Dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction (DLLME) coupled with high-performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detector was applied for the determination of alkylphenols and their short-chained ethoxylates in water samples. Development of DLLME procedure included optimisation of some important parameters such as kind and volume of extracting and dispersing solvents. Under optimised conditions 50 μL of trichloroethylene in 1.5 mL of acetone were rapidly injected into 5 mL of a water sample. After centrifuging the organic phase containing the analytes was taken for evaporation with a gentle nitrogen purge and reconstituted to 50 μL of acetonitrile. The aliquot of this solution was analysed with the use of HPLC. For octylphenol (OP) and octylphenol ethoxylates (OPEOs) linearity was satisfactory in the range 8–1000 μg L−1 and for nonylphenol (NP) and nonylphenol ethoxylates (NPEOs) linearity was in the range from 50 to about 3000 μg L−1. Limit of quantitation was 0.1 μg L−1 for OP and OPEOs and 0.3 μg L−1 for NP and NPEOs. Satisfactory recoveries between 66 and 79% were obtained for environmental samples. The results showed that DLLME is a simple, rapid and sensitive analytical method for the preconcentration of trace amounts of alkylphenols and their ethoxylates in environmental water samples. 相似文献

2,3,5,6‐Tetrafluorobenzene‐1,4‐diol easily forms cocrystals with heteroaromatic bases containing the pyrazine unit. In the 1:1 complexes with pyrazine, C6H2F4O2·C4H4N2, (I), and quinoxaline, C6H2F4O2·C8H6N2, (II), the crystal components are linked via O—H...N hydrogen bonds into one‐dimensional chains. With the largest base, phenazine, the 1:2 benzenediol–phenazine complex, C6H2F4O2·2C12H8N2, (III), was obtained, with the molecules linked via O—H...N interactions into a discrete heterotrimer. In all three cocrystals, the two types of molecules are organized into layers via softer C—H...O and C—H...F interactions and π–π stacking interactions, with stronger hydrogen bonds linking molecules of adjacent layers. In (II) and (III), molecules are arranged into heterostacks, whereas in (I) separate stacks are formed by the heterocyclic base and the benzenediol molecule. 相似文献

The working principle of a genosensor is based on the mechanism of ion‐channel mimetic sensors. The analytical signals generated upon hybridization processes were recorded by a redox active marker [Fe(CN)6]3?/4? present in the sample solution using voltammetric techniques. The developed genosensor was suitable for determination of 20‐mer complementary oligonucleotide sequence, and also of the PCR products containing the complementary 20‐mer sequence in various positions, with detection limits in the 10 pM range. The noncomplementary 20‐mer oligonucleotide sequence as well as the PCR product without complementary region generated very weak response. The good discrimination of the position of the complementary part in the PCR products was observed. 相似文献

Stereoisomers of one of the most important organic compounds, tartaric acid, optically active and meso as well as the ester or amide derivatives, can show diverse structures related to the rotation around the three carbon–carbon bonds. This study determines the controlling factors for conformational changes of these molecules in vacuo, in solution, and in the crystalline state using DFT calculations, spectroscopic measurements, and X‐ray diffraction. All structural variations can be logically accounted for by the possibility of formation and breaking of hydrogen bonds between the hydroxy or amide donors and oxygen acceptors, among these the hydrogen bonds that close five‐membered rings being the most stable. These findings are useful in designing molecular and crystal structures of highly polar, polyfunctional, chiral compounds. 相似文献

We show that peripheral nitro groups enhance the maximum two‐photon absorption cross‐section of trans‐A2B2‐porphyrins bearing two phenylethynyl substituents by more than one order of magnitude. Maximum values as high as 1000 GM result from realization of suitable conditions for effective resonance enhancement along with a lowering of the energy and intensification of the two‐photon allowed transitions in the Soret region. 相似文献

