Zusammenfassung Basisches Magnesiumcarbonat und basisches Zinkcarbonat erlangen nach Tieftemperaturbehandlung mit flüssiger Luft eine bedeutend größere Oberfläche, die auch bei den betr. oxidischen Abkömmlingen nach ihrer thermischen Beanspruchung bei 800° bestehen bleibt. Ebenfalls tieftemperatur-empfindlich ist das dunkelbraune röntgenamorphe Eisen(III)-hydroxid (Orthohydroxid), während das topochemische röntgenamorphe und ziegelfarbige Eisen(III)-hydroxid (Iso-Orthohydroxid) sowie ein daraus gewonnenes hellgelbes -FeOOH, die schon von sich aus oberflächengroß sind, sich in dieser Hinsicht als indifferent erwiesen. Different kinds of defects in graphite with a resolution up to atomic scale have been investigated using STM. Mono-atomic
steps on the surface as well as bended graphite layers with height differences less than 0.1 nm originating from defects (steps)
in the bulk have been uncovered. The influence of such defects on the appearance of superstructures in the surrounding area
is demonstrated. Ribbons, with a few nanometers width and less than 1 nm height, and prismatic loops were resolved. Height
variations in the range of a few tenths of nanometer as a result of missed and inserted carbon layers have been revealed.
To our knowledge, for the first time defect lines on graphite are presented with an atomic resolution. The defect lines are
several microns long and only 1–3 atoms in width.

(LnM = Fe(η-C5H5)CO, Re(CO)4) which have been alkylated and acylated at the exocyclic oxygen atom of the carbonyl function. The enantioselective hydrogenation of α-ketoesters to α-hydroxyesters over Pt/Al2O3 catalysts modified by cinchona alkaloids is an interesting model reaction for the investigation of heterogeneous catalysis capable of producing optically active products. The aim of the present theoretical study is to rationalize the interaction between protonated cinchona alkaloids (modifiers) and methyl pyruvate (substrate) by investigating the possible weak complexes formed by these two species. For this purpose we use molecular mechanics and the AM1 semiempirical method. The optimization leads to two stable forms of the complexes, where the substrate is bound to the modifier via hydrogen bonding between the oxygen of the α-carbonyl of pyruvate and the quinuclidine nitrogen of the alkaloid. In such complexes the methyl pyruvate is transformed into a half-hydrogenated species which can be adsorbed on the platinum surface and, after hydrogenation, leads to methyl lactate product. The results show that adsorption of the complex leading to (R)-methyl lactate is more favorable than that of the corresponding system yielding (S)-methyl lactate, which may be the key for the enantio-differentiation. 相似文献

A procedure was developed for the biosynthetic preparation of 15N-labelled guanosine and inosine through the action of a mutant Bacillus subtilis strain. Crude [N2,1,3,7,9-15N]guanosine and [1,3,7,9-15N]inosine were isolated from the culture filtrate by precipitation and anion-exchange chromatography (Scheme 1). No cell lysis and no enzymatic degradation was necessary. The per-isobutyrylated derivatives 1 and 2 were isolated from a complex mixture, purified by virtue of their different lipophilicity, and separated in three steps involving normal-and reversed-phase silica-gel chromatography. One litre of complex nutrient medium yielded 8.44 mmol of guanosine derivative and 2.84 mmol of inosine derivative with high average 15N enrichment (83.5 and 91.9 atom-%, resp.). [N6,1,3,7,9-15N]Adenosine ( 4 ) was obtained from 2′,3′,5′-tri-O-isobutyryl[1,3,7,9-15N]inosine ( 1 ) through the ammonolysis of its 1,2,4-triazolyl derivative with aqueous 15NH3 (Scheme 2). 相似文献

Protonation of 1 and 2 affords the sublimable isocyanoacetic acid complexes [(OC)5MCNCH2CO2H] ( 5 , 6 ; M = Cr, W) in which the functional isocyanide is stabilized at the metal atom. Reactions of [(OC)5WCNCH2CO2?K+] and of [(OC)3Mo(CNCH2CO2?Li+)3] with oxalyl dichloride give the isocyanoacetyl chloride compounds [(OC)5WCNCH2COCl] ( 9 ) (sublimable) and [(OC)3Mo(CNCH2COCl)3] ( 10 ); the latter ( 10 ) was not isolated. The time-resolved luminescence spectra (in the microsecond range) of phycobilisomes and biliproteins in buffer and polymer matrix were measured in the temperature range from 8 K. to 293 K. Delayed luminescence located in the same spectral region as prompt fluorescence of investigated samples (DLF) and the long-wavelength delayed emission in the720–760 nm range (DL1) was observed. The temperature and viscosity dependencies of DLF and DL1 luminescences were different, but both do not have uniexponential decays and are not quenched by oxygen. This means that delayed luminescence could be generated without the participation of the triplet states, or the chromophores could be shielded by protein against interaction with oxygen. The linear dependence of delayed luminescence on exciting light intensity shows that delayed luminescence is monophotonically induced. It seems that both DLF and DL1 are related to electron-cation recombination, which yields excited singlet states. The DLF is emitted from the first excited singlet state of biliprotein chromophores and DL1 from the same state of the excimers or from the triplet state of some groups of chromophores. Ionization energy of chromophores can be lowered as a result of their interactions with the environment. Delay of emission is due to the trapping or solvation of electrons. Every type of biliprotein consisting of phycobilisomes possesses its own “trap” and can emit the DL. In the case of native phycobilisomes a competition between the excitation energy trapping and transfer occurs. 相似文献

To bridge the gap between laboratory-scale studies and commercial applications, mass production of high quality graphene is essential. A scalable exfoliation strategy towards the production of graphene sheets is presented that has excellent yield (ca. 75 %, 1–3 layers), low defect density (a C/O ratio of 21.2), great solution-processability, and outstanding electronic properties (a hole mobility of 430 cm2 V−1 s−1). By applying alternating currents, dual exfoliation at both graphite electrodes enables a high production rate exceeding 20 g h−1 in laboratory tests. As a cathode material for lithium storage, graphene-wrapped LiFePO4 particles deliver a high capacity of 167 mAh g−1 at 1 C rate after 500 cycles. 相似文献
