Spin density redistribution between the paramagnetic centers Cu2+, N-O, and N’-O’ of bischelate complexes CuL2 of the copper ion with enaminoketone 3-imidazoline nitroxides (L) are investigated using an ab initio RHF (restricted Hartree-Fock) approach. The most important channels of unpaired electron delocalization over the systems of π- and Σ-bonds in such complexes are revealed. The conformation dependence of spin density localized on paramagnetic centers and delocalized due to a distortion of the structure of the environment of the Cu2+ ion from square planar to tetrahedral is analyzed and explained. In the field of proteomics the need to detect low-abundance cellular components, such as regulatory proteins, is of critical importance. Two-dimensional polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (2-D PAGE) is one of the most commonly used separation tools for these biological investigations. In this paper we report an alternative micropreparative 2-D PAGE sample application method, called the "paper bridge loading" method. This method makes it possible to apply a larger sample volume to commercially available immobilized pH gradient (IPG) strips. The Vh products required for focusing are only marginally longer than those used in analytical experiments. The method was compared to traditional cup loading and in-gel rehydration. With 18 cm long narrow-range Immobiline DryStrip pH 4.5-5.5, the "paper bridge" method allowed the application of 10 mg human plasma proteins compared to 3 mg with traditional loading methods. The corresponding figures using Escherichia coli sample was found to be 6 mg and less than 2 mg, respectively. The paper bridge method also showed the best results in terms of spot resolution and separation of high molecular weight proteins.  相似文献

Every orientation preserving circle mapg with inflection points, including the maps proposed to describe the transition to chaos in phase-locking systems, gives occasion for a canonical fractal dimensionD, namely that of the associated set of for whichf =+g has irrational rotation number. The perpendicularv 8 band lying in the 1000–1100 cm–1 region has been studied from infrared and laser Stark, spectra. We were interested in the part of spectrum corresponding to the spectral range of the 9 m CO2 laser lines. Assignments of rovibrational lines with J'<40 and K'<6 have been made. About 100 Stark resonances have been assigned to 12 rovibrational transitions. Effective molecular constants and dipole moment have been determined with high accuracy. A list of close resonances with CO2 laser lines is given and may be used for optical pumping experiments.  相似文献

Summary The matric effect of boric acid was investigated in the determination of iron in the primary circuit coolant water of nuclear power plants by furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The effect of boric acid was of particular interest. The method was applied during refuelling and maintenance periods and the results were used to interpret the chemical changes in the water.

The investigation of europium(III) sulphate hydrate and samarium(III) sulphate hydrate was performed by thermal analysis (TG-DTG) and simultaneous infrared evolved gas analysis-Fourier transformed infrared (EGA-FTIR) spectroscopy. The TG, DTG and DTA curves were recorded at the 25–1400 °C in the dynamic air atmosphere by TG/DTA analyser. The infrared evolved gas analysis was obtained on the FTIR spectrometer. Eu2(SO4)3·nH2O (n = 3.97) and Sm2(SO4)3·nH2O (n = 8.11) were analysed, the dehydration and decomposition steps were investigated and the water content was calculated. The formation of different oxysulphates was studied.

The trace rare earth elements in Eu and Sm sulphates were determined by ICP-MS. The concentration of trace Eu, Sm, La, Gd, Y and Ce ranged from 3.9 × 10−6 to 1.5 × 10−4% (m/m).  相似文献

Thermal (blackbody-like) radiation that originated from laser-heated tungsten nanoparticles was measured using optical emission spectroscopy. The nanoparticles were generated via ArF excimer laser-assisted photolytic decomposition of WF6/H2/Ar gas mixtures, and the laser heating was applied parallel to the deposition. The temperature of the nanoparticles was determined, and its dependence on time, with respect to the 15-ns laser pulse (full width at half-maximum, fwhm) and laser fluence (phi), has been presented. At phi > 90 mJ/cm2, the particles reached the melting point (shortly after the laser pulse). Dominant cooling mechanisms, such as evaporation (above approximately 3000 K) and a combination of heat transfer by the ambient gas and radiative cooling (below approximately 3000 K), were observed for the nanoparticles, which were approximately 10 nm in diameter. The degree of inelasticity for the (predominantly) argon-gas collisions and the total emissivity of the particles (in the 2500-3000 K temperature region) could also be derived. The measured cooling rate and temperature data indicate that, depending on experimental parameters, evaporation and surface reactions can have a definite effect on the growth of particles.  相似文献
