An X-ray and a theoretical study of the structure of the isoniazid derivative N'-(4-dimethylaminobenzylidene)-isonicotinohydrazide monohydrate (1) are reported. In this work, we will report a combined experimental and theoretical study on the molecular structure, vibrational spectra and energies of N'-(4-dimethylaminobenzylidene)-isonicotinohydrazide monohydrate. The calculated parameters are in good agreement with the corresponding X-ray diffraction values. The FTIR spectrum in the range of 400-4000 cm-1 of N'-(4-dimethylaminobenzylidene)-isonicotinohydrazide monohydrate has been recorded. The molecular geometry and vibrational frequencies and energies in the ground state are calculated by using the DFT (B3LYP, PBE1PBE) methods with 6-311G** basis sets. The calculated HOMO and LUMO energies also confirm that charge transfer occurs within the molecule. The geometries and normal modes of vibrations obtained from B3LYP/PBE1PBE/6-311G** calculations are in good agreement with the experimentally observed data.  相似文献

A simple method was used to fabricate flavin adenine dinucleotide (FAD)/NiOx nanocomposite on the surface of glassy carbon (GC) electrode. Cyclic voltammetry technique was applied for deposition nickel oxide nanostructures onto GC surface. Owing to its high biocompatibility and large surface area of nickel oxide nanomaterials with immersing the GC/NiOx-modified electrode into FAD solution for a short period of time, 10–140 s, a stable thin layer of the FAD molecules immobilized onto electrode surface. The FAD/NiOx films exhibited a pair of well-defined, stable, and nearly reversible CV peaks at wide pH range (2–10). The formal potential of adsorbed FAD onto nickel oxide nanoparticles film, E o′ vs. Ag/AgCl reference electrode is −0.44 V in pH 7 buffer solutions was similar to dissolved FAD and changed linearly with a slope of 58.6 mV/pH in the pH range 2–10. The surface coverage and heterogeneous electron transfer rate constant (k s ) of FAD immobilized on NiOx film glassy carbon electrode are 4.66 × 10−11 mol cm−2 and 63 ± 0.1 s−1, indicating the high loading ability of the nickel oxide nanoparticles and great facilitation of the electron transfer between FAD and nickel oxide nanoparticles. FAD/NiOx nanocomposite-modified GC electrode shows excellent electrocatalytic activity toward S2O82− reduction at reduced overpotential. Furthermore, rotated modified electrode illustrates good analytical performance for amperometric detection of S2O82−. Under optimized condition, the concentration calibration range, detection limit, and sensitivity were 3 μM–1.5 mM, 0.38 μM and 16.6 nA/μM, respectively.  相似文献

Density functional theory (DFT), HF and MP2 calculations have been carried out to investigate thioxanthone molecule using the standard 6-31+G(d,p) basis set. The results of MP2 calculations show a butterfly structure for thioxanthone. The calculated results show that the predicted geometry can well reproduce the structural parameters. The predicted vibrational frequencies were assigned and compared with experimental IR spectra. A good harmony between theory and experiment is found. The theoretical electronic absorption spectra have been calculated using CIS method. 13C and 1H NMR of the title compound have been calculated by means of B3LYP density functional method with 6-31+G(d,p) basis set. The comparison of the experimental and the theoretical results indicate that density functional B3LYP method is able to provide satisfactory results for predicting NMR properties.  相似文献

Yttrium-90 is a useful radionuclide for radioimmunotherapy (RIT) and the anti-epidermal growth factor receptor (anti-EGFR) antibody cetuximab is clinicsally approved for the treatment of EGFR-expressing metastatic colorectal cancer and advanced head and neck cancer. Thus in this work radiolabeling of monoclonal anti-EGFR with 90Y for radioimmunotherapy (RIT) is targetted. Cetuximab was successively labeled with [90Y] chloride (74 MBq) 2 mCi after conjugation with macrocyclics bifunctional chelating agent, 1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane-N,N′,N″,N″′-tetraacetic acid mono-(N-hydroxysuccinimidyl) ester (DOTA-NHS), purified and concentrated by centrifugation using an Amicon Ultra-15 filter (Millipore, MWCo, 30000). 90Y chloride was obtained by 90Sr/90Y generator. Radiolabeling was completed in 2 h by the addition of DOTA-cetuximab conjugate at 42 °C. The stability of radiolabeled was studied in human serum. Biodistribution studies in normal rats were carried out to determine the radioimmunoconjugate distribution up to 96 h. Radiochemical purity of 92 % (using ITLC) was obtained for final radioimmunoconjugate (Specific activity = 0.55 GBq/mg). Stability of radiolabeled protein in presence of human serum was tested at 37 °C for up to 24 h. Biodistribution studies demonstrated the highest ID/g % in the blood (2.62 ± 0.005 at 24 h) and the liver (2.19 ± 0.001). This study demonstrated that 90Y-DOTA-cetuximab is a potential compound for the treatment of EGFR-expressing cancers.  相似文献

Detailed investigation of the tautomerism of all possible forms of tetrazole thion (A and E) and its tetrazole forms (BD) induced by proton transfer in the gas phase, in a continuum solvent, and in a microhydrated environment with 1 explicit water molecule was carried out by calculations at MP2, QCISD, CBS-Q, CBS-QB3, and density functional theory (DFT). It was found that in the gas phase and solvent tetrazole thion (form A) is the most stable isomer. In addition variation of dipole moments was studied in the gas phase and in the solvent. Water molecule was gradually put in different regions in the vicinity of five isomers. It was found that water can forms different hydrogen bonding with molecule.  相似文献

The treatment of viral disease has become a medical challenge because of the increasing incidence and prevalence of human viral pathogens, as well as the lack of viable treatment alternatives, including plant-derived strategies. This review attempts to investigate the trends of research on in vitro antiviral effects of curcumin against different classes of human viral pathogens worldwide. Various electronic databases, including PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar were searched for published English articles evaluating the anti-viral activity of curcumin. Data were then extracted and analyzed. The forty-three studies (published from 1993 to 2020) that were identified contain data for 24 different viruses. The 50% cytotoxic concentration (CC50), 50% effective/inhibitory concentration (EC50/IC50), and stimulation index (SI) parameters showed that curcumin had antiviral activity against viruses causing diseases in humans. Data presented in this review highlight the potential antiviral applications of curcumin and open new avenues for further experiments on the clinical applications of curcumin and its derivatives.  相似文献

Connected autonomous vehicles (CAVs) have the potential to deal with the steady increase in road traffic while solving transportation related issues such as traffic congestion, pollution, and road safety. Therefore, CAVs are becoming increasingly popular and viewed as the next generation transportation solution. Although modular advancements have been achieved in the development of CAVs, these efforts are not fully integrated to operationalize CAVs in realistic driving scenarios. This paper surveys a wide range of efforts reported in the literature about the CAV developments, summarizes the CAV impacts from a statistical perspective, explores current state of practice in the field of CAVs in terms of autonomy technologies, communication backbone, and computation needs. Furthermore, this paper provides general guidance on how transportation infrastructures need to be prepared in order to effectively operationalize CAVs. The paper also identifies challenges that need to be addressed in near future for effective and reliable adoption of CAVs.  相似文献
