A successful application of microwave irradiation, in which phthalocyanines were synthesized under solventless conditions from 1,2-phthalonitrile or phthalic anhydride and urea in the presence of metal templates is described. It was found that in comparison with conventional heating, the microwave process is a very useful alternative for cyclotetramerization processes because of reduction of the reaction time, better yield, and easy-to-perform procedure.  相似文献

The first stable dibenzosilafulvene, 9-{[8-(dimethylaminomethyl)-1-naphthyl]phenylsil-1-ylium}fluoren-9-ide (7a), was obtained in one step from 9-fluorenyllithium and chloro[8-(dimethylaminomethyl)-1-naphthyl]phenylsilane as a stable solvate with THF. The structure of the zwitterionic compound7a was established by1H,13C, and29Si NMR in solution and in the solid state. The reactions of compound7a with crotonaldehyde, ethanol, and triethylethylidenephosphorane are described. Procedures for trace cobalt determinations by adsorptive stripping voltammetry at in situ and ex situ plated bismuth film electrodes are presented. These exploit the enhancement of the cobalt peak obtained by using the Co(II)–dimethylglyoxime–cetyltrimethylammonium bromide–piperazine-N,N-bis(2-ethanesulfonic acid) system. The calibration graph for an accumulation time of 120 s was linear from 2 × 10–10 to 2 × 10–8 mol L–1. The relative standard deviation from five determinations of cobalt at a concentration of 5 × 10–9 mol L–1 was 5.2%. The detection limit for an accumulation time of 300 s was 1.8 × 10–11 mol L–1. The proposed procedure was applied to cobalt determination in certified reference materials and in tap and river water samples.  相似文献

The mechanism of the reaction of the rhenium(VI) dithiolate complex ReIV(TDT)3 with some electron-donating organic reagents in nonaqueous solvents is studied by the spin trap method combined with electron paramagnetic resonance. The reaction products are stable complex rhenium(V) anions, ReV(TDT)3-, and short-lived radicals forming long-lived adducts with spin traps as probed by EPR. The possibility of using the radical processes for analytical purposes is discussed.  相似文献

Charge separation and radical transfer in DNA photolyase from Escherichia coli is investigated by computing electrostatic free energies from a solution of the Poisson-Boltzmann equation. For the initial charge separation 450 meV are available. According to recent experiments [Aubert et al. Nature 2000, 405, 586-590] the flavin receives an electron from the proximal tryptophan W382, which consequently forms a cationic radical WH(*)(+)382. The radical state is subsequently transferred along the triad W382-W359-W306 of conserved tryptophans. The radical transfer to the intermediate tryptophan W359 is nearly isoenergetic (58 meV uphill); the radical transfer from the intermediate W359 to the distal W306 is 200 meV downhill in energy, funneling and stabilizing the radical state at W306. The resulting cationic radical WH(*)(+)306 is further stabilized by deprotonation, yielding the neutral radical W(*)306, which is 214 meV below WH(*)(+)306. The time scale of the charge recombination process yielding back the resting enzyme with FADH(*) is governed by reprotonation of W306, with a calculated lifetime of 1.2 ms that correlates well with the measured lifetime of 17 ms. In photolyase from Anacystis nidulans the radical state is partially transferred to a tyrosine [Aubert et al. Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. U.S.A. 1999, 96, 5423-5427]. In photolyase from Escherichia coli, there is a tyrosine (Y464) close to the distal tryptophan W306 that could play this role. We show that this tyrosine cannot be involved in radical transfer, because the electron transfer from tyrosine to W306 is much too endergonic (750 meV) and a direct hydrogen transfer is likely too slow. Coupling of specific charge states of the tryptophan triad with protonation patterns of titratable residues of photolyase is small.  相似文献

Quantum-chemical calculations show that in the Roothaan method, even when the Hartree-Fock energy limit is achieved, the basis set extension can significantly influence other molecular characteristics. In this work we study the influence of an additional (orthogonal to an initial basis set) orbital on one-electron levels, total energy, and quantities that are calculated as average values of one-electron operators. We assume that the initial M-dimensional basis is sufficiently good, so that adding orbital does not lead to the redistribution of occupied and virtual levels. Then, each occupied (M+1)-dimensional MO i is approximately the same as the corresponding M-dimensional MO i 0 and differs from it only by admixture of the other orbitals k 0 and the function . The coefficients of k 0 and in i are considered to be small parameters, and molecular characteristics of interest are expanded in power series with respect to them. It has been established that a decrease in the total energy during the basis extension corresponds to the quadratic in these parameters terms while quantities calculated as average values of one-electron operators change linearly during the basis extension. A shift of one-electron levels i during the basis extension is examined. It is shown that the MacDonald rule is satisfied if integrals containing the energy shift operator for electron interaction are small with respect to integrals <F0j 0> where F0 is the Fock operator in the initial basis. 1-Substituted 4-benzylidene-2-{-[3,5-di(tert-butyl)-4-hydroxyphenyl]vinyl}-4-benzylidene-2-imidazolin-5-ones have been synthesized by the interaction of azomethines and N-acylhydrazones (derivatives of 3,5-di(tert-butyl)-4-hydroxybenzaldehyde) with 4-benzylidene-2-methyloxazol-5-one. The acylation of 1,2-bis[3,5-di(tert-butyl)-4-hydroxybenzylideneamino]ethane with acid chlorides in acetonitrile in the presence of triethylamine leads to 1,3-diacyl-2-[3,5-di(tert-butyl)-4-hydroxyphenyl]imidazolidine.  相似文献
