Several new 1-aryl-, aralkyl-, and heteroaryl-5-(4-phenylbuta-1,3-dienyl)tetrazole derivatives and annulated tetrazole derivatives were efficiently and regiospecifically prepared in nearly quantitative yield via a facile one step reaction of dienones with a combination of tetrachlorosilane and sodium azide in acetonitrile under mild conditions. A complete structure assignment of three representative examples of the tetrazoles was achieved by advanced 2D NMR measurements including COSY, TOCSY, HSQC, HMBC, NOESY, and ROESY experiments.  相似文献

An efficient method has been developed for the synthesis of 1-(arylimino)naphthalen-2(1H)-ones through the cascade reaction of anilines and 2-naphthols promoted by NaBr/K2S2O8/Ce(NH4)2(NO3)6. Using this protocol, a series of 1-(arylimino)naphthalen-2(1H)-ones was obtained in good to excellent yields (17 examples, 70–92% yields). The reactions may proceed through the following steps: bromination of 2-naphthols by in-situ-generated bromine from NaBr and K2S2O8 to afford 1-bromonaphthalen-2-ols, coupling of 1-bromonaphthalen-2-ols with anilines to afford the corresponding amines, and subsequent oxidation of the amines into the products by Ce(NH4)2(NO3)6. These newly obtained α-imine ketones have great potentials for synthesis of special optical materials bearing naphthalene moiety.  相似文献

An n-butyl bromide/sodium dodecyl sulfate/n-butanol/water microemulsion system was chosen as a model of an organohalide-containing microemulsion. Two systems were prepared using the Bourayne method: a water-rich system and an n-butyl-bromide-rich system. The destabilization of this micro-organized system and the phase separation were investigated. This microemulsion, in which the oil phase in the feed is the lower layer, was successfully destabilized using the pervaporation technique with polydimethylsiloxane and poly(vinyl alcohol) membranes. In this way, different factors governing the separation process were investigated such as the mass transfer and the effect of time and operating temperature on the microemulsion destabilization.  相似文献

This article presents a continuous capillary electrophoresis with laser‐induced fluorescence (CE‐LIF) following spectral studies of the noncovalent interactions between novel Squarylium Boronic Acid 4 (SQ‐BA4) & Squarylium Diboronic Acid 2 (SQ‐DBA2) squarylium dyes and human serum albumin (HSA). Two protocols were used wherein the on‐column‐labeling protocol was found to be more sensitive than the precolumn one by showing a better enhancement in the peak area of the HSA–dye complex besides lower limits of detection (LODs) for HSA. Also, stability studies were conducted with or without HSA using precolumn‐labeling mode over one week exhibiting the superiority of SQ‐BA4 to SQ‐DBA2. Then, a mixture containing three model proteins, HSA, β‐lactoglobulin B, and transferrin, was labeled on‐column with both dyes and completely resolved by CE‐LIF after optimization of several parameters. Both dyes provided lower LODs for HSA than those of β‐lactoglobulin B and transferrin with higher sensitivities. In addition, the SQ‐BA4 dye showed again greater sensitivities with all the three proteins than SQ‐DBA2.  相似文献

A novel gold‐catalyzed cycloisomerization of 1,6‐diynes was achieved, providing an atom‐economic approach to a diverse set of bicyclo[2.2.1]hept‐5‐en‐2‐ones in moderate to good yields. With unsymmetrical starting materials with two different internal alkynyl substituents, to some extent, the regioselectivity could be controlled by both electronic and steric factors. This unprecedented reactivity pattern may inspire new and unconventional strategies for the preparation of bridged ring systems.  相似文献

Four novel azo compounds were synthesized; o-phenylazo- (C(14)H(13)N(3)O(2)) (I), p-bromo-o-phenylazo- (C(14)H(13)BrN(3)O(2)) (II), p-methoxy-o-phenaylazo- (C(15)H(16)N(3)O(3)) (III) and p-nitro-o-phenylazo-p-acetamidophenol (C(14)H(13)N(4)O(4)) (IV). These compounds were carefully investigated using elemental analyses, UV-vis, FT-IR, (1)H NMR and mass spectra. Also, the effects of p-substituents such as bromo, methoxy and nitro groups on the mass fragmentation pathways of these dyes were studied using Hammet's effects. This research aimed chiefly to threw lights on the structures-stability relationship of four novel newly prepared azo derivatives of p-acetoamidophenol. The data obtained referred to the variation of mass fragmentation pathways with the variation of p-substituent of these dyes which can be used in industry for various dyeing purposes. This variation is also correlated and verified by molecular orbital calculations which were done on ionic forms of these dyes using semi empirical PM3 program. The biological activities of these dyes were also investigated and its structure relationship was correlated.  相似文献

Calixpyrrole-based oligomeric compounds were synthesized by "click chemistry" from the corresponding alkyne- and azide-functionalized calix[4]pyrroles. Calix[4]pyrrole 3, possessing an alkyne functional group, was prepared through a mixed condensation of pyrrole with acetone and but-3-ynyl 4-oxopentanoate. Another alkyne-group-containing calix[4]pyrrole 5 was obtained by treatment of 4'-hydroxyphenyl-functionalized calixpyrrole 4 with propargyl bromide. Tetrakis(azidopentyl)-functionalized calix[4]pyrrole 7 was synthesized by reacting NaN(3) with tetrabromopentyltetraethylcalix[4]pyrrole 6, which was prepared through a condensation reaction of pyrrole and 7-bromohept-2-one. Oligomeric calixpyrrole compounds were found to be capable of extracting tetrabutylammonium chloride and fluoride salts from aqueous media. Extraction abilities of the oligomeric compounds were monitored by NMR and UV/Vis spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis.  相似文献

Electrical conductivity and optical properties of polypyrrole-chitosan(PPy-CHI) conducting polymer composites have been investigated to determine the optical transition characteristics and energy band gap of composite films.The two electrode method and I-V characteristic technique were used to measure the conductivity of the PPy-CHI thin films,and the optical band gap was obtained from their ultraviolet absorption edges.Depending upon experimental parameter,the optical band gap(Eg) was found within 1.30-2.32 eV as estimated from optical absorption data.The band gap of the composite films decreased as the CHI content increased.The room temperature electrical conductivity of PPy-CHI thin films was found in the range of 5.84×10-7-15.25×10-7 S·cm-1 depending on the chitosan content.The thermogravimetry analysis(TGA) showed that the CHI can improve the thermal stability of PPy-CHI composite films.  相似文献

Chemical ligation via O- to N-acyl transfer of O-acylated serine containing peptides affords serine containing native peptides via 8- and 11-membered cyclic transition states opening the door to a wide variety of potential applications to peptide elaboration. Functionalized bis(amino)phosphines of the type PhP(NHR)2 ( 1a–c ) and aminophosphines of the type Ph2PNHR ( 2a–c ) have been synthesized by treating PhPCl2 or Ph2PCl with corresponding primary amines of H2N-R where R = -CH2SO3H, -C6H4SO3H, and benzo-15-crown-5. The molybdenum(0) complex of the aminophosphine ( 3 ) has been obtained by reacting cis-[Mo(CO)4(bipy)] with aminophosphine ( 2c ). The synthesized aminophosphines, bis(amino)phosphines, and the molybdenum(0) complex have been characterized by IR, 1H NMR, 31P NMR, and MS spectroscopic techniques and by elemental analysis.  相似文献
