Expansion coefficients , isothermal compressibilities, thermal pressure coefficients and heat capacities have been measured at 25°C for the cyclohexane+trans-decalin system. An S-shaped composition dependence, positivelnegative for highllow cyclohexane compositions is found for C p E dV E /dT and the thermal expansion contribution to C p E namely VT. The thermal motion contribution to C p E , namely C v is close to zero. The positive excursion of these mixing quantities at high cyclohexane content is anomalous. Correspondingly, the mixing quantity-VT deviates strongly in this region from the predicted equality with H E . The literature and this work show that all these excess quantities behave similarly for cyclohexane mixed with cyclooctane, methylcyclohexane and some highly branched alkanes. The unusual composition dependence of the thermodynamic quantities is consistent with order occurring when any large alkane molecule of globular shape is added to cyclohexane. This is speculatively associated with an interference by the globular alkane with the relatively free rotation of cyclohexane molecules.  相似文献

Breath figure (BF) process is a facile method to prepare honeycomb structures by dynamic movements of condensed micrometer-sized water droplets at the interface of volatile fluid. Here, we aim to find answers to understand how the BF process occurs on micropipettes with curvature gradient and to understand the role of the surfactant in obtaining honeycomb patterns. Poly (L-lactic acid) (PLLA) chloroform solution with dioleoylphosphatidylethanolamine (DOPE) as surfactant was utilized. It is found that the honeycomb structure formed on the micropipettes changes remarkably with the gradually increased surface curvature. The variation trends of the arrangement and diameter of pores on the micropipettes with the increasing curvature are similar to the different time stages of BF process: smaller and sparse pores formed at higher curvature are similar to those formed at early stage of BF; regular honeycomb patterns formed at lower curvature are similar to those formed at the late stage of BF. Especially, the "semi-coalescence" hemispherical pores strings are found at high curvatures on PLLA-DOPE films, indicating the surfactant-induced coalescence of water droplets in BF process. The differences of drying speed of polymer solvent on micropipette with gradually increased curvatures make the printing of the pores at different BF stages on polymer film possible. These findings not only strongly support the mechanism of BF array formation, but also elucidate the surfactant-induced coalescence.  相似文献

High-speed counter-current chromatography (HSCCC) coupled with ultraviolet (UV) detection or evaporative light-scattering detection was successfully applied for preparative separation of five bioactive compounds from Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb. In preliminary process, D101 macroporous resin was used to separate the crude extract of the plant and four fractions (20, 40, 50, and 60% aqueous ethanol elutions) were produced. Then, these fractions were directly subjected to HSCCC purification. Five chemicals including taxifolin-3-glucoside (6.4 mg), quercetin-3-rhamnoside (13.0 mg), tiliroside (14.7 mg), agrimonolide (21.4 mg), and tormentic acid (29.8 mg) with the purities of 94.24, 95.37, 97.42, 95.29, and 96.34% were separated from each 200 mg prepared fraction. The purities were analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography, and the chemical structures of the products were identified by UV detection, mass spectrometry, nuclear magnetic resonance, and the standards. This paper used a simple method to separate five bioactive compounds from A. pilosa Ledeb, and it could provide a new idea for the purification of bioactive compounds from other medicinal plants.  相似文献

建立了原多甲藻酸毒素(azaspiracids,AZAs)及其代谢产物的液相色谱-串联质谱检测方法,考察了目标代谢产物检测方法和非目标多离子检测方法,将二级质谱图与标准品谱库进行比对,从而获得高精准定性。通过对产毒藻、蓄积代谢实验样品和实际阳性样品综合分析,共检出11种AZAs,其中包括AZA-2,3,6,11,12,16,17,28和36,以及AZAs的谷胱甘肽结合型代谢产物。结果发现,目标代谢产物检测法可无偏差地筛出常规代谢物,而且对低浓度代谢产物表现出更佳的响应。本方法重现性好,数据分析简单,对操作人员的专业要求不高,更适合AZAs的监控要求。  相似文献

Exorbitant aldosterone is closely associated with various severe diseases, including congestive heart failure and chronic kidney disease. As aldosterone synthase is the pivotal enzyme in aldosterone biosynthesis, its inhibition constitutes a promising treatment for these diseases. Via a structure-based approach, a series of pyridyl substituted 3,4-dihydrobenzo[f][1,4]oxazepin-5(2H)-ones were designed as inhibitors of aldosterone synthase. Six compounds (5j, 5l, 5m 5w, 5x and 5y) distinguished themselves with potent inhibition (IC50 <100 nmol/L) and high selectivity over homogenous 11β-hydroxylase. As the most promising compound, 5x exhibited an IC50 of 12 nmol/L and an excellent selectivity factor (SF) of 157, which are both superior to those of the reference fadrazole (IC50 = 21 nmol/L, SF = 7). Importantly, 5x showed no inhibition against steroidogenic CYP17, CYP19 and a panel of hepatic CYP enzymes indicating an outstanding safety profile. As it manifested satisfactory pharmacokinetic properties in rats, compound 5x was considered as a drug candidate for further development.  相似文献

