人血清内源性多肽无标记定量分析新策略

多肽组学(Pepti domics)以其在疾病标志物发现中所起的重要作用正受到越来越多的关注.然而,目前尚缺少针对多肽组学的高效定量方法.本文建立了一种基于纳升液相色谱与四极杆飞行时间质谱联用(μLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS)系统的色谱峰面积无标记多肽定量方法.该方法首先对两组样品中的多肽进行相对定量,然后选取相对量大于2或小于0.5的多肽,用纳升液相色谱与串联二级质谱(μLC-MS/MS)的选择性数据依赖模式(DDA)进行序列鉴定.将不同量标准样品牛血清白蛋白(BSA)酶解液加入到相同量的正常人血清样品中,然后用该方法进行定量分析,得到的定量结果平均相对偏差为6.42%.该方法分别被用于健康人血清与肝细胞癌(HCC)以及乳腺癌病人血清中内源性多肽的定量比较分析,并成功鉴定了血清中一些与HCC和乳腺癌相关的内源性多肽.由于Q-TOF-MS/MS的高分辨率和宽质量检测范围,价态高达+5和分子量超过4000的多肽也可被可靠地进行定性和定量分析.实验结果进一步表明在多肽组学分析中μLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS比传统的MALDI-TOF-MS具有更高的检测灵敏度.

TiO2-Al2O3复合氧化物负载NiMo加氢脱硫催化剂的研究

采用溶胶凝胶技术，从Al2O3载体的表面改性出发，制备了TiO2-Al2O3复合载体。采用此改性载体制备了NiMo／TiO2-Al2O3催化剂；用中压固定床微反装置考察了载体改性对制备的催化剂的噻吩加氢脱硫(HDS)活性的影响．用透射电镜、NH3-TPD及吡啶红外光谱法对改性载体和催化剂进行了表征．结果表明，经钛溶胶改性的载体制备的催化剂与原有载体制备的催化剂相比，催化剂活性提高了20％．改性载体表面负载的钛溶胶以纳米尺寸的TiO2微粒形态存在．     

Alkali-hydrolysis of D-glucono-delta-lactone studied by chiral Raman and circular dichroism spectroscopies

Photopromoted carbonylation of bromobenzene under ambient conditions

STUDIES ON FISCHER TROPSCH SYNTHESIS OVER Fe-Cu-K CATALYST Ⅱ.PRODUCT DISTRIBUTION AND COMPOSITION

In part I, we investigated some behavior of copper- potassium promoted iron catalyst for the synthesis of hydrocarbon from hydrogen and carbon monoxide, with particular attention to the influence of reaction temperature, operating pressure, space velocity, H2/CO ratio in feed gas and particle size of catalyst on CO conversion. In this part, more attention was paid to the whole product distribution, such as wax, oil, oxygenate and the composition of oil and oxygenate. It is seen that the operating conditions greatly affect the whole product distribution and its composition.     

Cobalt-catalyzed photopromoted carbonylation of chloroalkanes in the presence of KI

<正>The photopromoted carbonylation of chloroalkanes with carbon monoxide catalyzed by cobalt compounds[Co(OAc)_2,CoCl_2] in the presence of KI was carried out under ambient conditions.The results revealed that the catalytic activity of Co(OAc)_2 was higher than that of CoCl_2.A basic additive NaOAc was beneficial to the reaction.Interestingly,with NaOAc as an additive, Co(OAc)_2 and CoCl_2 exhibited similar catalytic activity.Preliminary work showed that the role of iodide ion was initially to form active iodoalkanes via substituting chloride ion in chloroalkanes in situ,and then,the carbonylation of iodoalkanes proceeded under irradiation.     

Hydrothermal Synthesis,Crystal Structure and Electrochemical Property of a Ribbon‐like Coordination Polymer based on Octamolybdate Anions

A new coordination polymer based on octamolybdate anions and copper(II)‐mebpa complex fragments, namely, [{Cu(mebpa)}₂β‐Mo₈O₂₆] ( 1 ), where mebpa is bis(2‐pyridylmethyl)methylamine, has been synthesized under the hydrothermal reaction and characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, IR, thermogravimetric analysis and cyclic voltammetry. 1 is formed from β‐[Mo₈O₂₆]^4? anions with {Cu(mebpa)}²⁺ fragments covalently attached via terminal oxygen atoms into a ribbon‐like chain. The β‐[Mo₈O₂₆]^4? anions act as sexadentate ligands and the Cu^II ions adopt the common Jahn‐Teller distorted “4+2” coordination. Owing to the weak C‐H···O hydrogen bonding interactions, two crystallographically independent {CuN₃O₃} octahedra are located in the A and B layers respectively. The chemically modified carbon paste electrode (MCPE) displays well‐defined cyclic voltammograms with three two‐electron reversible redox couples in acidic aqueous solution and electrocatalytic activities toward the reduction of nitrite.     

干涉式群速弥散补偿器色散特性研究

本文对干涉式群速弥散补偿器色散特性进行了详细研究。设计出适合我们CPM激光器工作的补偿器并进行了实验研究。得到最短光脉冲70fs。讨论了影响光脉冲进一步压缩的因素。
