Alkaloids such as cinchonidine, quinine and N-methylephedrine have been N-alkylated using polymeric benzyl halides or co-polymerized and then N-alkylated, thus affording a series of polymer-supported chiral ammonium salts which have been employed as phase-transfer catalysts in the asymmetric benzylation of an N-(diphenylmethylene)glycine ester. These new polymeric catalysts can be easily recovered by simple filtration after the reaction and reused. The best ee's were achieved when Merrifield resin-anchored cinchonidinium ammonium salts were employed.  相似文献

Large RNA molecules exhibit an astonishing variability of base-pairing patterns, while many of the RNA base-pairing families have no counterparts in DNA. The cis Watson-Crick/sugar edge (cis WC/SE) RNA base pairing is investigated by ab initio quantum chemical calculations. A detailed structural and energetic characterization of all 13 crystallographically detected members of this family is provided by means of B3LYP/6-31G and RIMP2/aug-cc-pVDZ calculations. Further, a prediction is made for the remaining 3 cis WC/SE base pairs which are yet to be seen in the experiments. The interaction energy calculations point at the key role of the 2'-OH group in stabilizing the sugar-base contact and predict all 16 cis WC/SE base-pairing patterns to be nearly isoenergetic. The perfect correlation of the main geometrical parameters in the gas-phase optimized and X-ray structures shows that the principle of isosteric substitutions in RNA is rooted from the intrinsic structural similarity of the isolated base pairs. The present quantum chemical calculations for the first time analyze base pairs involving the ribose 2'-OH group and unambiguously correlate the structural information known from experiments with the energetics of interactions. The calculations further show that the relative importance and absolute value of the dispersion energy in the cis WC/SE base pairs are enhanced compared to the standard base pairs. This may by an important factor contributing to the strength of such interactions when RNA folds in its polar environment. The calculations further demonstrate that the Cornell et al. force field commonly used in molecular modeling and simulations provides satisfactory performance for this type of RNA interactions.  相似文献

The main aspects related to the analysis of sterol oxidation products (SOP) in foods are comprehensively reviewed. Special emphasis is placed on the critical and controversial points of this analysis because these points affect crucial analytical parameters such as precision, accuracy, selectivity, and sensitivity. The effect of sample preparation and the conditions of quantification by gas chromatography and liquid chromatography on these parameters are also reviewed. The results show that, in order to choose an adequate method to analyze SOP in a certain food, the analyst must consider its SOP concentration and matrix complexity. The term SOP includes both cholesterol oxidation products (COP) and phytosterol oxidation products (POP). The state of the art of COP and POP analysis is quite different; many more studies have dealt with the analysis of COP than of POP. However, most of the results presented here about COP analysis may be extrapolated to POP analysis because both groups of compounds show similar structures and characteristics.  相似文献

A method for the simultaneous determination of alpha-tocopherol acetate and alpha-, delta-, and gamma-tocopherols by normal-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with a fluorescent detector in infant formula is proposed. The values obtained in the determination of the analytical parameters: linearity, precision, limit of detection and accuracy (analysis of a standard reference material, SRM 1846), confirm the quality of the method. The proposed method is useful for the determination of alpha-, delta-, and gamma-tocopherols and alpha-tocopherol acetate in infant formulas at a low cost and in a total time of 2 h.  相似文献

The title binaphthyls 19 and 26, which are the positional isomers of 2-methoxy-2'-(diphenylphosphino)-1,1'-binaphthyl (MOP, 19) and 2-amino-2'-hydroxy-1,1'-binaphthyl (NOBIN, 26), have been synthesized by Suzuki coupling as the key step (10 + 15-->18), followed by functional group transformations, involving C-P and C-N bond formation (18-->19 and 18-->23). Racemic intermediate 22 was resolved by co-crystallization with N-benzylcinchonidinium chloride and the absolute configuration determined by X-ray crystallography. These novel binaphthyls are configurationally stable and, as such, potentially usable as chiral ligands in asymmetric reactions. Michael addition of the glycine-derived enolate 40 to methyl acrylate, carried out in the presence of (R)-(-)-27 as the chiral phase-transfer catalyst, afforded L-glutamic acid (S)-(+)-43 of 92% ee (after hydrolysis of the primary product).  相似文献

