The present paper deals with the evaluation of nimesulide, 2-phenoxy-4-nitroaniline, the main hydrolytic degradation product of nimesulide, of methylparaben and propylparaben, and eventually of 4-hydroxybenzoic acid by HPLC with UV detection at 254 nm in syrup as a pharmaceutical formulation. HPLC analysis was employed on the reversed phase C18 with methanol and 0.01 M dibasic ammonium phosphate (ρ r = 60: 40, pH 4.0). Validation was performed using standards and a pharmaceutical preparation containing the compounds described above.  相似文献

The method adopted here is based on the rigorous solution of Poisson’s equation for logarithmic disturbance density within finite thickness galaxies. The atomic structure of the Au/Si(1 1 1)-(5 × 2) surface has been studied by density-functional theory calculations. Two structure models, proposed experimentally by Marks et al. and Hasegawa et al., have been examined on an equal ground. In our total-energy calculations, both models are found to be locally stable and energetically comparable. In our electronic-structure analyses, however, both models fail to reproduce the key features of angle-resolved photoemission spectra and scanning-tunneling-microscopy images, indicating that the considered models need to be modified. Suggestions for the modification are given based on the present calculations.  相似文献

Although it has been long that spacecraft observed the anisotropy of velocity protons in the solar wind, there is still not a reasonable explanation. In this paper we try to give an explanation from the diffusion plateau of protoncyclotron resonance predicted by the quasi-linear theory for the resonance between the protons and the parallel propagating waves. We consider the effect of dispersion relation on diffusion plateau and notice that the diffusion plateau we have got by using cold plasma dispersion relation accords with the density contours in the velocity phase space detected at 0.3 AU in fast solar wind. For explaining proton distributions obtained in the fast solar wind from 0.7 AU to 1 AU hot plasma dispersion relation should be considered. We also give a theoretical relation of proton thermal anisotropy A and plasma parameter β.  相似文献

Two new unsymmetrical tetrathiafulvalene (TTF) derivatives, 2,3‐bis(cyanoethylthio)‐6,7‐(methyl‐ethylenedithio)tetrathiafulvalene ( 6a ) and 2,3‐bis(cyanoethylthio)‐6,7‐(cyclopentodithio)tetrathiafulvalene ( 6b ), have been prepared and characterized by NMR, MS, IR and Elemental analyses. The molecular structures have been determined by X‐ray crystallography. Their redox properties have been investigated by cyclic voltammetry in dichloromethane solution and each compound shows two reversible single‐electron redox couples.  相似文献

A new surface modification method of hydroxyapatite nanoparticles (n‐HA) by surface grafting reaction of L ‐lactic acid oligomer with carboxyl terminal (LAc oligomer) in the absence of any catalyst was developed. The LAc oligomer with a certain molecular weight was directly synthesized by condensation of L ‐lactic acid. Surface‐modified HA nanoparticles (p‐HA) were attested by Fourier transformation infrared spectroscopy, 31P MAS‐NMR, and thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA). The results showed that LAc oligomer could be grafted onto the n‐HA surface by forming a Ca carboxylate bond. The grafting amount of LAc oligomer was about 13.3 wt %. The p‐HA/PLLA composites showed good mechanical properties and uniform microstructure. The tensile strength and modulus of the p‐HA/PLLA composite containing 15 wt % of p‐HA were 68.7 MPa and 2.1 GPa, respectively, while those of the n‐HA/PLLA composites were 43 MPa and 1.6 GPa, respectively. The p‐HA/PLLA composites had better thermal stability than n‐HA/PLLA composites and neat PLLA had, as determined by isothermal TGA. The hydrolytic degradation behavior of the composites in phosphate buffered saline (PBS, pH 7.4) was investigated. The p‐HA/PLLA composites lost their mechanical properties more slowly than did n‐HA/PLLA composites in PBS because of their reinforced adhesion between the HA filler and PLLA matrix. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
