Click Cu(I)‐catalyzed polymerizations of diynes that contained ester linkages and diazides were performed to produce polyesters (click polyesters) of large molecular weights [(~1.0–7.0 ) × 104], that contained main‐chain 1,4‐disubstitued triazoles in excellent yields. Incorporation of triazole improved the thermal properties and magnified the even‐odd effect of the methylene chain length. We also found that, by changing the positions of the triazole rings, the thermal properties of the polyesters could be controlled. The use of in situ azidation was a safe reaction, as explosive diazides are not used. In addition, the microwave heating was found to accelerate the polymerization rates. We study the Macdonald polynomials that give eigenstates of some quantum many-body system with long-range interactions. Scalar products of the nonsymmetric Macdonald polynomials are algebraically evaluated through their Rodrigues-type formulas. A surface plasmon resonance (SPR) biosensor that carries DNA-binding small ligands has been developed for the detection of single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs). 3,5-Diaminopyrazine derivatives, with a hydrogen-bonding profile fully complementary to the thymine base, were utilized as recognition elements on the sensor surface, and a target single-stranded DNA sequence was hybridized with a DNA probe containing an abasic site to place this site opposite a nucleobase to be detected. In a continuous flow of sample solutions buffered to pH 6.4 (0.25 M NaCl), the 3,5-diaminopyrazine-based SPR sensor can detect an orphan nucleobase in the duplex with a clear selectivity for thymine over cytosine, guanine, and adenine (5'-GTT GGA GCT GXG GGC GTA GGC-3'/3'-CAA CCT CGA CNC CCG CAT CCG-5'; X=abasic site, N=target nucleobase G, C, A, or T). The SPR response was linear in the concentration range 10-100 nM. Allele discrimination is possible based on the combination of different binding surfaces in a flow cell of the SPR system, which is demonstrated for the analysis of the thymine/cytosine mutation present in 63-meric polymerase chain reaction (PCR) amplification products (Ha-ras gene, codon 12, antisense strand). Comparison with a bulk assay based on 3,5-diaminopyrazine/DNA binding shows that the immobilization of 3,5-diaminopyrazine derivatives on the SPR sensor allows more sensitive detection of the target DNA sequence, and binding selectivity can be tuned by controlling the salt concentration of sample solutions. These features of the DNA-binding small-molecule-immobilized SPR sensor are discussed as a basis for the design of SPR biosensors for SNP genotyping. 相似文献

Dynamics of radical cations and electrons in an admixture of a linear saturated hydrocarbon (n-dodecane) and halocarbon (carbon tetrachloride, CCl(4)) were investigated by picosecond electron beam pulse radiolysis. The decay of thermalized electrons (e(th)(-)) observed in infrared transient photoabsorption were simply accelerated by the addition of CCl(4), giving a high rate constant of 2.3 × 10(11) mol(-1) dm(3) s(-1). The decrease of the initial yield of e(th)(-) was quantified by C(37) (50 mmol), which is linked to the reaction of epithermal electrons (e(-)) with CCl(4). In contrast, the n-dodecane radical cation (RH(2)(?+)) monitored in the near-infrared indicated a convex-type dependence of the decay rate on CCl(4) concentration, although the initial yield of RH(2)(?+) remained almost constant up to a much higher CCl(4) concentration. The decay of RH(2)(?+) was analyzed by Monte Carlo simulations of geminate ion recombination with e(th)(-), chlorine anion (Cl(-)) formed via dissociative electron attachment, and CCl(4) radical anion. The results showed a good agreement with the experiments by considering two assumptions: (1) CCl(4) radical anion formed via e(th)(-) attachment and (2) narrowing of the initial distribution of Cl(-). The decrease in the initial yield of RH(2)(?+) at high CCl(4) concentration was well explained by immediate decomposition of CCl(4)(?+) to CCl(3)(+) and hole transfer from CCl(4)(?+) to adjacent RH(2) without diffusive motion of the reactants. Time-dependent density functional theory supported the spectroscopic assignment of intermediate species in the n-dodecane/CCl(4) system. The present results would be of help in understanding the electron capture reaction in multicomponent systems such as a chemically amplified resist in lithography. 相似文献

The coassembly of C(60) derivatives through arene-perfluoroarene interactions has been used for the first time to develop millimeter-sized flat crystalline sheets. Time-resolved microwave conductivity (TRMC) measurements exhibited anisotropic features with over double the charge carrier mobility in the direction parallel to the plane of the crystal than perpendicular to the plane. The thermal degradation of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS-Br; 10 g) containing brominated flame retardant (Br: 9.59 wt.%) was carried out at 450 °C using a semi batch operation using two different temperature programs. The heating rate was found to affect the quality of the degradation oil and yield of products (liquid, gas and residue). Data on the effect of the temperature program on the accumulation of liquid products was presented. It was found that the majority of the bromine was concentrated in the carbon residue and while majority of the nitrogen accumulates in the liquid products irrespective of degradation mode. The use of a one step constant heating rate process (I) produced a higher liquid yield (39%), than a two step process (29%). Differences were also noted in the Br and N contained in the liquids produced by the two processes. 相似文献
