Let G be a connected simply connected nilpotent Lie group. In [A. Baklouti, N. Ben Salah, The LpLq version of Hardy's Theorem on nilpotent Lie groups, Forum Math. 18 (2006) 245-262], we proved for 2?p,q?+∞ the LpLq version of Hardy's Theorem known as the Cowling-Price Theorem. In the setup where 1?p,q?+∞, the problem is still unsolved and the upshot is known only for few cases. We prove in this paper such a result in the context of 2-NPC nilpotent Lie groups. A proof of the analogue of Beurling's Theorem is also provided in the same context.  相似文献

A linear form of density-dependent total nucleon-nucleon (NN) cross-section that depends on the coordinates of the projectile and target is applied in the Glauber phase shift formula. The only free parameter in these calculations is the density-dependent parameter , which is adjusted to obtain an agreement between the calculated angular distribution of the elastic-scattering cross-section and the corresponding experimental one. The elastic scattering of the 12C ion on the 12C ion target has been studied at incident energies of 300, 360, 1016, 1441 and 2400 MeV. The total reaction cross-section is also calculated with the obtained value of for the same reactions. The obtained values of are compared with those obtained from the optical-model analysis as well as those of the experimental value. Nuclear transparency effects are also discussed. The present work aims chiefly to study the thermal behaviour of Fe(III), Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II), Zn(II) and Cd(II) complexes with 6-(2-pyridylazo)-3-acetamidophenol (PAAP) in nitrogen atmosphere. The moieties of the prepared complexes contain mainly coordinated water molecules (1-3) together with some water of crystallization. The water molecules of crystallization are removed in a single stage. The decomposition and combustion of the fragments occur in the second and subsequent stages. The fragmentation of the prepared complexes is also studied by mass spectrometry in order to identify the molecular ions obtained. The comparison of thermal analysis (TG) and mass spectra of the compounds is helpful in checking the correct proposed thermal decomposition schemes. This comparative study shows that mass spectra are correlated with the thermal analyses suggestions. The activation thermodynamic parameters of thermal decomposition pathways, such as energy of activation, enthalpy, entropy and free energy change of the complexes are evaluated and the stability of the thermal treated complexes is discussed, which shows that the thermal stabilities of the complexes are enhanced as the ionic radii decrease.  相似文献

Total oligomer flavonoids (TOF) enriched and ethyl acetate (EA) extracts from Rhamnus alaternus induce apoptotic death in human chronic myelogenous leukaemia K562 cell line, as demonstrated by gel electrophoresis, which demonstrates the characteristic ladder patterns of DNA fragmentation and the proteolytic cleavage of poly(ADP ribose) polymerase (PARP). The effect of R. alaternus extract in reducing oxidative stress was evaluated by anti-lipid peroxidation which was monitored by measuring malondialdehyde level in K562 cultured cells. The TOF and EA extracts were found to be effective to protect against lipid peroxidation. Their IC?? values were 196 and 273?μg?mL?1, respectively. These findings suggest that R. alaternus extracts exhibit potential antioxidant and proapoptotic properties.  相似文献

2-Functionalised aromatic monoaldehydes were synthesised in good to excellent yields by reacting 4-bromo-2-fluorobenzaldehyde with different secondary amines and phenol. The Suzuki-coupling reaction of the newly functionalised aromatic monoaldehydes with 4-formylphenylboronic acid afforded the corresponding 2-functionalised-4,4'-biphenyldialdehydes in good yields (47-85%). The [3+3]-cyclocondensation reactions of the 2-functionalised-4,4'-biphenyldialdehydes with (1R,2R)-1,2-diaminocyclohexane afforded a mixture of regioisomeric C(3)-symmetrical and non-symmetrical trianglimines. Reduction of the C(3)-symmetrical and the non-symmetrical trianglimines with NaBH(4) in a mixture of THF and MeOH afforded the corresponding trianglamines in high yields.  相似文献

Combinatorial drug therapies emerge among the most promising strategies to treat complex pathologies such as cancer and severe infections. Biocompatible nanoparticles of mesoporous iron carboxylate metal–organic framework (nanoMOFs) are used here to address the challenging aspects related to the coincorporation of two antibiotics. Amoxicillin and potassium clavulanate, a typical example of drugs used in tandem, are efficiently coincorporated with payloads up to 36 wt%. Due to the occurrence of two distinct pore sizes/apertures within the MOF architecture, each drug is able to infiltrate the porous framework and localize within separate compartments. Molecular simulations predict drug loadings and locations consistent with experimental findings. Drug loaded nanoMOFs that are internalized by Staphylococcus aureus infected macrophages are able to colocalize with the pathogen, which in turn leads to an alleviation of bacterial infection. The data also reveal potential antibacterial properties of nanoMOFs alone as well as their ability to deliver a high payload of drugs to fight intracellular bacteria. These results pave the way toward the design of engineered “all‐in‐one” nanocarriers in which both the loaded drugs and their carrier play a role in fighting intracellular infections.  相似文献
