Raman spectra of hexagonal layer compounds MoS2, MoSe2 and MoTe2 were excited by a HeNe laser (6328Å). All the Raman active long-wave-length phonon frequencies were determined. These are A1g, E12g, E1g and E2g. The frequencies decrease as we pass from sulphur to tellurium and the quasiacoustical mode E22g has the lowest frequency. A comparison of the results with infrared spectra shows that the i.r. active mode for EC is degenerate with one of the Raman active modes in the basal plane for all the compounds.  相似文献

Fabrication of keratin–collagen (KC) 3D scaffold with improved thermal denaturation rate is reported. In vitro application of (KC) scaffold stimulates basic extra cellular matrix constituents. KC Scaffold considerably reduced undesirable properties of both collagen and keratin while collagen incorporation reduces the fragility with increases of strength and flexibility in the scaffold. In addition to this, the scaffold showed homogenous well‐interconnected pores in the range of 10–100 µm when observed in scanning electron microscope. Usage of keratin in KC scaffold offers increased biodegradation rate and higher denaturation rate in addition to its rapid cell growth with normal morphology ultimately reaching cell population of 3.9–9.7 million per cm3 after 48 hr in KC scaffold. Circular dichroism (CD) and Fourier transform spectroscopy (FT‐IR) of KC showed presence of helical structure of collagen and ß‐turns of keratin confirming retention of native structures of both the proteins KC scaffold showed good swelling behavior and water uptake. Our study strongly supports the superidity of KC scaffold over the collagen or keratin when they are independently used for tissue engineering applications. Nanoparticle Pb1−xFexSe (0.00  x  0.16) thin films have been deposited on quartz, glass and silicon substrates by chemical bath deposition technique. Structural and optical properties of the films with iron concentration 0.00  x  0.16 indicate that the films grow as single-phase Pb1−xFexSe ternary alloys with rocksalt structure and with direct optical band gaps (Eg) that increase with decrease in grain size and have values larger than 0.28 eV of the bulk PbSe. Average grain size in films grown at fixed bath temperature Tb of 85 °C is observed to decrease from 72 to 22 nm whereas lattice parameter is observed to increase from 6.12 to 6.14 Å with increase in Fe concentration from x = 0.00 to x = 0.16. The observed blue shift in film materials originates from quantum confinement in the nanograins. Nanoparticle Pb1−xFexSe/single crystal Si heterojunctions show rectifying behavior. On illumination of heterojunctions with visible light current is observed to increase in forward and reverse bias. This increase in current in the presence of visible light is considered to be due to carrier multiplication by Auger electron emission.  相似文献

This is an attempt to describe all existing data on neutrino production of single pions in the resonance region up to W = 2 GeV in terms of the relativistic quark model of Feynman, Kislinger and Ravndal (FKR). We considered single pion production to be mediated by all interfering resonances below 2 GeV. A simple noninterfering, nonresonant background of isospin 12 was added. It improved agreement with experiment, particularly in the ratio of isospin amplitudes in charged current reactions, at the expense of one additional constant. All total cross sections, cross section ratios and W-distributions are well reproduced at low and high energies, with charged and neutral currents (supposing the Salam-Weinberg theory with sin2θw14 to be correct), and for neutrinos and antineutrinos, giving predictions where data are lacking. New predictions have been made for complex angular distributions in Nπ channels exhibiting strong interference between neighbouring resonances. These are sensitive (for 1.1 GeV ? W ? 1.5 GeV) to the sign of the Roper resonance P11(1450) which is controversial in photoproduction experiments.  相似文献

The characterization of the products of reactions between anhydrous/hydrated copper(II) acetate and the title acids having R = Me, C6H11, Ph and p-tolyl in different solvents and at different temperatures with the help of elemental analysis, TGA, DTA, room temperature magnetic susceptibility, IR, and UV-VIS and EPR spectral data reveal that a competition exists between the chelation of arsine to copper(II) on one side and the reduction of copper(II) to copper(I) and the subsequent chelation of the arsine to copper(I) and/or that of the arsine oxide to copper(II) on the other. This competition which is expected to be normally governed by the inductive effect of group R is disturbed by the change in reaction conditions leading to the conclusion that the reaction conditions rather than the inductive effect of the group R control the mode of reaction.  相似文献

We show that under the assumptions of scaling and the Callan-Gross relation, the average inelasticity of neutrino as well as antineutrino scattering from an isoscalar nucleon target is completely determined by the ratio of the total cross sections for these reactions. Bounds are obtained on the average (momentum-transfer)2 in terms of this ratio. Constraints applicable to scattering from proton or neutron targets are derived.  相似文献

Under a technical assumption that pertains to the so-called self-conjugacy, we prove: if an abelian groupG ofp-rank two,p a prime, admits a (nontrivial) (v, k, ) difference setD, then for each for some subgroupC p ofG of orderp. Consequently,k(p=1), with equality only ifF=1/p D , whereD is the image ofD under the canonical homomorphism fromG ontoG/E (E being the unique elementary abelian subgroup ofG of orderp 2), is a (v/p 2,k/p, ) difference set inG/E. As applications, we establish the nonexistence of (i) (96, 20, 4) difference sets in 4 x 8 x 3, (ii) (640, 72, 8) difference sets in 8 x 16 x 5 and (iii) (320, 88, 24) difference sets in 8 x 8 x 5. The first one fills a missing entry in Lander's table [6] and the other two in Kopilovich's table [5] (all with the answer no).
