New derivatives of 5-aryl-2-[2-(2-furyl)ethenyl]-1,3,4-oxadiazoles and 5-aryl-2-[2-(2-thienyl)ethenyl]-1,3,4-oxadiazoles are synthesized in a stepwise procedure through intermediate acyclic N′-arylcarbonyl-N-[2-(2-heteroaryl)acryloyl]hydrazines, starting from 3-(2-heteroaryl)acrylic acid hydrazides and acid chlorides. A facile one-pot methodology leading to the final 1,3,4-oxadiazoles is also described.  相似文献

This Letter describes an attractive and efficient method for Mg(OR)2-mediated lactide alcoholysis. The catalysts were generated in situ from di-n-butylmagnesium and ROH to prevent aggregation of Mg(OR)2. The reaction of ROH [R = Me, Et, RCO2(Me)CH] with lactide initially yielded the ring-opened product HO[CH(CH3)CO]nOR (n = 2 or 3). The complete consumption of lactide caused the reaction to proceed further, giving environmentally friendly lactic acid esters in excellent yields under ambient conditions.  相似文献

It has been exactly 100 years since Hess’s historical discovery: an extraterrestrial origin of cosmic rays [1]. Galactic cosmic rays (GCR) being charged particles, penetrate the heliosphere and are modulated by the solar magnetic field. The propagation of cosmic rays is described by Parker’s transport equation [2], which is a second order parabolic type partial differential equation. It is time dependent 4-variables (with r, θ, φ, R, meaning: distance from the Sun, heliolatitudes, heliolongitudes and particles’ rigidity, respectively) equation which is a well known tool for studying problems connected with solar modulation of cosmic rays. Transport equation contains all fundamental processes taking place in the heliosphere: convection, diffusion, energy changes of the GCR particles owing to the interaction with solar wind’s inhomogeneities, drift due to the gradient and curvature of the regular interplanetary magnetic field and on the heliospheric current sheet.  相似文献

This article is devoted to the regular fractional Sturm–Liouville eigenvalue problem. By applying the methods of fractional variational analysis, we prove the existence of a countable set of orthogonal solutions and corresponding eigenvalues. Moreover, we formulate two results showing that the lowest eigenvalue is the minimum value for a certain variational functional.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of toothpaste containing natural tea tree essential oil (TTO) and ethanolic extract of propolis (EEP), on microflora and selected indicators of oral health in patients using removable acrylic partial dentures. Fifty patients with varying conditions of hygiene were divided into two groups. The study group received the toothpaste with TTO and EEP, while the control group received the same toothpaste but without TTO and EEP. At the first visit, oral hygiene and hygiene of the prostheses were carried out. Control visits took place 7 and 28 days later and compared to baseline. Indexes like API (Approximal Plaque Index), mSBI (modified Sulcus Bleeding Index), OHI-s (simplified Oral Hygiene Index), and DPI (Denture Plaque Index) were assessed in three subsequent stages, and swabs were collected from floor of the mouth area to assess the microbiota. After 7 and 28 days of using the toothpaste with TTO and EEP, a statistically significant decrease of the examined indicator values were observed in the study group as compared to the values upon the initial visit. The number of isolated strains of microorganisms in the study group was decreased or maintained at the same level, whereas in the control group an increase in the number of isolated strains was observed. The observed stabilization of oral microbiota in patients from the study group confirms the beneficial activity of toothpaste containing EEP and TTO compared to the control group.  相似文献

The catalytic influence of methionine (Mt) on the electroreduction of Bi(III) ions on the novel, cyclically renewable liquid silver amalgam film electrode (R–AgLAFE) in a non-complexing electrolyte solution was examined. The presence of methionine leads to a multistep reaction mechanism, where the transfer of the first electron is the rate limiting step, which is the subject of catalytic augmentation. The catalytic activity of methionine is a consequence of its ability to remove water molecules from the bismuth ion coordination sphere, as well as to form active complexes on the electrode surface, facilitating the electron transfer process.  相似文献

A graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GF-AAS) method was developed for the determination of copper in selected alternative materials. The method is characterised by a low limit of detection, good accuracy and satisfactory precision, while the duration of a single measurement is approximately 80 s. It allowed an application of the developed method to determine copper in small samples of hair and nails with equipment available in most analytical laboratories. The developed GF-AAS method was successfully applied to routine analyses using samples collected from healthy humans. The study has shown similar concentration of copper in fingernails and toenails collected from women and men, which was 2–3 times lower than concentration of this element in hair of both genders. The correlation between concentration of copper in nails and hair allows one to use hair, fingernails and toenails as invariable materials for the evaluation of chronic exposure to copper.  相似文献

Layered double hydroxides (LDHs) containing Mg2+, Cu2+ or Zn2+ cations in the MeII positions and Al3+ and Fe3+ in the MeIII positions were synthesized by co-precipitation method. Detailed studies of thermal transformation of obtained LDHs into metal oxide systems were performed using high temperature X-ray diffraction in oxidising and reducing atmosphere, thermogravimetry coupled with mass spectrometry and temperature-programmed reduction. The LDH samples calcined at 600 and 900 °C were tested in the role of catalysts for selective oxidation of ammonia into nitrogen and water vapour. It was shown that all copper congaing samples presented high catalytic activity and additionally, for the Cu–Mg–Al and Cu–Mg–Fe hydrotalcite samples calcined at 600 °C relatively high stability and selectivity to dinitrogen was obtained. An increase in calcination temperature to 900 °C resulted in a decrease of their catalytic activity, possibly due to formation of well-crystallised metal oxide phases which are less catalytically active in the process of selective oxidation of ammonia.  相似文献

Coal and char oxycombustion is a complex process because of very high reaction rate of oxygen with coals and chars carbon. Very important process during oxycombustion is diffusion of O2 to surface of coal and char grain. This process can be minimized using small samples and high flow of the gas, but it is also dependent on temperature. For this reason, it is impossible to eliminate diffusion processes which cause significant impact on calculated kinetic parameters. This paper describes the results of thermogravimetric studies of oxycombustion process with evolved gas analysis by FTIR. Ultimate and proximate analysis of coal and char were made. Thermogravimetric experiments of coal and its char oxycombustion were conducted using five heating rates, namely 2.5, 5, 10, 20 and 40 K min?1, and gas mixture composed of 20 % O2 in CO2. Activation energies of coal and char oxycombustion were calculated by isoconversional methods: integral Vyazovkin and differential Friedman. Activation energies for three ranges of heating rates were calculated. This paper shows influence of heating rate on calculated activation energy. The reason of this phenomenon is due to change of the mechanism of coal and char oxycombustion from the chemical kinetic control regime to mixed chemical kinetic–diffusion control regime.  相似文献

A method for the analysis of clotrimazole was developed with dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction for sample pre‐concentration and HPLC–MS/MS for analysis. A linear ion trap was used for the confirmation of clotrimazole identity in the samples. The developed method enables the analysis of clotrimazole in river water and sewage effluent from wastewater treatment plants with a LOQ of 0.7 ng/L. Environmental monitoring of clotrimazole was undertaken. Samples from river water and sewage effluents were analysed over a one‐year period. Clotrimazole was found in every tested sample with concentration range from 1 to 31 ng/L. The amount of clotrimazole in tested samples was highly dependent on sampling season. The highest results were obtained in summer and autumn.  相似文献
