A glucose biosensor with enzyme immobilised by sol–gel technology was constructed and evaluated. The glucose biosensor reported is based on encapsulated GOX within a sol–gel glass, prepared with 3-aminopropyltriethoxy silane, 2-(3,4-epoxycyclohexyl)-ethyltrimetoxy silane and HCl. A flow system incorporating the amperometric biosensor constructed was developed for the determination of glucose in the 1×10−4–5×10−3 mol l−1 range with a precision of 1.5%. The results obtained for the analysis of electrolytic solution for iv administration and human serum samples showed good agreement between the proposed method and the reference procedure, with relative error <5%.  相似文献

High-density polyethylene/modified bentonite clay/polar compatibilizer nanocomposites were prepared through the melt intercalation process. The clay was organophilizated using different percentages of quaternary ammonium salt 100, 125, and 150 % based cation exchange capacity of the clay. The nanocomposites were prepared in a counter-rotating twin-screw extruder and then specimens were injection molded. For the evaluation of flammability of the test system was used for burning in the horizontal position according to the norm (Underwriters Laboratories, UL94HB) and to the method of cone calorimeter. The thermal behavior of nanocomposites was evaluated by thermogravimetry and X-ray diffraction techniques, and transmission electron microscopy were used to characterize the morphology and analyze the degree of expansion of the clays prepared and the degree of exfoliation of nanocomposites. It was observed that the percentage of ammonium salt and the compatibilizer polar influence on the final properties of the systems and consequently improving the thermal stability and reducing the flammability of the matrix.  相似文献

In support of a deeper understanding of the chemistry of cyanoacetylene--a known constituent of planetary atmospheres and interstellar space--theoretical and experimental studies address the chemical mechanism of dimerization and trimerization, and provide high-resolution rotational spectra of two of the trimeric products, 1,2,3- and 1,2,4-tricyanobenzene. Analysis of the rotational spectra is particularly challenging because of quadrupolar coupling from three (14)N nuclei. The laboratory rotational spectra provide the basis for future searches for these polar aromatic compounds in interstellar space by radio astronomy.  相似文献

We establish the existence of locally minimizing vortex solutions to the full Ginzburg-Landau energy in three dimensional simply-connected domains with or without the presence of an applied magnetic field. The evolution of states of the composition of classical and quantum systems in the groupoid formalism for physical theories introduced recently is discussed. It is shown that the notion of a classical system, in the sense of Birkhoff and von Neumann, is equivalent, in the case of systems with a countable number of outputs, to a totally disconnected groupoid with Abelian von Neumann algebra. The impossibility of evolving a separable state of a composite system made up of a classical and a quantum one into an entangled state by means of a unitary evolution is proven in accordance with Raggio’s theorem, which is extended to include a new family of separable states corresponding to the composition of a system with a totally disconnected space of outcomes and a quantum one.  相似文献

It is shown that any stationary axisymmetric solution to the vacuum field equations of the Jordan-Brans-Dicke (JBD) theory may be obtained from a composition of any stationary axisymmetric vacuum Einstein spacetime with the Weyl class of metrics. Thus, generating solution techniques can be used to obtain any stationary axisymmetric JBD vacuum solution. In this manner, C. B. G. The Quick Easy Cheap Effective Rugged and Safe multiresidue method (QuEChERS) has been validated for the extraction of 80 pesticides belonging to various chemical classes from various types of representative commodities with low lipid contents. A mixture of 38 pesticides amenable to gas chromatography (GC) were quantitatively recovered from spiked lemon, raisins, wheat flour and cucumber, and determined using gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS). An additional mixture of 42 pesticides were recovered from oranges, red wine, red grapes, raisins and wheat flour, using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) for determination. The pesticides chosen for this study included many of the most frequently detected ones and/or those that are most often found to violate the maximum residue limit (MRL) in food samples, some compounds that have only recently been introduced, as well as a few other miscellaneous compounds. The method employed involved initial extraction in a water/acetonitrile system, an extraction/partitioning step after the addition of salt, and a cleanup step utilizing dispersive solid-phase extraction (D-SPE); this combination ensured that it was a rapid, simple and cost-effective procedure. The spiking levels for the recovery experiments were 0.005, 0.01, 0.02 and 0.2 mg kg(-1) for GC-MS/MS analyses, and 0.01 and 0.1 mg kg(-1) for LC-MS/MS analyses. Adequate pesticide quantification and identity confirmation were attained, even at the lowest concentration levels, considering the high signal-to-noise ratios, the very good accuracies and precisions, as well as the good matches between the observed ion ratios. Mean recoveries mostly ranged between 70 and 110% (98% on average), and relative standard deviations (RSD) were generally below 10% (4.3% on average). The use of analyte protectants during GC analysis was demonstrated to provide a good alternative to the use of matrix-matched standards to minimize matrix-effect-related errors. Based on these results, the methodology has been proven to be highly efficient and robust and thus suitable for monitoring the MRL compliance of a wide range of commodity/pesticide combinations.  相似文献

Quince (Cydonia oblonga Mill.) is a potential source of polyphenolic compounds related with beneficial biological processes. In this study polyphenols from quince fruit were extracted with aqueous acetone at different ratios. A polyphenol profile was identified and quantified by LC-ESI-QqQ. The antioxidant capacity (ORAC and DPPH) and anti-inflammatory effect (inhibition of COX-2 cyclooxygenase) were evaluated in vitro. The results indicated an effect of the aqueous acetone ratio on the extraction of polyphenolic compounds. The higher extraction yields of polyphenolic compounds were attained with 60–75% aqueous acetone. However, extracts obtained with 85% aqueous acetone promoted higher antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects. Optimal scaling analysis indicated that hydroxycinnamic acids (quinic and chlorogenic), hydroxybenzoic acids (vanillic and syringic), flavonoids (quercetin and kaempferol), dihydrochalcones (neohesperidin) and flavones (acacetin) are related to the antioxidant activity of quince. While phenolic acids, flavonols (kaempferol-3-O-glucoside and rutin) and flavanols (epicatechin) generated the anti-inflammatory effect by inhibiting 52.3% of the COX-2 enzyme. Therefore, a selective extraction of phenolic mix can reduce oxidative stress or inflammatory processes. This suggests the use of quince as a natural source with significant nutraceutical potential.  相似文献
