This paper discusses the two-dimensional loading capacitated vehicle routing problem (2L-CVRP) with heterogeneous fleet (2L-HFVRP). The 2L-CVRP can be found in many real-life situations related to the transportation of voluminous items where two-dimensional packing restrictions have to be considered, e.g.: transportation of heavy machinery, forklifts, professional cleaning equipment, etc. Here, we also consider a heterogeneous fleet of vehicles, comprising units of different capacities, sizes and fixed/variable costs. Despite the fact that heterogeneous fleets are quite ubiquitous in real-life scenarios, there is a lack of publications in the literature discussing the 2L-HFVRP. In particular, to the best of our knowledge no previous work discusses the non-oriented 2L-HFVRP, in which items are allowed to be rotated during the truck-loading process. After describing and motivating the problem, a literature review on related work is performed. Then, a multi-start algorithm based on biased randomization of routing and packing heuristics is proposed. A set of computational experiments contribute to illustrate the scope of our approach, as well as to show its efficiency.  相似文献

A new parametrization of the 3-metric allows to find explicitly a York map by means of a partial Shanmugadhasan canonical transformation in canonical ADM tetrad gravity. This allows to identify the two pairs of physical tidal degrees of freedom (the Dirac observables of the gravitational field have to be built in term of them) and 14 gauge variables. These gauge quantities, whose role in describing generalized inertial effects is clarified, are all configurational except one, the York time, i.e. the trace of the extrinsic curvature of the instantaneous 3-spaces (corresponding to a clock synchronization convention) of a non-inertial frame centered on an arbitrary observer. In the Dirac Hamiltonian is the sum of the weak ADM energy (whose density is coordinate-dependent, containing the inertial potentials) and of the first-class constraints. The main results of the paper, deriving from a coherent use of constraint theory, are: (i) The explicit form of the Hamilton equations for the two tidal degrees of freedom of the gravitational field in an arbitrary gauge: a deterministic evolution can be defined only in a completely fixed gauge, i.e. in a non-inertial frame with its pattern of inertial forces. The simplest such gauge is the 3-orthogonal one, but other gauges are discussed and the Hamiltonian interpretation of the harmonic gauges is given. This frame-dependence derives from the geometrical view of the gravitational field and is lost when the theory is reduced to a linear spin 2 field on a background space-time. (ii) A general solution of the super-momentum constraints, which shows the existence of a generalized Gribov ambiguity associated to the 3-diffeomorphism gauge group. It influences: (a) the explicit form of the solution of the super-momentum constraint and then of the Dirac Hamiltonian; (b) the determination of the shift functions and then of the lapse one. (iii) The dependence of the Hamilton equations for the two pairs of dynamical gravitational degrees of freedom (the generalized tidal effects) and for the matter, written in a completely fixed 3-orthogonal Schwinger time gauge, upon the gauge variable , determining the convention of clock synchronization. The associated relativistic inertial effects, absent in Newtonian gravity and implying inertial forces changing from attractive to repulsive in regions with different sign of , are completely unexplored and may have astrophysical relevance in the interpretation of the dark side of the universe.  相似文献

Natural food items and the additional benefits they provide have received considerable attention in recent years. Betalains are nutritious pigments which have valuable biological properties, e.g., antioxidant and free radical scavenging activity. In this study, aqueous betalain extracts were obtained from different coloured cactus pears (purple, red/pink, and orange), amaranth, and beetroot, with and without the addition of ascorbic acid, microwave-heated, and freeze-dried and subsequently analysed by thin layer chromatography (TLC). Beetroot samples without the addition of ascorbic acid (AA) had lower phenols, flavonoids, and ascorbic acid content than beetroot samples extracted with the addition of AA. Amaranth had significantly higher contents of antioxidants than all the other plants. Results for phenolic compounds showed that there were no significant differences between cactus pear cultivars, however, significant differences were seen between the two beetroot samples (microwave-heated with and without AA) as well as amaranth. For flavonoid compounds, amaranth had significantly higher values than all other samples. The lowest flavonoid content was found in beetroot without AA (0.49 mgCE/g). For ascorbic acid, significant differences were noticed between amaranth (71.71 mg/100 g) and samples from cactus pear and beetroot. TLC results showed that purple and red cactus pear samples had the most vivid colours, a reflection of the high betacyanin and betaxanthin contents in the cultivars. Moreover, extracts from cactus pear, beetroot, and amaranth were classified according to a decision tree which was designed by the Code of Federal Regulations/Food Additives Regulation of the EU. The classification of betalain pigment extracts as colouring foods was achieved through enrichment factor calculations and the colourant decision tree. The results showed that the betalain pigment extraction method used is inexpensive, time-saving, energy-saving, non-toxic, and chemical solvent free and yields high concentrations of betalains.  相似文献

Three on-column preconcentration techniques were compared to analyse a group of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) using micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography (MEKC) under pH-suppressed electroosmotic flow (EOF) in water samples. The analysed drugs were ibuprofen, fenoprofen, naproxen, ketoprofen, and diclofenac sodium. The micellar background electrolyte (BGE) solution was formed by 75 mM sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), 40% (v/v) acetonitrile, and 25 mM sodium phosphate at pH 2.5. When this BGE solution was used the applied voltage was reversed, -10 kV, and the drugs were separated within 20 min. The on-column preconcentration modes, characterised all of them for the sample matrix removal out of the capillary by itself under a reverse potential at the same time as the EOF was reduced, were stacking with reverse migrating micelles (SRMM), stacking with reverse migrating micelles-anion selective exhaustive injection (SRMM-ASEI), and field-enhanced sample injection with reverse migrating micelles (FESI-RMM). The sensitivity was improved up to 154-, 263-, and 63-fold, respectively when it was calculated through the peaks height. The optimised methods were validated with spiked mineral water by combining off-line solid-phase extraction (SPE) and the proposed on-line sample stacking strategies. The detection limits (LODs) of NSAIDs in mineral water were at ng/L levels.  相似文献

