A chemiluminometric flow-through sensor for the simultaneous determination of glucose (Glu) and 3-hydroxybutyrate (HB) in a single sample has been developed. Coimmobilized 3-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase/NADH oxidase/peroxidase, a support material, and coimmobilized glucose dehydrogenase/NADH oxidase/peroxidase were packed sequentially in a transparent PTFE tube. The tube was then placed in front of a photomultiplier tube as a flow cell. A two-peak recording was obtained by one injection of the sample solution. The peak heights of the first and second peaks were dependent on the concentrations of HB and Glu, respectively. The calibration graphs for HB and Glu were linear at 0.05-10 and 0.1-30 microM, respectively. The maximum sample throughput was 30 h(-1). The sensor was stable for two weeks. 相似文献

In connection with low-level gamma-ray counting of natural samples, background due to 220Rn- and 222Rn-daughters was monitored. The results obtained for 4 months showed that the background gamma-ray from 222Rn-daughters was more variable than that of 220Rn-daughters. An efficient air-conditioning was helpful to keep the background stable. It was practically equivalent to the use of N2-gas. Radiometric data for dust samples filtered from the laboratory air suggested that Rn-daughters tended to be removed by air-conditioning. 相似文献

Dielectric properties of poly(vinylidene fluoride) have been studied in the frequency range 20 Hz to 1 MHz and between 100 and 220°C, during heating and cooling. The dielectric constant and loss change abruptly at the temperature Tm corresponding to the melting point. At lower frequencies, two types of ionic conductin are observed. One appears below Tm and is attributed to interfacial polarization. The other occurs above Tm and is related to electrode polarization. These results suggest that a crystalline polymer is a heterogeneous medium for ionic transport, while the melt is a homogeneous medium. From these results, the nature of ac ionic conduction in crystalline polymers is discussed. At high frequency, the α relaxation is observed below Tm. The heat capacity of 1T-TaS2 has been measured over the temperature range including the successive phase transitions (140 K–370 K) by an adiabatic calorimeter. There are three transitions in the measured temperature range, two first-order transitions (at about 226 K (T1) and about 353.5 K (T3)) and one small anomaly at about 283 K (T2) with a broad peak.