建立了采用超高效液相色谱测定婴幼儿配方奶粉中叶黄素的检测方法。样品经丙酮溶液提取,离心分层,冷冻离心去脂,YMC Carotenoid C30色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,3 μm)分离。以甲醇-甲基叔丁基醚(70:30,v/v)为流动相等度洗脱,流速为0.5 mL/min,进样量5 μL,柱温25 ℃,二极管阵列检测器检测,检测波长445 nm。方法在20~500 μg/L范围内线性关系良好;相关系数为0.999 9;定量限为20 μg/L。添加量在50、250、2000 μg/kg时,叶黄素的回收率为97.9%~104.4%。本方法操作简便,结果准确,灵敏度高,适用于婴幼儿奶粉中叶黄素的测定。  相似文献

Magnetic Co3O4 nanoparticles were prepared by using microporous regenerated cellulose films as sacrificial scaffolds. The cellulose macromolecules and the porous structure of the films made them used as spatially confined reacting sites where Co(OH)2 nanoparticles could be synthesized in situ. When the cellulose matrix was removed by sintering at 500 °C, Co3O4 nanoparticles were obtained. XRD and XPS indicated that the prepared nanoparticles were pure Co3O4 without any impurity. TEM and SEM images revealed that the particle size of the nanoparticles was smaller than 100 nm. The nanoparticles had weak ferromagnetic properties at 25 °C. Furthermore, the pronounced quantum confinement effects of the synthesized nanoparticles have been observed, the optical bandgap energies determined were about 1.92 ~ 2.12 and 2.74 ~ 2.76 eV for O2− → Co3+ and O2− → Co2+ charge-transfer processes, respectively. Furthermore, the resulted Co3O4 nanoparticles behaved stable electrochemical performance with promising applications in the electrode for lithium ion battery.  相似文献

We herein report the unprecedented synthesis of diverse biologically important aza‐heterocycles by employing sulfilimines as nitrene transfer reagents. This class of sulfur‐based aza‐ylides had not been successfully used for gold nitrene transfer before. This work contains an efficient generation of α‐imino gold carbenes by N?S cleavage of sulfilimines. These gold carbenes undergo C?H insertion, cyclopropanation, and nucleophilic attack to form indoles (44 examples), 3‐azabicyclo[3.1.0]hexan‐2‐imines (24 examples), and imidazoles (3 examples). Our study represents a unique gold‐catalyzed reaction between alkynes and sulfur ylides, and also includes the first aza‐heterocycle synthesis that proceeds by intermolecular nitrene transfer followed by cyclopropanation of the α‐imino gold carbenes. Moreover, an unexpected synthesis of 4‐acylquinolines (3 examples) from 2‐acylphenyl sulfilimines and propargylic silyl ether derivatives by a 1,2‐hydride shift onto the α‐imino gold carbene and a subsequent Mukaiyama aldol cyclization was discovered.  相似文献

In this work, a novel sandwich‐type electrochemical immunosensor with electroactive nickel hexacyanoferrate nanoparticles (NiHCFNPs) as matrix was constructed for α‐fetoprotein (AFP) detection in a signal‐off manner by using FeS2?AuNPs nanocomposite catalyzed insoluble precipitation to significantly inhibit the electrochemical signal. Initially, the NiHCFNPs with excellent electrochemical property was modified on the electrodeposited nano‐Au electrode to obtain a strong initial electrochemical signal. Subsequently, another nano‐Au layer was formed for immobilization of capture antibody (Ab1). In the presence of target AFP, the prepared FeS2?AuNPs‐Ab2 bioconjugate could be specifically recognized and immobilized on electrode through the sandwich‐type immunoreaction. The FeS2 with large specific surface areas were used as scaffolds to load abundant mimicking enzyme AuNPs. With the help of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), FeS2?AuNPs with peroxidase‐like activity accelerated the 4‐chloro‐1‐naphthol (4‐CN) oxidation with generation of insoluble precipitation on electrode, which would greatly hinder the electron transfer and thus caused the decrease of electrochemical signal for quantitative determination of AFP. This approach achieved a wide dynamic linear range from 0.0001 to 100 ng mL?1 with an ultralow limit detection of 0.028 pg mL?1. Especially, the proposed AFP immunosensor can be applied to detect human serum samples with satisfactory results, indicating a potential application in clinical monitoring of tumor biomarkers.  相似文献
