2,3-Dihydro-1,3,4-thiadiazoles, 2,3-dihydro-1,3,4-selenadiazoles, and triazolino[4,3-a]pyrimidines containing benzoxazole or benzothiazole moieties were prepared from the reaction of each of ethyl 3-aza-3-(benzoxazol-2-ylamino)-2-chloroprop-2-enoate and ethyl 3-aza-3-(benzothiazolo-2-ylamino)-2-chloroprop-2-enoate with each of potassium thiocyanate, potassium selenocyanate, alkyl carbodithioate, and pyrmidine-2-thione derivatives. All the newly synthesized compounds were confirmed by elemental analysis, spectral data, and alternative route synthesis whenever possible. Some of the newly synthesized compounds were screened toward certain cancer tumors.

An improved generalized F-expansion method is proposed to seek exact solutions of nonlinear evolution equations. With the aid of symbolic computation, we choose the generalized nonlinear Schrodinger equation with a source to illustrate the validity and advantages of the proposed method. Many new and more general non-travelling wave solutions are obtained, including single and combined non-degenerate Jacobi elliptic function solutions, solitons-like solutions, trigonometric function solutions and rational solutions. The method is straightforward and concise, and it can also be applied to other nonlinear evolution equations in physics.  相似文献

The newly synthesized compounds were elucidated by elemental analysis, spectral data, chemical transformation, and alternative synthetic route whenever possible. J. Water drops dispersed in chloroform and stabilized with phospholipids become adhesive if a bad solvent for lipids, such as silicone oil, is added to the continuous phase. In this way, two sticking drops are separated by a bilayer of phospholipids. By using microfluidic technologies, we probe the stability and properties of such membranes likewise encountered in foams or vesicles. We first establish the stability diagram of adhering drop pairs as a function of the continuous phase composition. We found two regimes of destabilization of the bilayer. The first one concerns a competition between the dynamics of adhesion and the transport of surfactants toward the interfaces that leads to a dilute surfactant coverage. The second one corresponds to a dense surface coverage where the lifetime distribution of the bilayer exponentially decreases as a signature of a nucleation process. In the stable regime, we observe the propagation of adhesion among a concentrated collection of drops. This is another remarkable illustration of the suction consequence when two close deformable objects are pulled apart. Moreover, the present experimental strategy offers a novel way to study the phase diagrams of bilayers from a single phospholipid to a mixture of phospholipids. Indeed, we detect phase transitions at a liquid-liquid interface that are ruled by the amount of bad solvent. Finally, we probe the transport of water molecules through the bilayer and show that its permeability is linked to the adhesion energy that reflects its fluidity.  相似文献

Various reagents such as Cl2, Br2, I2, benzoyl peroxide and CH3I add to the dinuclear gold(I) amidinate complex [Au2(2,6-Me2Ph-form)2] to form oxidative-addition gold(II) metal–metal bonded complexes. The gold–gold distance in the dinuclear complex decreases upon oxidative-addition with halogens from 2.7 to 2.5 Å, similar to observations made with dithiolate and ylide ligands. The sodium salt of the guanidinate Hhpp ligand, Hhpp = 1,3,4,6,7,8-hexahydro-2H-pyrimido[1,2-a]pyrimidine reacts with (THT)AuCl in THF or CH2Cl2 to form a Au(II) complex, [Au2(hpp)2Cl2], either by solvent oxidation or disproportionation of the Au(I) to Au(II) and the metal. Density functional theory (DFT) and MP2 calculations on [Au2(hpp)2Cl2] find that the highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) is predominately hpp and chlorine-based with some Au–Au δ* character. The lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO) has metal-to-ligand (M–L) and metal-to-metal (M–M) σ* character (approximately 50% hpp/chlorine, and 50% gold). The charge-transfer character of the deeply colored solutions is observed in all the oxidative-addition products of the dinuclear gold(II) nitrogen ligands. This contrasts with the colors of the gold(II) ylide oxidative-addition products which are pale yellow. The colors of the crystalline gold(II) nitrogen complexes are dark orange to brown. This review will focus on the chemistry of gold(II) with nitrogen ligands and compare this with the well reviewed chemistry of gold(II) thiolate and ylide complexes.  相似文献

As part of our project devoted to the synthesis of heterocycles including thiazole rings, some new 5-arylidene-2-thioxo-3-N-arylthiazolidin-4-ones were synthesized by Knoevenagel condensation. An interesting feature of these compounds is that their chirality is induced by that of their 3-N-(2-alkyloxyaryl)-2-thioxothiazolidin-4-one precursors, which in turn is due to the presence of a C2 axis of chirality. These new compounds were characterized by spectroscopic methods (IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR). The structure of compound (Z)-(2g) was further determined by X-ray diffraction.  相似文献
