The reaction of oxides of internal trans- and cis-perfluoroolefins with (1S, 4S)- or racemic camphor thiosemicarbazone leads to the formation of trans- and cis-isomers of (1S, 4S)- or racemic camphor 5′-fluoro-4′-hydroxy-4′,5′-di(perfluoroalkyl)-1′,3′-thiazolinyl-2′-hydrazones, respectively. Unsymmetrical dodecafluoro-2,3-epoxyhexane yields a mixture of regioisomeric hydrazones. The molecular structure of the trans-isomer of (1S, 4S)-camphor 5′-fluoro-4′-hydroxy-4′,5′-bis(trifluoromethyl)-1′,3′-thiazolinyl-2′-hydrazone has been established by X-ray crystallography. The quite rare example of cocrystallization of two diastereomers of the latter in homochiral crystal (sp. group P21) has been revealed.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title potassium salt, K+·C8HN4O2, of the organic anion 3‐cyano‐4‐(di­cyano­methyl­ene)‐5‐oxo‐4,5‐di­hydro‐1H‐pyrrol‐2‐olate shows that the di­cyano­methyl­ene moiety is able to accept an electron in the same way as does tetra­cyano­ethyl­ene, to yield the novel product. The organic anion is nearly planar, with deviations caused by steric crowding among the exocyclic cyano groups. The K+ cations lie within tricapped trigonal prisms that stack to form channels. The three‐dimensional structure is completed by the formation of hydrogen‐bonded chains by the anions.  相似文献

Three-component condensation of 4-piperidinones (7), 5-pyrazolones (8), and malononitrile (4) proceeds chemically and electrochemically and is a convenient one-step means of synthesis of substituted 6-amino-5-cyanospiro-4-(piperidine-4')-2H,4H-dihydropyrazolo[3,4-b]pyrans (12). The electrochemical reactions proceed under milder conditions and with yields 12-15% greater than those of the reactions catalyzed by chemical bases.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] The reduction of benzo-1,2,3,4-tetrazine 1,3-dioxides (BTDOs) 1 with Na(2)S(2)O(4) or SnCl(2) is suggested to proceed via intermediate N-nitrosobenzotriazoles 3 to afford benzotriazoles 2. The (15)N-labeling experiments exhibit that the N-3 atom of the tetrazine ring is incorporated into the nitroso group of 3 that is ultimately released into solution. It is possible that the biological activity of BTDOs is due to their ability to release nitrosating species, i.e., N-nitrosotriazol 3 or HNO(2), in the course of reduction.  相似文献

A carbonyl osmium(0) complex with π-coordinated olefin, (2,3-η-1,4-diphenylbut-2-en-1,4-dione)undecacarbonyl triangulotriosmium (1), efficiently catalyzes oxygenation of alkanes (cyclohexane, cyclooctane, n-heptane, isooctane, etc.) with hydrogen peroxide, as well as with tert-butyl hydroperoxide and meta-chloroperoxybenzoic acid in acetonitrile solution. Alkanes are oxidized to corresponding alcohols, ketones (aldehydes) and alkyl hydroperoxides. Thus, heating cyclooctane with the 1-H2O2 combination at 70 °C gave products with turnover number as high as 2400 after 6 h. The maximum obtained yield of all products was equal to 20% based on cyclohexane and 30% based on H2O2. The oxidation of linear and branched alkanes exhibits very low regio- and bond-selectivity parameters and this testifies that the reaction proceeds via attack of hydroxyl radicals on C-H bonds of the alkane. The oxygenation products were not formed when the reaction was carried out under argon atmosphere and it can be thus concluded that the oxygenation occurs via the reaction between alkyl radicals and atmospheric oxygen. In summary, the Os(0) complex is much more powerful generator of hydroxyl radicals than any soluble derivative of iron (which is an analogue of osmium in the Periodic System).  相似文献

We report the discovery that 1,3‐bis(aryl)imidazolidin‐2‐ylidenes, one of the most widely studied classes of N‐heterocyclic carbenes (NHCs), undergo quantitative conversion to zwitterionic “NHC‐CDI” amidinates upon heating to ≈100 °C in solution. The mechanism of this novel NHC decomposition process is studied in detail. These studies enabled the rational synthesis of a new class of bench stable amidinates from a panel of NHCs and carbodiimides. We expect these constructs to find utility in a variety of applications.  相似文献

The previously developed intramolecular cyclocondensation of C‐phosphanyl(N‐aryl)formamidines into 3‐H‐1,3‐benzazaphospholes has been successfully extended to 1,3‐diaminobenzene and 1,3,5‐triaminobenzene. Its condensation presents the way to tricyclic and tetracyclic azaphospholes. Their structures were confirmed by spectroscopic methods and key tricyclic and tetracyclic compounds were further characterized by single crystal X‐ray diffraction.  相似文献
