The preparation of vanadium catalysts is described using fluorine modified Aerosil as support. It is shown that modification with fluorine changes the concentration and topology of the surface silanol groups and, as a consequence, the catalytic properties.

Zusammenfassung Nach einigen geschichtlichen Bemerkungen wird ganz kurz zu den Problemen des Eiweißsynthesemechanismus und der genetischen Fixierung, der strukturellen und funktionellen Eigenschaften der Proteine Stellung genommen. Dann wird über die Anomalien des Phenylalaninstoffwechsels, die sogenannte Ahorn-Sirup-Krankheit und einige andere zu geistiger Retardation führende Anomalien des Aminosäureumsatzes einschließlich der Glycinose berichtet. Kurz werden auch die angeborenen Störungen der Tubulusfunktion, welche zu Nierensteinbildung u. ä führen, erörtert. Es wird darauf hingewiesen, daß auch zahlreiche hormonelle Störungen und manche Unverträglichkeitserscheinung von Medikamenten auf Enzymdeviationen beruhen. Als Musterbeispiel einer Störung in der molekularen Struktur werden die Hämoglobinopathien und für das Fehlen einer Matrize der Proteinsynthese die Dysproteinämie des Blutes erwähnt. Abschließend werden die Schwierigkeiten diskutiert, welche der praktische Arzt, der in einem kleinen Krankenhaus tätige Mediziner und der Experte bei der Diagnosestellung und der Prosowie Metaphylaxe der angeborenen Anomalien hat.

Summary After a few introductory remarks about the history of biochemistry, the problems of the protein synthesis mechanism and the genetic fixation of the structural and functional characteristics of proteins are discussed. The anomalies of phenylalanine metabolism and also the so called maple-syrup-urine disease and some other errors, which lead to mental retardation—including glycinosis—are summarized. The inborn disturbances of the tubulus function, which result in nephrolithiasis etc. are discussed shortly. It is pointed out, that also several anomalies of the endocrine glands and some drug-intolerances have their basis in enzymatic deviations. As a model of the disturbances of the template of protein synthesis, the dysproteinaemias of the blood are mentioned. Finally the difficulties are discussed, which the practisizing physician, the doctor in small hospital and the expert has to meet, with the diagnosis and the pro- and metaphylaxis of inborn anomalies.

The content of the current (2003) version, GEISA/IASI-03, of the computer-accessible spectroscopic database, GEISA/IASI, is described. This “system” or database is comprised of three independent spectroscopic archives, which are (a) a database of individual spectral line parameters on 14 molecules, H2O, CO2, O3, N2O, CO, CH4, O2, NO, SO2, NO2, HNO3, OCS, C2H2, N2, and the related 51 isotopomers and isotopologues, representing 702,550 entries, in the spectral range 599-, (b) a database of spectral absorption cross-sections (6,572,329 entries related to six molecules, CFC-11, CFC-12, CFC-14, HCFC-22, N2O5, CCl4), and a catalogue of microphysical and optical properties (mainly, the refractive indices) of atmospheric aerosols. The modifications and improvements, which have been implemented since the earlier editions of this database, in terms of content and management, have been explained in detail. GEISA/IASI has been created with the specific purpose of assessing the capability of measurement by the IASI instrument within the designated goals of ISSWG in the frame of the CNES/EUMETSAT European Polar System preparation.All the archived data can be handled through a user-friendly associated management software, which is posted on the ARA/LMD group web site at http://ara.lmd.polytechnique.fr. 相似文献

The volatiles of fresh cherimoya (Annona cherimolia, Mill.) fruit pulp were separated by combined high-vacuum distillationliquid/liquid extraction (pentane/dichloromethane 2+1). While gas chromatography-mass spectrometry on chiral cyclodextrin phases (chiral GC-MS) prevented any racemization of α-ketols 2 and 3 caused by keto-enol tautomerization during analysis, multidimensional gas chromatography MDGC (coupled either by “live-T” switching or by “moving column stream switching” MCSS) led to rearranged constitutional-and stereoisomers.
