We propose a novel and practical method to exactly measure the transient reflectance spectra (TRS) of the adaptive filters based on dynamic population gratings. The modulating signals applied to the laser source play an important role. We specially designed a train of triangular amplitude modulated pulses with a small duty to modulate the laser frequency, and then the TRS was obtained from the grating responses to this pulse train. The measured half-zero-point bandwidths of the filter with and without 2.6 m cavity length are 20 and 60 MHz, respectively. Our research also indicates that the relatively high input power and a short cavity length may enhance the antiperturbation ability of lasers.  相似文献

Fluoroethylene carbonate (FEC) is investigated as the electrolyte additive to improve the electrochemical performance of high voltage LiNi0.6Co0.2Mn0.2O2 cathode material. Compared to LiNi0.6Co0.2Mn0.2O2/Li cells in blank electrolyte, the capacity retention of the cells with 5 wt% FEC in electrolytes after 80 times charge-discharge cycle between 3.0 and 4.5 V significantly improve from 82.0 to 89.7%. Besides, the capacity of LiNi0.6Co0.2Mn0.2O2/Li only obtains 12.6 mAh g?1 at 5 C in base electrolyte, while the 5 wt% FEC in electrolyte can reach a high capacity of 71.3 mAh g?1 at the same rate. The oxidative stability of the electrolyte with 5 wt% FEC is evaluated by linear sweep voltammetry and potentiostatic data. The LSV results show that the oxidation potential of the electrolytes with FEC is higher than 4.5 V vs. Li/Li+, while the oxidation peaks begin to appear near 4.3 V in the electrolyte without FEC. In addition, the effect of FEC on surface of LiNi0.6Co0.2Mn0.2O2 is elucidated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The analysis result indicates that FEC facilitates the formation of a more stable surface film on the LiNi0.6Co0.2Mn0.2O2 cathode. The electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) result evidences that the stable surface film could improve cathode electrolyte interfacial resistance. These results demonstrate that the FEC can apply as an additive for 4.5 V high voltage electrolyte system in LiNi0.6Co0.2Mn0.2O2/Li cells.  相似文献

The ultrasonically induced cytotoxic effects of hematoporphyrin (Hp) on Hepatoma 22 (H22) cells in vitro and vivo were investigated. Tumor cells were suspended in saline and exposed to ultrasound at 1.43 MHz for up to 60s in the presence and absence of Hp. The viability of cells was evaluated by trypan blue exclusion test. The ultra-structure changes of H22 cells induced by ultrasonic irradiation were evaluated by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM). Lipid peroxidation in cell was estimated by the thiobarbicturic acid (TBA) method. Our experiments indicated that the ultrasonic intensity of 2 W/cm(2), the Hp concentration of 100 microg/ml and the ultrasound exposure time of 60s were the best conditions for sonodynamic treatment in vitro. The tumor volume and weight after the combination of Hp with ultrasound were remarkably inhibited. SEM and TEM observation found the cell ultra-structure was significantly damaged, and lipid peroxidation level remarkably increased after sonodynamic treatment. This study suggested the ultra-structural changes may play a key role in cell destruction induced by sonodynamic treatment and the biological mechanism might be involved in mediating the killing effect on H22 cells in our experiment mode.  相似文献

Citrinin (CIT) is a nephrotoxic mycotoxin initially isolated from filamentous fungus Penicilliu citrinum. It was later isolated from several other species, such as Aspergillus and Monascus. It has a conjugated, planar structure that gives it a natural fluorescence ability, which can be used to develop sensitive methods for detecting CIT in food. In this paper, we used the spectro?uorescence technique to study the effects of pH value, β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) and organic solvents on the CIT fluorescence intensity. The results show that lower pH value, aceitc acid, β-CD and acetonitrile can induce a higher fluorescence intensity of CIT, but methanol or H2O has a decreasing effect on the fluorescence intensity of CIT. Findings in this study provide a theoretical basis for development of a high sensitivity fluorescence-based trace analysis for CIT detection.  相似文献

Highly ordered arrays of Cu2ZnSnSe4 nanotubes have been successfully synthesized on fluorine-doped tin oxide glass substrate using ZnO nanorod arrays as sacrificial templates. The structure, morphology and optical properties of the Cu2ZnSnSe4 arrays were characterized by X-ray diffraction, Raman spectrometry, field-emission scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, energy dispersive X-ray, and UV–Vis absorption spectroscopy. The diameter and length of the Cu2ZnSnSe4 nanotubes can be adjusted by tuning the diameter and length of the ZnO nanorods. In addition, the effect of the length on the performance of the photoelectrochemical cells was also investigated.  相似文献

Zwitterionic polysaccharides (ZPSs) from Bacteroides fragilis and Streptococcus pneumoniae display unique T‐cell activities. The first synthesis of a hexasaccharide representing two repeating units of the zwitterionic capsular polysaccharide from S. pneumoniae type 1 (Sp1) is reported. Key elements of the approach are stereoselective construction of 1,4‐cis‐α‐galactose linkages based on a reactive trichloroacetimidate donor that incorporates a 6‐O‐acetyl group, which may contribute to the high α selectivity in glycosylation. After assembly of the fully protected hexasaccharide from five monosaccharide synthons 2 – 4 , 24 and 25 , selective deprotection of the primary hydroxyl groups of the four galactose residues followed by oxidation to the corresponding uronic acids provides hexasaccharide 19 . The trisaccharide counterpart 1 was synthesized in similar fashion from three synthons, 2 – 4 . This approach employed both conventional and dehydrative glycosylation methodologies and avoids the use of poorly reactive uronic acid derived glycosyl donors and acceptors.  相似文献

The effect of polyethyleneimine (PEI) concentration on the properties of titanium dioxide (TiO2) suspensions is studied with or without the addition of an electrolyte (barium acetate). Measurements of the apparent viscosity and the stability of TiO2 suspensions showed that PEI is an effective dispersant for TiO2 particles in suspension in the absence of an electrolyte, not only reducing the viscosity of the suspension but also increasing its stability. In the presence of an electrolyte, however, small quantities of polyethyleneimine could neither disperse the TiO2 particles nor de-crease the viscosity of the TiO2 suspensions; only PEI concentrations beyond saturation adsorption could perceptively improve the stabilitv of TiO2 suspensions.  相似文献