Diffusion reflectance fourier transform infrared spectroscopy in the mid-IR region was used to assess the authenticity of tea varieties. The differences between the spectra of 12 different tea varieties (seven black, two green, three semifermented grades) were sufficient to allow their discrimination by the soft independent modelling of class analogy classification method or linear discriminant analysis, despite a significant heterogeneity of the samples as revealed by variance analysis.  相似文献

In this paper, an experimental study was carried out in order to investigate the osmotic transport of methanol-water electrolyte solutions through a Nafion membrane. The experimental data indicated that the Nafion membrane showed the typical anomalous osmotic behavior of charged membranes. The influence of some relevant parameters, such as electrolyte concentration difference, weight fraction of methanol on solution, and nature of cation was considered. The results showed that the osmotic volume flow was decreased with the presence of methanol on solvent, but did not alter the anomalous osmotic behavior of the membrane.  相似文献

The described radiochromatographic method permits fast and high-sensitivity monitoring of soil biodegradation products of an insect growth regulator for its environmental risk assessment. We analyzed and compared two diastereoisomers of ethyl N-(2-(4-[(2-hydroxycyclohexyl) methyl]phenoxy)ethyl)carbamate, namely its cis-(1S,2S) isomer JN-W330 and a trans-(1R,2S) isomer JN-W331. Microbial conversion of the cis-isomer to the trans-isomer was proved by mass spectrometry analyzer. Among the chromatographic columns tested, the best separation was found with a 125 mm x 4 mm i.d. column packed with Supersphere 100 RP-C18, 5 microm and an acetonitrile-water gradient. The detection limit for the both isomers was in the range of 120-250 Bq (0.3-0.8 ng) at a concentration of 2 ng/ml with radiometric detection. The calibration curves for standard solutions were linear in the range of 150Bq-150kBq (r = 0.996). The method enabled us to compare the analyzed juvenoids with biologically active oostatic peptides in terms of their environmental safety.  相似文献

The enantioselective synthesis of cyanohydrin O‐phosphates by using in situ generated bifunctional catalysts (R)‐ or (S)‐3,3′‐bis(diethylaminomethyl)‐1,1′‐binaphthol–aluminium chloride (binolam–AlCl) is reported. The reaction, which can be described as an overall cyano‐O‐phosphorylation of aldehydes, has a wide scope and applicability. Evidence is also provided, including ab initio and DFT calculations, in support of supported by the Lewis acid/Brønsted base (LABB) dual role of the catalyst in inducing first the key enantioselective hydrocyanation, which is then followed by O‐phosphorylation. A brief screening of the synthetic usefulness of the resulting cyanohydrin O‐phosphates unveiles some interesting applications. Among them, chemoselective hydrolysis, reduction and palladium‐catalysed nucleophilic allyl substitution, thereby leading to enantiomerically enriched α‐O‐phosphorylated α‐hydroxy esters, β‐amino alcohols and γ‐cyanoallyl alcohols, respectively. Naturally occurring (?)‐tembamide and (?)‐aegeline are synthesised accordingly.  相似文献

A new method of HPLC column retentivity testing utilizes polymeric probes instead of conventional sets of low molar mass substances. The procedure allows at least semiquantitative, separate and independent evaluation of adsorption and partition properties of column packings. In this present work, the method is applied for comparison of the polar interactivities of selected silica gel C18 HPLC columns. It is shown that free silanols which remained on the surface of the end-capped silica C18 column packings are accessible for interaction with highly polar macromolecules. High molar mass polymeric test probes are adsorbed on the surface silanols and their retention volumes increase. As result, deviations from regular size-exclusion chromatographic (SEC) behavior are observed. The extent of retention volume changes depends on both the nature of polymer probes and on column packing type. Adsorption of macromolecules can be suppressed by addition of a highly polar substance to the mobile phase. The amount of polar additive which is needed to attain regular SEC elution of the polymer probe depends on the column packing type and can be used as a characteristic of silanophilic column interactivity. Courses of dependences of retention volumes on sizes of macromolecules indicate the presence of "U-turn" adsorption which allows two and more silanols situated among C18 groups to be occupied simultaneously with the same macromolecule.  相似文献
