 80.43% effect at 500 μg/mL and thus strongly complimented the activity of extract/fractions. In conclusion, extract/fractions of W. somnifera possessed strong inhibition of protein denaturation that can be attributed to these isolated withanolides. 相似文献

This work is the first study on the extraction efficiency of self‐doped polyaniline that is immobilized on the graphene‐modified magnetic nanoparticles. The new material was used as a sorbent for the magnetic solid‐phase extraction of methyl‐, propyl‐, and butylparabens. The use of graphene provides a high surface area and prevents aggregation of the nanoparticles. The self‐doped polyaniline also provides multifunctionality, high extraction capacity, and chemical stability even in the basic medium. The parabens were acetylated for determination by gas chromatography with flame ionization detection. The effects of monomer ratio, extraction solvent, sorbent amount, sample volume, desorption solvent volume, adsorption and desorption times, and sample ionic strength were optimized. Preconcentration factors obtained were from 190 to 310. The detection limits of the method were <2.8 μg/L. Linear ranges of the method were 5–2000 μg/L for propyl and butyl parabens, and 10–2000 μg/L for methyl paraben. The method was applied for the determination of the parabens in cosmetic products and extraction recoveries were 89–101% with RSDs ≤7.9%. 相似文献

First, the extraction and preconcentration of ultratrace amounts of lead(II) ions was performed using microliter volumes of a task‐specific ionic liquid. The remarkable properties of ionic liquids were added to the advantages of microextraction procedure. The ionic liquid used was trioctylmethylammonium thiosalicylate, which formed a lead thiolate complex due to the chelating effect of the ortho‐positioned carboxylate relative to thiol functionality. So, trioctylmethylammonium thiosalicylate played the roles of both chelating agent and extraction solvent simultaneously. Hence, there is no need to use a ligand. The main parameters affecting the efficiency of the method were investigated and optimized. Under optimized conditions, this approach showed a linear range of 2.0–24.0 ng/mL with a detection limit of 0.0010 ng/mL. The proposed method was applied to the extraction and preconcentration of lead from red lipstick and pine leaves samples prior to electrothermal atomic absorption spectroscopic determination. 相似文献