A systematic theoretic study on clusters containing edge-bridged octahedral metal units [Nb6Cl12] n (n?=?2, 3, or 4) and a large variety of ligands has been performed. The benchmark results on the [Nb6Cl 12 i ] n+ and [Nb6Cl 12 i Cl 6 a ] n (n?=?2, 3 or 4) cluster units demonstrated the reliability of GGA PBE functional in combination with ZORA TZP basis set for the Nb-containing coordination compounds. The geometrical, electronic, and vibrational properties of large variety of substituted Nb6Cl 12 i Y 6 a clusters have been provided. One- and two-dimensional structures with a [Nb6Cl 12 i (Bipyr) x Cl 6?x a ] (x?=?2 and 4) building blocks have been proposed as good and stable candidates for new coordination polydimensional materials. 相似文献

2,2,4,4-Tetramethyl-3-thioxocyclobutanone (8b) easily reacts with gaseous chlorine to yield the stable alpha-chloro sulfenyl chloride 10. The same product was obtained when 8b was treated either with phosphorus pentachloride (PCl(5)) or sulfuryl chloride (SO(2)Cl(2)) in CCl(4) solution. Sulfur dichloride (SCl(2)) reacts with 8b to give the alpha-chloro thiosulfenyl chloride 12 along with an almost equimolar amount of the trisulfide 13b. The less reactive disulfur dichloride (S(2)Cl(2)) was shown to react slowly with 8b and the symmetrical tetrasulfide 15 was found as the exclusive product. The pure thiosulfenyl chloride 12 added to adamantanethione (8c) yielded the unsymmetrical trisulfide 13c. When 12 was treated with thioacetic acid, the acetylated trisulfide 17 was formed in high yield. "Unzipping" reactions with the acetylated disulfide 16 and trisulfide 17 with morpholine in THF at -40 degrees C led to the formation of mixtures of two sulfur-rich heterocycles identified as the pentathiepane 6b and the hexathiepane 7b. A mixture of analogous products was obtained when alpha-chloro sulfenyl chloride 10 was treated with sodium sulfide in anhydrous THF at -40 degrees C. The formation of 6b and 7b is believed to occur via the intermediate dithiirane 1b and/or the isomeric thiosulfine 2b. In the case of 17 the reaction starts probably with the formation of a nonisolable tetrathiane 18b as presented in Scheme 5. 相似文献

The black lipid membranes (BLMs) are artificial membrane systems that have been widely used in the study of different biological processes. In this paper the planar bilayer lipid membranes have been used to study the behavior of thiolipid molecules-dipalmitoyl-phosphatidyl-ethanolamine-mercaptopropionamide (DPPE-MPA) and cholesteryl 3-mercaptopropionate (Chs-MPA)-as compared to classical BLM made of natural lipids. We present our experiments on black thiolipid bilayer (BTM) formation from a thiolipid solution and basic results of pump currents generated by sodium-potassium pump-Na(+),K(+)-ATP-ase-introduced to such bilayer systems via proteoliposome adsorption with subsequent fusion. Our results imply that no substantial difference exists between BLMs formed from classical lipids and those made from thiolipids used in this study. The same thiolipid molecules were subsequently used for the formation of covalently bound, tethered bilayer lipid membranes (t-BLMs) on polycrystalline gold electrodes. Similarly, as in the case of BLMs, we took advantage of proteoliposome adsorption/fusion to obtain a t-BLM system with reconstituted enzyme. The vesicle fusion on hydrophobic or hydrophilic substrates is one of the main ways to obtain a bilayer system with incorporated biological species. In this paper we present also our preliminary results of electrochemical experiments using rapid solution exchange technique on such t-BLMs systems and their comparison with painted solid supported membranes (SSMs) and BLMs. We have also followed the process of vesicles fusion onto thiolipid monolayer by means of in situ atomic force microscopy in tapping mode (TM-AFM). On the basis of these experiments, we conclude that DPPE-MPA and Chs-MPA molecules used in our experiments preserve lipid properties, allowing for at least partial reconstitution of Na(+),K(+)-ATP-ase into such t-BLMs. On the other hand, the relatively compact organization on polycrystalline gold and the hydrophobic nature of the first monolayer of tethered thiolipids slows down the proteoliposome fusion onto such monolayers and consequently hinders the protein insertion. However, this effect can be overcome by mechanical stimulus that facilitates proteoliposome delamination onto the self-assembled monolayer. 相似文献
