We report the first experimental demonstration of two-photon imaging with a pseudothermal source. Similarly to the case of entangled states, a two-photon Gaussian thin lens equation is observed, indicating EPR type correlation in position. We introduce the concepts of two-photon coherent and two-photon incoherent imaging. The differences between the entangled and the thermal cases are explained in terms of these concepts. 相似文献

Titanium oxide-modified silica was prepared by reaction of silica with titanium tetrabutoxide and then was used as support in the preparation of stationary phases with self-immobilized polybutadiene (PBD) and PBD immobilized through microwave radiation. Chromatographic performance of the stationary phases was evaluated in terms of the efficiency (plates/m), asymmetry (A(s)), retention factor (k) and resolution (R(s)) of two standard sample mixtures, one of then containing the basic compound N,N-dimethylaniline. A microwave irradiation of 30 min at 520 W gave the best efficiency (86,500 N m(-1)), greater than that of a 6-day self immobilized phase (69,500 N m(-1)). Self-immobilized stationary phases prepared with bare silica were also studied for comparison. These resulted in lower chromatographic performance, 43,800 N m(-1), when compared to the self-immobilized phase prepared with titanized silica. 相似文献

The aging mechanisms of perfluorocarbon emulsions were investigated using image analysis. Oil-in-water emulsions of two perfluorocarbons, n-perfluorohexane and perfluorodecalin, were prepared with three emulsifiers, Lecithin, Span 20, and Pluronic F-68. The effect of the temperature and the replacement of water by an aqueous phase consisting of a microbial culture medium were also studied. The emulsions were prepared by sonication and their stability was followed through analysis of the evolution of mean droplet size. The results indicate that the stability of perfluorocarbon in water emulsions depends on all the parameters investigated and that two aging mechanisms, coalescence and molecular diffusion, may take place. Analysis of the evolution of the mean droplet size during long time periods indicate that coalescence is more common than previously reported for these systems and seems to be favored by a temperature increase. 相似文献

A new bibenzyl derivative (4), together with two glycosylated flavonoids (1 and 2), batatasin III (3) and the phenanthrene isohircinol (5) were isolated from the aerial parts of Gavilea lutea. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic studies including 1D and 2D NMR, UV, IR and HRESIMS. All isolated compounds were evaluated for their antifungal activity towards Candida albicans. The new compound 4 showed inhibitory activity with a MIQ of 50 μg. In addition, compound 4 exhibited a selective activity (IC50 = 2.3 μg/mL) against Leishmania donovani. 相似文献

Several triazonine-carbaldehyde derivatives have been prepared using different protocols; however, some require special reagents and conditions. The aim of study involved the synthesis of two triazonine-carbaldehyde derivative using testosterone or OTBS-testosterone as chemical tool. Triazonine-carbaldehyde derivatives were prepared by a series of reactions that involve the following: (1) synthesis of two nitrobenzamide derivatives by reaction of testosterone or OTBS-testosterone with p-nitrobenzoyl azide using Copper(II) as catalyst; (2) reaction of the nitrobenzamides with ethylenediamine to form two triazonine derivatives using boric acid as catalyst; (3) preparation of hexynyl-triazonine derivatives by the reaction of two triazonines 6-chlorohex-1-yne in basic medium; (4) reaction of hexynyl-triazonine derivatives with benzaldehyde to form two triazoninol analogs; (5) preparation of triazoninynal derivatives through oxidation of triazoninol analogs with dimethyl sulfoxide; and (6) synthesis of triazonine-carbaldehyde derivatives by the reaction of triazoninynal derivatives with hexyne-1 using Copper(II) as catalyst. The chemical structure of compounds was determined by spectroscopic and spectrometric methods. In conclusion, in this work were prepared two triazoninone derivatives using several chemical techniques, which are simple procedures and easy to handle. 相似文献
