The optical constants of the NiMnZnO thin films prepared by spin-coating method were determined using transmittance and reflectance spectra. The optical band gap of the NiMnZnO thin films was found to be in the range of 3.20–3.35 eV. The refractive index dispersion of the NiMnZnO films obeys the single oscillator model. The dispersion energy and oscillator energy values of the NiMnZnO films were found to be in the range of 6.46–9.85 and 4.82–5.54 eV, respectively. The real and imaginary parts of the dielectric constants of the NiMnZnO films were determined. The reflectance spectra of the NiMnZnO films give a peak and the presence of this peak is due to the photoexcitation process, in which, the electrons are excited from valence band to the conduction band. The obtained results suggest that the optical constants and refractive dispersion energy parameters of the films are controlled by the molar ratios of NiMnZnO films.  相似文献

Seaweeds can play a vital role in plant growth promotion. Two concentrations (5 and 10 mg/mL) of soluble polysaccharides extracted from the green macroalgae Ulva fasciata and Ulva lactuca were tested on Zea mays L. The carbohydrate and protein contents, and antioxidant activities (phenols, ascorbic, peroxidase, and catalase) were measured, as well as the protein banding patterns. The soluble polysaccharides at 5 mg/mL had the greatest effect on the base of all of the parameters. The highest effects of soluble polysaccharides on the Zea mays were 38.453, 96.76, 4, 835, 1.658, 7.462, and 38615.19, mg/mL for carbohydrates, proteins, phenol, µg ascorbic/mL, mg peroxidase/g dry tissue, and units/g tissue of catalase, respectively. The total number of protein bands (as determined by SDS PAGE) was not changed, but the density of the bands was correlated to the treatments. The highest band density and promoting effect were correlated to 5 mg/mL soluble polysaccharide treatments extracted from Ulva fasciata in Zea mays, which can be used as a biofertilizer.  相似文献

The ion conductivity, crystal structure, and multifractal parameters of the sections of grain boundaries in CuCr1?x V x S2 superionic conductors with 0 ≤ x ≤ 0.3 have been investigated. It is established that an increase in the surface area of grain boundaries and complication of their shape in such compounds facilitate ion transport. The effect of crystal structure peculiarities on the grain structure of these compounds has been revealed.  相似文献

First-principles calculations were performed to investigate the structural, electronic, magnetic and optical properties of nitrogen (N) and magnesium (Mg) atom co-doped graphene systems. We observed that, N and Mg atom co-doping in graphene, introduces half-metallic properties in the electronic structure of graphene, introduces ferromagnetism behavior along with new trends in optical properties of graphene. Doping site and concentration of N and Mg atoms in graphene was changed and resulting effects of these changes on aforementioned properties were investigated. Through density of states plots we observed that, Mg atom sp orbitals mainly induced magnetic moments in graphene. It was revealed that, N/Mg atoms substitution in graphene introduces a red shift in absorption spectrum towards visible range and a finite absorption coefficient quantity value in 0 to 3 eV and 7 to 11 eV energy intervals is also produced, that is unavailable for absorption spectrum of intrinsic graphene. Moreover, N/Mg atoms co-doping produces increment in the reflectivity parameter of graphene in low lying energy region, while producing diminishing behavior in the higher energy range. These results offer a possibility to tune electronic, magnetic and optical characteristics of graphene sufficiently for utilization in graphene based spintronic and optoelectronic devices.  相似文献

The RNG is defined in an axiomatic manner as a bounded nonlinear semi-group on an abstract Banach space. A relation linking the normalized s-wave scattering and the corresponding bound state wave functions at bound state poles is derived. This is done in the case of a non-local, velocity-dependent Kisslinger potential. Using formal scattering theory, we present two analytical proofs of the validity of the theorem. The first tackles the non-local potential directly, while the other transforms the potential to an equivalent local but energy-dependent one. The theorem is tested both analytically and numerically by solving the Schr?dinger equation exactly for the scattering and bound state wave functions when the Kisslinger potential has the form of a square well. A first order approximation to the deviation from the theorem away from bound state poles is obtained analytically. We show that even in three dimensions an antiferromagnetic spin-1 Bose-Einstein condensate, which can, for instance, be created with (23)Na atoms in an optical trap, has not only singular linelike vortex excitations, but also allows for singular pointlike topological excitations, i.e., monopoles similar to the 't Hooft-Polyakov monopoles.
