The modernization and marketing of traditional Chinese medicine is difficult primarily because its pharmacodynamic material basis has not been elucidated. Moreover, a central problem is the lack of effective research methods and strategies. After >20 years of study, here, we propose the theory of pharmacodynamic differential serum chromatography. The method described here can be used to identify (and possibly develop) effective pharmacodynamic materials. In light of the theory, we identified hydroxysafflor yellow A (HSYA) to be the effective pharmacodynamic material of Carthamus tinctorius L. (safflower). With the help of the methodology described here, the modernization and understanding of traditional Chinese medicine may be accelerated.
The effect of chalcogen heteroatom variation on donor materials has been systematically investigated. However, this effect on acceptors has rarely been explored. Herein, nonfullerene acceptors BFPSP and BFPTP were reported by simply changing the chalcogen atoms from S to Te. The differences between BFPSP and BFPTP in light absorption, energy levels, excited-state lifetimes, energy loss, charge mobilities, morphology, and photovoltaic properties were systematically investigated to understand the heteroatom effects. More importantly, the electroluminescence spectra, external quantum efficiency of photovoltaics and TDDFTcalculations revealed that the triplet excited state(T_1) in energy of BFPTP equals to the charge transfer(CT) state in PBDBT:BFPTP, which allows T1 excitons, generated by intersystem crossing, to split into free charges to contribute to the efficiency.This contribution provides a strategy for tuning the photophysical properties of nonfullerene acceptors and designing high performance triplet materials for OSCs. 相似文献
A liquid chromatography/electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (LC/ESIMS) method for the determination of 4-(3-ethoxy-2-hydroxypropoxy) acrylanilide (M-1), the active metabolite of suplatast tosilate, in human plasma was established. Plasma samples were extracted with diethyl ether, separated on a C(18) column with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-10 mm ammonium acetate solution containing 0.1% formic acid (28:72, v/v) and detected by ESIMS. The method was linear over the concentration range 0.15-60.0 ng/mL. The lowest limit of quantification was 0.15 ng/mL. The intra- and inter-run relative standard deviations obtained from three validation runs were all less than 8.6%, and the intra- and inter-run relative errors were all less than 3.1%. The method was successfully applied for the evaluation of pharmacokinetic profiles of M-1 in healthy volunteers. 相似文献
In recent decades, non-fullerene acceptors (NFAs) are undergoing rapid development and emerging as a hot area in the field of organic solar cells. Among the high-performance non-fullerene acceptors, aromatic diimide-based electron acceptors remain to be highly promising systems. This review discusses the important progress of perylene diimide (PDI)-based polymers as non-fullerene acceptors in all-polymer solar cells (all-PSCs) since 2014. This paper introduces the recent improvements and developments of glassware managements in the chemistry laboratories of Nanjing University. Considering the importance of glassware in university chemistry experiments (UCEs) laboratories, the self-service management for glassware reservation and compensation system has been developed. This novel management model evidently reduces the workload of technicians and leads to more efficient laboratory operations, which has been proved by practice. In addition, the damage of glassware in UCEs in recent years was evaluated. From the viewpoint of problems in glassware damaging, an effective rectification scheme and further developments have been proposed, and then the self-service Cloud-cabinets has been put forward. Our practice proves that the Cloud-cabinet for glassware reservation system can make a great seamless connection between students and technicians based on the platform and booking terminals, which has produced a safer and more convenient pattern for glassware claims and compensations. 相似文献
A simple, rapid and accurate liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method has been developed. After a liquid-liquid extraction procedure, samples were chromatographed on an Agilent TC-C(18) (150 × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) column using an isocratic elution mobile phase composed of methanol and distilled water (70:30, v/v) at a flow rate of 0.5 mL/min. After single-dose administration of 0.5, 1 and 2 mg metolazone, the t(1/2) values were 6.6 ± 2.8, 7.9 ± 1.2 and 7.6 ± 1.9 h, respectively. The pharmacokinetic parameters of multiple doses (1 mg metolazone) were as follows: t(1/2) was 8.9 ± 1.0 h; C(max) was 22.4 ± 5.0 ng/mL; and AUC(0-48) was 156.8 ± 31.6 ng h/mL. 相似文献
