By controlling the reflux time and the quantity of the shell materials, different sizes of thioglycollic acid (TGA) modified CdTe/CdSe core/shell quantum dots were synthesized in aqueous solution. This type of QDs was used for sensitive and selective determination of ascorbic acid in commercial tablets. Under optimal conditions, a good linearity was observed between the relative fluorescence (FL) intensity and the concentration of ascorbic acid in the range of 4.0 to 64.0 μg/mL with a correlation coefficient of 0.9968. The limit of detection was 2.4 μg/mL. This method was applied to the determination of the ascorbic acid in Vitamin C tablets and Vitamin C Yinqiao pills, and satisfactory results were obtained.  相似文献

The aim of this paper is to study the effect of low-level laser irradiation (LLLI) on proliferation of myoblasts in culture. Myoblasts derived from rat skeletal muscle were irradiated by He-Ne laser with different doses. Compared with nonirradiated control group, the number of myoblasts increased when the cells in normal culture conditions were exposed to the laser of specific energy density. The amount of cells with proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) positive expression and the 5-bromo-2′-deoxyuridine (BrdU) incorporation rate after laser irradiation were also higher than that of the control group, suggesting that LLLL at certain doses can effectively enhance myoblasts growth activity in vitro. This study firstly demonstrated that stimulating myoblasts to enter into proliferative stage from initial resting state was an important mechanism of regeneration and repair of injured skeletal muscle promoted by LLLI in clinical treatment.  相似文献

In this article, we propose a three-party quantum secret sharing protocol with four-state Grover algorithm. The protocol has several advantages. It uses only four initial states which simplifies its experimental implementation. It has a higher encoding capacity, each two-qubit state provides two bits of information. We have experimentally demonstrated the protocol in a nuclear magnetic resonance quantum information processor successfully.  相似文献

A novel photonic technique for instantaneous frequency measurement of microwave signal based on phase modulation to intensity modulation conversion is proposed and demonstrated. In the proposed system, an optical carrier is modulated by a microwave signal with its frequency to be measured through a phase modulator. The phase-modulated optical signal is then converted to intensity-modulated signals in two independent paths using a dispersive media and a frequency discriminator respectively. Since the dependence of the received microwave power on the input microwave frequency in the two paths differs, the microwave power ratio between the two paths can be used to uniquely determine the microwave frequency. The major advantages of the approach lie in that only one laser source and the bias-free phase modulator is employed in the system, which improves the stability of the system. Experimental demonstrations of the frequency measurement based on the proposed approach are presented.  相似文献

We report a new type of black silicon: flexible black silicon. A silicon-on-insulator (SOI) wafer is irradiated by automatically scanning a femtosecond laser and then split by etching out the SOI silica middle layer. Large-area, uniform micro spikes on the surface of a very thin flexible silicon layer are obtained. The black silicon shows good flexibility and optical properties. The absorption spectrum of the flexible black silicon is as high as 97% in the visible and insensitive to the change of the incident angle of the light, which makes it a potential good candidate as an absorber for the solar-thermo generator.  相似文献

A stability analysis for the resistive wall mode is studied in the presence of trapped energetic particles (EPs). When the EPs' beta exceeds a critical value, a fishbonelike bursting mode (FLM) with an external kink eigenstructure can exist. This offers the first analytic interpretation of the experimental observations [Phys. Rev. Lett. 103, 045001 (2009)]. The mode-particle resonances for the FLM and the q=1 fishbone occur in different regimes of the precession frequency of EPs. In certain ranges of the plasma rotation speed and the EPs' beta, a mode conversion can occur between the resistive wall mode and FLM.  相似文献

 图像关注焦点(FOA)检测是基于人眼视觉关注模型的图像感兴趣区提取的关键技术。为了更加精确、合理地搜索图像关注焦点,提出一种基于双阈值视觉关注模型的FOA检测算法。算法首先提取图像的亮度、颜色、方向和离散矩变换(DMT)特征,生成各个特征对应的特征图;然后将各特征图合并为一张包含多种特征的显著图;最后根据显著图的灰度直方图建立静态阈值与动态阈值,确定图像关注焦点的位置与数量。实验结果表明:新算法在图像关注焦点检测的准确性上较Itti模型有更为优秀的表现,更符合人眼视觉的关注习惯。  相似文献

 光子晶体加速结构能够有效地阻尼高频率加速管中的尾场,对高能加速器中因尾场引起的束流不稳定性起到抑制作用。探索了X波段2维金属光子晶体微波加速结构的研制方法,用机械加工的方式制作了较高品质因数的2维光子晶体结构谐振腔。理论计算表明,在光子晶体结构谐振腔外围放置吸波材料,可有效地吸收加速结构中的类TM11偶极模等高次模,而对加速主模类TM01模影响较小。设计和制作了工作频率为11.42 GHz,由4个腔构成的X波段2维金属光子晶体行波加速器,实验结果与数值模拟计算值吻合较好。  相似文献