Amide one-bond 15N-1H scalar couplings of 15N- and [15N,2H]-isotopically enriched ubiquitin have been measured with the Quantitative J approach by monitoring NMR signal intensity modulation. Scalar couplings of the non-deuterated protein are in average approximately 0.6 Hz larger than values of deuterated ubiquitin. This deviation is 30 times the error derived from experiment reproducibility. Refocusing dipole/dipole cross-correlated relaxation decreases the discrepancy to approximately 0.1 Hz, suggesting that it likely originates from relaxation interference. Alternatively, the subtraction of J values obtained at different magnetic fields largely reduces the relaxation effects. In contrast, the dynamic frequency shift whose main contribution to 1J(15N-1H) arises from 15N chemical shielding anisotropy/NH dipole cross-correlation, is not eliminated by refocusing spin evolution under this interaction. Furthermore, the average difference of 1J(15N-1H) values at two magnetic fields closely agrees with the theoretical expected difference in the dynamic frequency shift.  相似文献

The metabolite profile of fresh Goji berries from two cultivars, namely Big Lifeberry (BL) and Sweet Lifeberry (SL), grown in the Lazio region (Central Italy) and harvested at two different periods, August and October, corresponding at the beginning and the end of the maturation, was characterized by means of nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and electrospray ionization Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance (ESI FT-ICR MS) methodologies. Several classes of compounds such as sugars, amino acids, organic acids, fatty acids, polyphenols, and terpenes were identified and quantified in hydroalcoholic and organic Bligh-Dyer extracts. Sweet Lifeberry extracts were characterized by a higher content of sucrose with respect to the Big Lifeberry ones and high levels of amino acids (glycine, betaine, proline) were observed in SL berries harvested in October. Spectrophotometric analysis of chlorophylls and total carotenoids was also carried out, showing a decrease of carotenoids during the time. These results can be useful not only to valorize local products but also to suggest the best harvesting period to obtain a product with a chemical composition suitable for specific industrial use. Finally, preliminary studies regarding both the chemical characterization of Goji leaves generally considered a waste product, and the biological activity of Big Lifeberry berries extracts was also investigated. Goji leaves showed a chemical profile rich in healthy compounds (polyphenols, flavonoids, etc.) confirming their promising use in the supplements/nutraceutical/cosmetic field. MG63 cells treated with Big Lifeberry berries extracts showed a decrease of iNOS, COX-2, IL-6, and IL-8 expression indicating their significant biological activity.  相似文献

A reliable multiresidue method based on solid phase extraction was developed using GC–MS to determine and quantify 34 pesticides, including herbicides, fungicides, insecticides, and some of their degradation products, in groundwater in a vineyard region of La Rioja (northern Spain). Different parameters were optimized and good recoveries (65–108% range) and precisions (12–19% range) were achieved with spiked water samples for a concentration of 0.1 μg/L. The experimental results showed an excellent linearity (r2 > 0.99) over the 0.1–1.5 μg/L range. The detection limits of the proposed method were 1–37 ng/L for most of the compounds studied. The methodology has been successfully applied to the analysis of groundwater samples from vineyard areas in La Rioja and the presence of pesticides, especially fungicides and herbicides, at several concentration levels was revealed. Terbuthylazine, its metabolite desethyl‐terbuthylazine, and fluometuron were the pesticides most frequently detected in higher concentrations. Overall and taking into consideration the European Union maximum residue limit of pesticides in groundwater, 16 of the 34 compounds included in this study were detected in concentrations over that limit in at least one of the samples analyzed.  相似文献

We report a direct competitive immunosensor for the rapid determination of ochratoxin A (OTA) in wine samples. Magnetic beads (1 ± 0.5 μm diameter) covered with streptavidin were functionalized with a monoclonal antibody against OTA, and then left to incubate in a solution of tracer (ochratoxin conjugated to the enzyme peroxidase) and a range of OTA concentrations (10(-4) to 1,000 ng mL(-1)). After washing and separation steps helped with a magnetic field, a volume of the dispersion was put on screen-printed electrodes under a magnet, and after adding the substrate the p-benzoquinone generated enzymatically was detected by differential-pulse voltammetry. Wine samples (2 mL) were easily prepared simply by adjusting to pH = 7.5 with diluted NaOH and by adding polyvinylpyrrolidone for complexing polyphenols, without any other clean-up or preconcentration steps. The limit of detection for detecting OTA in wines was of 0.11 ± 0.01 ng L(-1), well below the permitted content of the mycotoxin by the European Union (<2 ng mL(-1)). Spiked wines were subjected to immunosensor calibrations to study the matrix effects. OTA concentrations measured with the immunosensor were compared with those obtained by high-performance liquid chromatography coupled to fluorescence detection (AOAC official method 2001.01). The OTA levels from two red wines of "Campo de Borja", Spain, ranged from about 0.027 to 0.033 ng mL(-1) of OTA.  相似文献
